模拟透射电镜双倾台进行样品位向调整过程,推导出反映样品倾转前后其合成倾转轴(即共有菊池线对的法线)方向变化规律的计算公式,称为附加旋转角计算公式。指出,实现样品位向调整的双倾操作,等效于样品绕其合成倾转轴的倾转及该倾转轴绕Z轴(平行入射束方向)的旋转之和。利用双倾台对薄膜样品进行的系列倾转实验表明,由附加旋转角公式计算的附加旋转角和实测值相一致。还根据双倾操作过程导出了合成倾转角的计算公式,它可用于判断样品位向调整的准确度。 相似文献

We examine two-pion Bose-Einstein correlations for partially coherent particle-emitting sources within quantum statistical formalism, where the sources are treated as classical currents with chaotic and coherent components. 综述了被动调Q铒玻璃激光器的发展概况,推导了被动调Q铒玻璃激光器输出脉冲能量、脉宽的解析表达式,数值模拟了腔内损耗与输出脉冲能量、脉宽及峰值功率的关系以及输出脉冲能量与输入抽运能量的关系。设计了一台LaMgAl11O19∶Co2 被动调Q铒玻璃激光器,实验验证了数值模拟分析结果。结果表明,腔内损耗增加将导致输出脉冲能量下降,脉宽变大,从而峰值功率降低。输入能量低于12J时,输出只有单脉冲,当输入能量大于12J时,输出会出现双脉冲。在8J的电输入下,获得了峰值功率50kW,2.7mJ的1.535μm激光输出。最后讨论了提高单脉冲能量的方法。 相似文献

We propose employing multi-beam propagating technology to mitigate the influence of atmospheric scintillation to the wireless optical code division multiple access (WOCDMA) system and then deduce the bit error rate (BER) formulas of systems in weak and strong scintillations,respectively.According to simulation experiment results,multi-beam propagation can improve the system performance very well compared with single-beam propagating technique.Moreover,the more beams we use,the better the performance we get.When the received optical power is-30 dBm,the BER of the system employing four beams is 5 and 1 dB lower than that of using single-beam propagating technique in weak and strong scintillations,respectively. 相似文献

CdS/α-Fe2O3 hierarchical nanostructures, where the CdS nanorods grow irregularly on the side surface of α-Fe2O3 nanorods, were synthesized via a three-step process. The diameters and lengths of CdS nanorods can be tuned by changing the ethylenediamine (EDA) and Cd ion concentrations.
