经济一体化信息管理系统研究

在分析了用户需求的基础上,结合．Net和Oracle9i数据库,开发了一种经济一体化的信息管理系统。该系统根据用户权限自动显示其权限内的工作内容,并伴有自动计算、查找、统计等功能。实际应用证明,该系统操作界面友好,用户操作简明快捷,系统运行稳定＇可以实现信息的实时查询和处理。

对某企业空气球罐焊缝咬边在疲劳载荷下的受力情况,进行了裂纹启裂寿命的理论分析和模拟试验研究,验证了文献[1]理论估算方法的准确性,为咬边疲劳裂纹启裂寿命研究提供了理论依据和试验数据.     

环保部门档案管理工作的常见问题及优化策略

在环保部门开展工作的过程中,档案管理工作会对环保工作的有效落实产生直接的影响,因此想要提升环保部门工作的效率和质量,做好档案管理工作至关重要。但是当前我国环保部门档案管理工作仍然存在较为明显的问题,影响了环保工作的正常开展。基于此,文章首先分析了环保部门档案管理工作中常见的问题,包括对环保档案管理工作缺乏重视、档案管理制度没有严格落实、档案管理人员素质参差不齐、档案现代化管理水平有待提升等,然后针对上述问题给出了相应的优化建议,提出通过强化档案法治意识、提升档案工作地位、积极应用信息技术、提升管理人员素质等方式,对环保部门档案管理工作中的常见问题进行优化和改进。     

基于S3C6410的机房智能监控系统设计

给出了一种对机房重要场所的环境参数及设备状态进行监控及报警的机房智能监控系统的设计方法。该系统主要由处理器、网卡、USB、A／D、数字信号采集、RS485、RS232等模块组成,其中处理器芯片选用三星公司的$3C6410芯片,操作系统由自裁剪的Linux2．6．38内核和UBIFS文件系统构成。系统整体采用B／s架构,操作系统内移植了嵌入式数据库SQLite3．7．4及嵌入式Web服务器Apache,结合PHP．HTML等脚本语言,将各项环境参数及指标在网页中实时、直观、友好地呈现给用户。     

基于L-R模糊数的综放工作面瓦斯爆燃火灾事故树分析

瓦斯爆燃是矿井火灾的诱发因素之一,由于瓦斯特殊的物理化学性质和赋存条件导致其爆燃形式与煤自燃有许多不同之处.从瓦斯爆燃的三要素入手,结合综放面瓦斯爆燃事故的特点,建立了基于瓦斯爆燃的火灾事故树,在基本事件概率不清楚的情况下,应用模糊数学理论将基本事件概率看作L-R模糊数,对事故树分析得出各个事件的概率值,为矿井防火提供更加科学的参考依据.     

Structure, properties and application to water-soluble coatings of complex antimicrobial agent Ag-carboxymethyl chitosan-thiabendazole

The structure, properties and application to water-soluble coatings of a new complex antimicrobial agent Ag-carboxylmethyl citosan-thiabendazole （Ag-CMCTS-TBZ） prepared from different materiel ratios were reported. The silver ions were preferably coordinated with the free-NH2 groups and the -OH groups of secondary alcohol and carboxyl in CMCTS. TBZ preferably bonded to carboxyl group in CMCTS by electrostatic force and hydrogen bonding. Increase in silver ions content in the complex agent improved to some limited extent the antibacterial activity, but enhanced coloring and cost of the complex agent. Increase in TBZ content resulted in increase of antifungal activity, but decrease of water solubility of the complex agent. The antimicrobial MICs of the complex agent to Esherichia coil, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger, Mucor sp. were 20 -80, 15 -60, 20 - 55, 40 - 250, and 400 - 1700 mg/kg, respectively. Addition of 0.1% of this complex agent to acrylic emulsion paint made the paint without substantial change in color, luster, viscosity, odor or pH value, but with an excellent and chronically persisting broad-spectra antimicrobial activity.

A new strain Acidithiobacillus albertensis BY-05 for bioleaching of metal sulfides ores

An acidophilic,rod-shaped Gram-negative sulfur oxidizing strain BY-05 was isolated from an acid mine drainage of copper ore in Baiyin area,Gansu Province,China.Ultrastructural studies show that the isolate has a tuft of polar flagella and possesses sulfur granules with clear membrane adhering to the cell innermembrane.Physiological study shows that this isolate grows autotrophically and aerobically by oxidizing S0and reduced inorganic sulfur compounds(SO, 2 23-SO, 2 24- S2 -and ZnS)with the optimum growth at pH 3.5-4.0 and at the temperature range of 25-30℃.The 16S rRNA gene sequence(DQ 423683)of strain BY-05 has 100%sequence similarity to that of Acidithiobacillus albertensis(DSM 14366).So it is identified and named as A. albertensis BY-05.Bioleaching experiments with this new strain show that it can play an important role in recovery of metals from chalcopyrite and sphalerite.
