OBJECTIVE: To study the cellular expression of CD45RO, CD20, CD68 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in nasal polyps. METHODS: Nasal polyp tissues from 50 patients were evaluated for cellular expression of CD45RO, CD20, CD68 and PCNA using immunohistochemistry SP by counting the average number in 5 chosen high-power fields, Histopathological observations were combined with HE. Analyses were performed on SPSS10.0. RESULTS: CD68+ cells were expressed more in nasal polyps dominated by eosinophils than by neutrophils(P < 0.05). There was no difference between CD45RO and CD20, but both of them had negative correlation(P = 0.05). Significant correlation was found between CD68+ cells and eosinophils or PCNA positive cells on epithelium. PCNA positive cells on epithelium had significant correlation on fibroblast (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Inflammatory cell infiltration (eosinophilia CD45RO, CD20, CD68) and cell proliferating in epithelium cells, glandular cell and fibroblast are strongly correlated with formation of nasal polyps. The nasal polyps are not only characteristic of eosinophilia but also by lymphocytes dominated by CD45RO and CD68 positive cells. CD68 may be stem cell of nasal polyp. 相似文献

Six of 16 meningiomas tested in early subcultures by indirect immunofluorescence showed SV40 T-antigen. Two different antisera specific for T-antigen were used. One serum gave a positive reaction with six tumours and the other with only two. In one T-antigen positive meningioma, the typical nuclear fluorescence changed, beginning with the second subculture, into an unusual brilliant granular pattern irregularly distributed over the nuclei. In six meningiomas, a specific chromosome aberration (monosomy G 22) was established. However, up to now, no clear correlation between karyotype and T-antigen expression could be found: cells from three meningiomas with positive reactions had normal karyotypes, whereas those from three tumours with typical chromosome loss showed no T-antigen. 相似文献

目的观察胰高血糖素对胆道梗阻大鼠肝脏葡萄糖和酮体合成作用的影响。方法大鼠胆道结扎48小时后,用胶原酶灌流后分离肝细胞,加入胰高血糖素温育,用分光光度计按标准酶学方法检测葡萄糖、乙酰乙酸和三羟基丁酸。结果在基础或最大刺激条件下,加胰高血糖素结扎组、假手术组葡萄糖异生均明显大于未加胰高血糖素组(P<0.05),加胰高血糖素对结扎组和假手术组的酮体异生无促进作用。结论胰高血糖素对胆道梗阻48小时大鼠肝细胞的糖异生存在有意义的刺激作用,对酮体异生则无刺激作用 相似文献

目的 酶制剂cerezyme替代疗法治疗高雪氏病 4年小结。方法 Cerezyme初剂量 6 0U/kg ,每 2周 1次静脉滴注 ,2年后疗效好转剂量改为 30U/kg。结果 1 5例用药 4年以上的患者 ,血红蛋白平均增加 2 1g/L ,1 4例血小板近 1 2月恢复正常 ;脾功能亢进得到改善 ,肝脾回缩 9.3%和 6 0 .6 % ,肝功能治疗 6个月后大多恢复正常 ;身高平均增长 2 5 6厘米 ,体重平均增加 1 4 5公斤 ,生活质量明显提高。结论 在基因治疗尚未广泛应用之前 ,酶替代疗法仍是唯一改善症状的有效措施 相似文献

This is a report on the results of a national survey designed to study the nature and frequency of moderate and severe complications of intravenous fluorescein angiography. In this survey, 2434 responding ophthalmologists reported on 221,781 fluorescein angiograms performed in the year 1984. Adverse reactions were classified as mild, moderate, severe, and death, depending on the duration of the effect, the necessity for medical intervention, the time required for its resolution, and the final outcome. The frequency rate for a moderate reaction was (1:63), for a severe reaction (1:1900), and for death (1:222,000). A review of previous studies on adverse reactions to the drug, a compilation of suggested methods for the amelioration and prevention of the complications, and a comparison of the responses of the general ophthalmic public to the members of The Macula Society are also reported. 相似文献

In this study, a newly reported regional homogeneity approach was used to analyze blood oxygen level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging data on resting state in boys with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Boys with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder showed decreased regional homogeneity in the frontal-striatal-cerebellar circuits, but increased regional homogeneity mainly in the occipital cortex. Our findings are consistent with the hypothesis of abnormal frontal-striatal-cerebellar circuits in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The regional homogeneity approach may be a potentially useful method in exploring the pathophysiology of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. 相似文献

The aim of the study was to construct small-diameter vascular grafts using canine mesenchymal stem cells (cMSCs) and a pulsatile flow bioreactor. cMSCs were isolated from canine bone marrow and expanded ex vivo. cMSCs were then seeded onto the luminal surface of decellularized arterial matrices, which were further cultured in a pulsatile flow bioreactor for four days. Immunohistochemical staining and scanning electron microscopy was performed to characterize the tissue-engineered blood vessels. cMSCs were successfully seeded onto the luminal surface of porcine decellularized matrices. After four-day culture in the pulsatile flow bioreactor, the cells were highly elongated and oriented to the flow direction. Immunohistochemistry demonstrated that the cells cultured under pulsatile flow expressed Von Willebrand factor, an endothelial cell marker. In conclusion, cMSCs seeded onto decellularized arterial matrices could differentiate into endothelial lineage after culturing in a pulsatile flow bioreactor, which provides a novel approach for tissue engineering of small-diameter blood vessels. 相似文献
