二十五味鬼臼丸联合微波等治疗盆腔积液疗效观察

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating pelvic effusion with twenty five tastes podophyllum pill combined with antibiotics, microwave. Methods 182 cases patients with inflammatory pelvic effusion were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with twenty five tastes podophyllum pill combined with antibiotics、microwave, and the control group was treated with antibiotics combined with microwave. The absorption, symptoms disappeared and cure situations of pelvic effusion were observed between control group and treatment group after treatment.Results The complete absorption, symptoms disappeared and cure situations of pelvic effusion in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%, which has a significant difference (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of twenty five tastes podophyllum pill combined with antibiotics, microwave on pelvic effusion is better than western medicine.     

坤宝丸联合坤泰胶囊对围绝经期综合征女性心血管疾病危险因素的影响

目的观察坤宝丸联合坤泰胶囊对围绝经期综合征女性心血管疾病危险因素的影响。方法将100例围绝经期综合征女性随机分为2组。对照组50例予小剂量激素补充疗法(HRT)治疗;治疗组50例予坤宝丸联合坤泰胶囊联合治疗。比较2组治疗前后Kupperman绝经指数(KMI)评分、心血管相关危险因素[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A_(1c))及上肢收缩压、舒张压]及激素[雌二醇(E_2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及黄体生成激素(LH)]水平变化,比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗后KMI评分均较本组治疗前明显降低(P0.05),且2组治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗后E_2水平均较本组治疗前升高(P0.05),FSH及LH水平均降低(P0.05),且2组治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗后LDL-C、TC、TG、收缩压及舒张压均较本组治疗前降低(P0.05),HDL-C均升高(P0.05);2组组间比较显示,治疗组治疗后TG低于对照组(P0.05),Hb A_(1c)、LDL-C、TC、HDL-C、收缩压及舒张压比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论坤宝丸联合坤泰胶囊能有效改善围绝经期综合征女性症状,调节激素水平,有益于减少心血管不良事件的发生,安全性较小剂量HRT治疗更高。

二十五味鬼臼丸联合后穹窿穿刺、微波治疗盆腔积液临床观察

我院自2007年10月至2008年12月治疗由炎症所致盆腔积液患者,应用二十五味鬼臼丸联合后穹窿穿刺、微波治疗取得良好疗效.现报道如下:     

结核丸联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺结核65例临床观察

目的观察结核丸联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并肺结核临床疗效。方法将130例COPD合并肺结核患者随机分为2组。对照组65例予常规西医治疗,治疗组65例在对照组治疗基础上加用结核丸治疗。2组均4个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察治疗前后全血黏度（高切、低切）、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容及红细胞聚集指数变化以及痰茵阴转情况。结果治疗组总有效率92．3l％,对照组总有效率72．31％,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后全血黏度（高切、低切）、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容及红细胞聚集指数均降低（P〈0．05）,且治疗组降低优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组痰茵阴转率92．31％,对照组痰茵阴转率72．31％,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,治疗组优于对照组。结论结核丸联合西药治疗COPD合并肺结核疗效确切。

益气活血化痰汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者血液流变学及肺功能的影响

目的：观察益气活血化痰汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期（ AECOPD ）患者肺功能和血液流变学的影响。方法将AECOPD 60例患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予西医常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用益气活血化痰汤。2组均15 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后肺功能、血液流变学及临床症状积分的改变。结果2组治疗后肺功能、血液流变学及临床症状评分均改善（P＜0．05）,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论益气活血化痰汤可改善AECOPD 患者的临床症状,降低血液黏度,改善肺功能。
