HBsAg、HBeAg在某团人群中的消长情况

对HBsAg、HBeAg携带者本身的观察,国内外学者已作了大量工作。但这些携带者在集体中,对周围人群有何流行病学的和临床的意义,及其消长情况,尚少长期系统的观察。本文就此观察结果报告如下。     

“消痔灵注射液”的实验研究

中医研究院广安门医院根据祖国医学“酸可收敛、涩可固脱”的理论,以中药五倍子、明矾的有效成分为主制成“消痔灵注射液”,用注射硬化疗法治疗三期内痔取得了比较理想的疗效。为了研究此注射液的药理作用,我们对此注射液进行了实验研究,现将初步结果报告如下:     

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF “XIAOZHILING” INJECTION

Pharmacological and pathological studies of“Xiaozhiling”Injection are reported.When in-jected into tissues,the preparation first causesacute aseptic inflammation of the local tissueand subsequently fibrosis of tissue,vasculitis oflocal vessels,thrombosis of the arteries andveins,and proliferative endoarteritis.The results of experiments suggest that theabove-mentioned actions of the preparationcause sclerosis and atrophy of the hemorrhoidnucleus and fixation of the mucous membraneof rectum.Experiments on acute and subacutetoxicity demonstrated low toxicity of the pre-paration,with no damage to the heart,liver orkidney.
