This study explores technological innovations and industry clustering in the bicycle industry in Taiwan. It shows that clustering in the bicycle industry not only decreases transaction costs among the firms in the cluster but also increases cooperation and efficiency between the bicycle manufacturers and their partners as a result of standardization and modularization of bicycle components. Following a patent analysis, the study finds that two systems—the wheel system and the bicycle frame system—are the strengths of Taiwanese bicycle and component manufacturers; conversely, the transmission (i.e., gears) and brake systems are their weaknesses. Moreover, industry clustering increases the efficiency of information exchange such that the spillover effect of technological innovation is significant. 相似文献

目的研究纳米颗粒二氧化钛(TiO_2NPs)和重金属Cd复合污染对水产食品的生态危害。方法采用光学立体解剖显微镜观察纳米颗粒TiO_2和重金属Cd复合污染处理后斑马鱼的形态变化,记录染毒48 hpf后的孵化数和染毒96 hpf后的死亡数,并且利用DCFH-DA探针检测了活性氧含量的变化。结果与仅TiO_2NPs污染相比较,TiO_2NPs和重金属Cd复合染毒48 hpf后,胚胎发生心包水肿,卵黄囊肿。染毒72 hpf后,胚胎外包偏少,并且斑马鱼胚胎的孵化率下降,死亡率上升,ROS含量升高。结论本研究可为水产食品业生物安全评价提供参考。 相似文献

目的对基于DNA条形码的肉制品掺伪中非定向筛选技术进行探索。方法以线粒体基因组中COI基因为靶标,设计猪、牛、羊、马、鸡、鸭、鹅、鼠8种动物源物种间的通用引物和特异性引物,建立禽畜肉的DNA条形码检测方法。同时应用该技术对50份市售的肉制品进行检测。结果本研究建立了DNA条形码筛选技术,电泳条带通过基因测序能正确识别猪、牛、羊、马、鸡、鸭、鹅、鼠8种动物源成分,结合分子克隆技术能实现对混合肉的检测。50份市售肉制品的DNA条形码结果显示,16份掺杂了除牛羊肉以外的其他禽畜肉。结论 DNA条形码技术能打破传统标准中PCR法检测目标唯一性的局限,具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

The classification ability of a single-layer perceptron could be improved by considering some enhanced features. In particular, this form of neural networks is called a functional-link net. In the output neuron's activation function, such as the sigmoid function, an inner product of a connection weight vector with an input vector is computed. However, since the input features are not independent of each other for the enhanced pattern, an assumption of the additivity is not reasonable. This paper employs a non-additive technique, namely the fuzzy integral, to aggregate performance values for an input pattern by interpreting each of the connection weights as a fuzzy measure of the corresponding feature. A learning algorithm with the genetic algorithm is then designed to automatically find connection weights. The sample data for bankruptcy analysis obtained from Moody's Industrial Manuals is considered to examine the classification ability of the proposed method. The results demonstrate that the proposed method performs well in comparison with traditional functional-link net and multivariate techniques. 相似文献

Empirical studies have consistently identified consumer satisfaction as a key antecedent to reuse behavior. Business has focused on consumer satisfaction as a way to improve consumer loyalty. However, it remains unknown why there are so many satisfied consumers who do not show reuse behavior. Therefore, the present study examined the potential factors moderating the association between consumer satisfaction and reuse behavior. A literature review and focus groups were used to explore moderating variables, and hierarchical regression analysis was used to test their influence. Results from a study of 490 online gamers in Taiwan showed that the relationship between consumer satisfaction and reuse behavior is contingent upon the moderating effects of customer involvement and perceived specific/upgrading activities. In particular, the relationship between consumer satisfaction and reuse behavior is more sensitive when customer involvement is lower. 相似文献

This paper addresses the adaptive asymptotic synchronization problem of a class of leader-follower large scale networked systems against communicated signal attenuation and actuator bias faults. Adaptive mechanisms are constructed to estimate each unknown faulty factor of communications and actuators on-line. Based on the estimations, an adaptive compensation controller is designed to automatically remove the unexpected impacts of communication and actuator faults. Through the adaptive adjustment parameters and Lyapunov functions, the achievement of asymptotic synchronization of the leader-follower large-scale networked system with the improper actuator and faulty transmitted signals is obtained.
