蓝牙（Bluetooth）技术是一种短距离无线电技术,利用“蓝牙”技术,能够有效使数据传输变得更加迅速高效。本文主要介绍蓝牙的关键技术及其未来的发展趋势。

一种光面爆破用乳化炸药的研究与应用

针对我国隧道掘进中光面爆破采用传统乳化炸药存在装药不便及爆破效果差的问题,改变现有装药方式,生产了新型25 mm乳化炸药,研究了该乳化炸药的爆炸性能、隧道掘进装药情况及爆破效果。结果表明,新型小直径乳化炸药爆炸性能符合GB18095—2000要求,储存期6个月以上;采用新型装药方式,经现场爆破施工,开挖面平整稳定,光面爆破效果较好。     

Room-Temperature Magnetic Skyrmions and Large Topological Hall Effect in Chromium Telluride Engineered by Self-Intercalation

Room-temperature magnetic skyrmion materials exhibiting robust topological Hall effect (THE) are crucial for novel nano-spintronic devices. However, such skyrmion-hosting materials are rare in nature. In this study, a self-intercalated transition metal dichalcogenide Cr_1+xTe₂ with a layered crystal structure that hosts room-temperature skyrmions and exhibits large THE is reported. By tuning the self-intercalate concentration, a monotonic control of Curie temperature from 169 to 333 K and a magnetic anisotropy transition from out-of-plane to the in-plane configuration are achieved. Based on the intercalation engineering, room-temperature skyrmions are successfully created in Cr_1.53Te₂ with a Curie temperature of 295 K and a relatively weak perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. Remarkably, a skyrmion-induced topological Hall resistivity as large as ≈106 nΩ cm is observed at 290 K. Moreover, a sign reversal of THE is also found at low temperatures, which can be ascribed to other topological spin textures having an opposite topological charge to that of the skyrmions. Therefore, chromium telluride can be a new paradigm of the skyrmion material family with promising prospects for future device applications.     

Bistable C1 ferroelectric liquid crystal device for e-paper application

Recent progress in both low pretilt and high pretilt defect-free C1 surface stabilized ferroelectric liquid crystal (SSFLC) devices for e-paper application is reviewed. First, by using numerical calculation to investigate the balance between surface azimuthal anchoring energy and bulk elastic energy within the confined chevron layer geometry of C1 and C2, we found it is possible to achieve a zigzag-free C1 state by low azimuthal anchoring alignment with a low pretilt angle. The critical azimuthal anchoring coefficient for defect-free C1 state is calculated. Its relationship with elastic constants, chevron angle, and surface topography effect are also discussed. Second, by using 5° oblique SiO deposition alignment, a defect-free, large memory angle, high contrast ratio, and bistable C1 SSFLC display, which has potential for electronic paper applications has also been developed. The electro-optical properties and bistability of this device have been investigated. Various aspects of defect control are also discussed.     

基于AHDL的FIR数字滤波器的设计

本文使用查找表作为滤波器的硬件实现算法,采用AHDL和模块化的设计方法,对整个数字滤波器进行多层次功能模块的划分,完成了各个层次模块的设计,并将所有模块进行组合,设计了全局并行有限长脉冲响应（FIR）数字滤波器。

文章提出了一种基于．NET平台下B/S模式的无纸化考试系统的设计,介绍了系统的总体设计方案。并根据不同的要求采用不同的组卷算法。     

对一个基于RSA门限代理签名方案的分析与改进

对HLL方案的可操作性进行了分析,证明了HLL方案存在严重缺陷,代理签名者根本无法产生自己的签名。文章通过修改签名算法对原方案进行了改进,使得改进后的方案仍然保持了原方案安全、实用的特性,其计算量虽有少量增加,但仍远远低于其它门限代理签名方案。     

火力发电厂脱硫废水系统改造研究

分析了火力发电厂脱硫废水的主要来源、成分和水质特点,针对废水处理系统存在的脱硫废水中含固量高超出处理能力等问题,对系统进行了改造,运行数据表明可大幅度降低废水含固量,提高设备运行可靠性和经济性。
