住宅建筑结构中隔震技术的应用和经济评价

对当前隔震系统做了简单介绍 ,介绍了基础隔震的技术和施工方法等。讨论在住宅结构中推广隔震技术的方法 ,对各种类型的住宅结构做经济评价 ,讨论推广的可能性和难点。     

贮存稳定的聚氨酯干式复合胶粘剂的研究

研制了一种具有高固含量、低粘度的干式复合用双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂，考察了聚酯多元醇，扩链剂丙三醇／乙二醇（摩尔比）、NCO／OH（摩尔比），双组分胶配比以及缓凝剂等因素对该胶粘剂性能的影响，并用红外光谱对胶的固化过程进行了表征。结果表明，该胶粘剂具有较高的粘接强度，优良的低温流动性和贮存稳定性。     

电磁搅拌对ZA-27合金凝固组织的影响

研究了保温电磁搅拌和间断性电磁搅拌对ZA27合金组织的影响，在保温凝固过程中进行电磁搅拌时，晶粒细化效果更明显。保湿搅拌温度存在搅拌效果最理想的临界值Tc。间断性电磁搅拌使得枝晶显著粒化，晶粒分布更加均匀。     

（Nb_yTi_（1－y））C_x单晶体制备及其结构研究

用熔剂法制备了（Ｎｂ＿ｙ．Ｔｉ＿（１－ｙ））Ｃ＿ｒ单晶体，用Ｄｅｂｙｅ照相法及四圆衍射仪对其晶体结构进行了研究。实验结果表明，（Ｎｂ＿ｙＴｉ￣（１－ｙ）Ｃ＿ｘ中存在类似于作化学计量化合物ＴｉＣ＿ｘ及ＮｂＣ＿ｘ的有序一无序转变现象，转变温度随其化学成份改变在１１７５～１２８０Ｋ范围内变化。高温型（Ｎｂ＿ｙＴｉ￣（１－ｙ））Ｃ＿ｘ的晶体结构属ＮａＣｌ型结构，碳空位呈随机分布；低温型（Ｎｂ＿ｙＴｉ￣（１－ｙ））Ｃ＿ｘ的晶体中碳空位呈短程有序分布，可用Ｖ＿６Ｃ＿５晶体结构模型进行描述。

Rh(Ⅲ)—钍试剂—高碘酸钾新体系催化光度法测定痕量铑

在pH3.9醋酸盐缓冲溶液中及加热条件下,Rh(Ⅲ)对高碘酸钾氧化钍试剂这一褪色反应有强烈的催化作用,可藉自来水冷却中止反应,研究了催化光度测定痕量铑的影响因素,建立了一个检出限和测定范围分别为0.06ng/ml和0.12～4.5ng/ml铑的催化光度新方法。     

用天然石英粉制备氮氧化硅粉末

以天然石英粉为原料，先进行活化预处理，然后在１３５０℃左右进行碳热还原氮化，制备了氮氧化硅粉末。实验结果表明：氮化过程中ＳｉＯ２的转化率及产物中氮氧化硅（Ｓｉ２Ｎ２Ｏ）的含量与ＳｉＯ２的活化程度、氮化温度及添加剂等因素有关，其中氮化温度以１３５０℃为佳；随着ＳｉＯ２活化程度的提高，其转化率也提高；添加少量的ＳｒＯ，可以进一步提高ＳｉＯ２的转化率。此外，还分析了ＳｉＯＣＮ系统中气体分压对Ｓｉ２Ｎ２Ｏ形成的影响。     

Enhancing social media competitiveness of small businesses: insights from small pizzerias

Social media provide an online platform for enterprises to engage existing customers and attract new customers. Although social media can be easily set up at no cost, however, due to limited human and financial resources, many small businesses find it challenging to compete against large enterprises in social media use. While more and more small businesses have jumped on the bandwagon of social media in recent years, few studies investigated the social media strategies that can help small businesses to survive and even thrive against large competitors in the social media arena. Therefore, we studied 32 small pizzerias in a mid-size U.S. city in terms of their social media use for business. Our study found that small pizzerias emphasizing social media use on community relations and social responsibility tend to be more successful in attracting and engaging local customers. This study also sheds light on both effective strategies and successful practices of social media use by small pizzerias. The insights and recommendations identified from this study can help small businesses to enhance their social media competitiveness against large enterprises.     

机载火控系统通用测试平台设计与实现

机载火控系统种类繁多,设备日益复杂且不断更新,对机载火控系统检测系统的开发速度和更新速度提出了更高的要求,通用测试平台能够实现测试设备的快速开发和同步更新,满足机务部队快速保障的需求;介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术和PC104总线的硬件通用平台的设计方法和基于测试模型的软件通用平台的设计方法;实践证明,该机载火控系统通用测试平台能够实现测试系统的快速开发和更新,且环境适应能力强,运行可靠,使用方便。     

Spin dynamics and implications for superconductivity: some problems with thed-wave scenario

We review the spin dynamics of the normal state of the cuprates with special emphasis on neutron data in both the YBa₂Cu₃O_7– and La_2–x Sr _x CuO₄ systems. When realistic models of the Fermi surface shapes are incorporated, along with a moderate degree of spin fluctuations, we find good semiquantitative agreement with experiment for both cuprates. Building on the success of this Fermi-liquid-based scheme, we explore the implications ford-wave pairing from a number of vantage points. We conclude that our present experimental and theoretical understanding is inadequate to confirm or refute thed-wave scenario.
