目的:观察注射小针刀联合奥施康定治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的66例癌性疼痛患者,根据随机方法将入选病例分为注射针刀组(针刀配合奥施康定)、奥施康定组(单纯西药奥施康定),每组各33例。针刀组每日给予口服药物、隔日给予针刀治疗;奥施康定组每日给予口服药物,14日为1个观察周期。治疗前后测定疼痛程度(NRS)并分析疼痛缓解度(PAR)。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为90.9%,对照组为84.9%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组NRS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P0.05),且治疗组比对照组改善更为显著(P0.01)。结论:注射小针刀联合奥施康定对癌性疼痛的治疗疗效较单用奥施康定更好。 相似文献

5648 and PR 6604) was designed with the aid of computer primer designation software and
synthesized based upon the relative conserved regions of published sequences of C strain.
NS2-3 gene (p125 gene) fragment of CSFV Shimen strain was amplified successfully by RT-PCR
from the anticoagulant blood of infected pig. The product length is 957 bp, located in the
central of NS3, a putative NTPase and helicase domain. The obtained PCR product was cloned
and then sequenced. The sequence showed that this fragment contained all of seven typical
conserved segments of helicase superfamily, including two common NTP-binding motifs,
namely, “A” site (GXGKT/S) and “B” site (3hy, 2x) D. Sequence homology analysis
revealed that Shimen strain had the highest homology with Japanese strains (ALD and GPE-),
and slightly lower homology with other three CSFV strains (C, BresciaandAlfort). Shimen
strain had also significant homology with two BVDV strains (NADL and SD-1). The deduced
amino acid sequence homology of Shimen strain with five CSFV and two BVDV strains was all
upper than 90%. It is further confirmed that this fragment is the most conserved in
pestivirus amino acid sequence. It is consistent with its essential function in
replication and translation of virus genome and in processing of polyprotein precursor. 相似文献

伪狂犬病病毒湖北株糖蛋白gD基因的克隆及序列测定 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
According to the sequence of gD gene of PRV Rice strain, the primers of 22bp were designed.Using PRV genomic DNA of Hubei and Shuangcheng virus strains which infected BHK 21 cell separately as template, the gD gene of PRV was amplified sucessfully by PCR and cloned into pGEM T vector. Restriction enzyme analysis showed that the cloned gD gene at SmaⅠ,SalⅠ,KpnⅠ,PvuⅡ sites was the same as that of PRV Rice strain. The gD gene consisted of 1,263 nucleotides including an open reading frame spanning 1,197 nucleotieds which could encode a protein of 398 amino acids. The ORF didn′t include an amino acid sequence directing N linked glycosylation (NXT or NXS). Comparison of our complete Hubei strain gD gene sequence with the Rice strain gD gene sequence showed that the nucleotide and deduced amino acid homology were about 97% and there was an 12 basepair deletion in 835 846 nucleotide sites that coded Arg Pro Arg Pro. A region of the amino acid sequence and the positions of the cysteine residues of PRV HB gD were homologous to HSV I glycoprotein D. 目的 探讨公立医院医务人员职业倦怠对工作满意度及离职倾向的影响。方法 采用问卷调查法进行数据收集,采用多元线性阶层回归分析进行数据分析。结果 情绪衰竭(β= -0.292,P<0.01)和情感疏远(β= -0.300,P<0.01)能显著降低医务人员的工作满意度;情绪衰竭(β= 0.247,P<0.01)和情感疏远(β= 0.173,P<0.01)显著增加了医务人员的离职倾向;成就感低落可以预测医务人员的工作满意度(β= 0.175,P<0.01)。结论 职业倦怠显著降低医务人员工作满意度水平并增加了他们的离职倾向。 相似文献

利用AFLP分子标记,对分布于山东省内5个样地(泰山鹁鸽崖、鲁山核心区边缘、崂山北九水、昆嵛山南天门和泰山佛爷寺)的46个野核桃(Juglans cathayensis Dode)单株的遗传多样性进行了分析,并采用聚类分析方法探讨了它们的遗传关系.结果表明:用8对PstI/ MseI系列引物组合从46个单株中共扩增出1 034条带,其中多态性条带1 005条,多态性条带百分率达97.20%;每对引物可扩增出113 ~ 154条多态性条带,平均每对引物可扩增出125.6条多态性条带.在这些条带中包含174条特异性条带(其中有19条缺失条带),通过特异性条带可鉴别出91.3%的野核桃单株.5个野核桃群体的多态性条带百分率(PPB)、观测等位基因数(Na)、有效等位基因数(Ⅳe)、Nei,s基因多样度(H)和Shannon's信息指数(I)分别为50.57% ~ 63.51%、1.505 7~1.635 1、1.273 5 ~ 1.300 4、0.163 2~0.181 9和0.249 1 ~0.281 3,PPB、Na、Ne、H和I的平均值分别为55.23%、1.552 3、1.284 3、0.169 6和0.259 4,表明野核桃群体遗传多样性较高、遗传变异较为丰富.46个单株的遗传相似性系数为0.536 8 ~0.8645,平均值为0.624 9.聚类分析结果显示:在遗传相似性系数0.66处,可将46个单株分成7组,其中部分来源于同一产地的单株没有聚在同一组中,表明这些野核桃单株的遗传关系与其地理分布不完全一致. 相似文献

参考已发表的猪瘟病毒序列,设计并合成了一对引物,应用RTPCR 技术,扩增了猪瘟兔化弱毒(Hog cholera virus lapinized Chinese strain , HCLV) 和石门强毒株的E0 糖蛋白基因,并将其克隆到pGEMT 载体中,测定了其核苷酸序列,并推导了其氨基酸序列。结果表明我国这两株强弱不同毒株E0 糖蛋白核苷酸序列同源性和推导的氨基酸序列同源性分别为95-0 % 和94-3 % ,有13 个氨基酸的差异,HCLV 比石门株多了一个潜在的N糖基化位点。将我国这两株病毒与国外已报导的HCV 毒株E0 基因序列进行了比较,发现石门株与日本的两株毒株ALD 和GPE- 同源性较高,核苷酸序列同源性分别为97-4 % 和96-5 % ,氨基酸同源性分别为97-4 % 和96-0 % ,而与欧洲Brescia 株和Alfort 株同源性较低,核苷酸同源性分别为92-2 % 和86-5 % ,氨基酸同源性为95-2 % 和92-5 % , HCLV 与ALD、GPE- 、Brescia、Alfort 株核苷酸同源性分别为95-6 % 、94-9 % 、91-3 % 、85-5 % … 相似文献
