后发障是儿童白内障最常见的并发症,是导致术后视力下降的主要原因,故降低后发障的发生率对提高术后视力及减少弱视的发生非常重要,以往文献报道大多是术后行ND-YAG激光后囊切开术来治疗后发障。笔者近年对儿童白内障采用白内障摘除人工晶体植入联合后囊连续环形撕囊术预防人工晶体术后后囊混浊,效果肯定,报告如下。  相似文献

赤芍总苷对沙土鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effects of the total paeony glycoside (TPG) against global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in gerbils. METHODS: Gerbils models of global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury were prepared by bilateral common carotid artery ligation for 12 min followed by 24-hour reperfusion. The effects of TGP on brain edema index, superoxide dismatase (SOD) activity and malonaldehyde (MDA) concentration of the cerebral tissue homogenate and pathology of the brain were examined 24 h after model establishment. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, TPG at the doses of 200 and 400 mg/kg could significantly relieve brain edema, enhance SOD activity and lower MDA concentration in the gerbils. Pathological examination showed that the gerbils with TPG treatment had milder injury of the cells in the hippocampal CA1 region. CONCLUSIONS: TPG has obvious protective effects against global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.  相似文献

A case of untreated fusarial onychomycosis leading to serious consequences is reported. Fusarium solani is a widespread fungus and an occasional human pathogen. It usually invades rapidly in immunocompromised hosts, and often results in a poor outcome despite treatment. We report a woman with diabetes mellitus who had untreated fusarial infection of the nails, which developed into subcutaneous fusariosis, superinfected by bacteria, and then evolved into osteomyelitis that subsequently resulted in septic shock. Early management of mycotic nails in immunocompromised hosts is crucial to prevent life‐threatening disease.  相似文献

目的 研究败血性急性肺损伤的动物模型,并探讨其在急性肺损伤研究中的意义。方法 用盲肠结扎穿刺(CLP)法的豚鼠急性肺损伤模型,结合动脉血气分析、外周血白细胞计数、肺湿重/干重比值(W/D)及肺组织病理观察。结果 CLP模型中动物的症状和表现缓慢出现,逐渐恶化.最后导致败血性休克,于2d左右出现大量死亡。结论 用盲肠结扎穿刺的方法制作豚鼠急性肺损伤动物模型较大鼠内毒素性休克,表现更类似于人类的肠源性肺损伤,且症状缓慢发生,逐渐恶化,有利于观察和进行各种干预。  相似文献

目的探讨Crohn病的CT表现特点。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的18例Crohn病的CT征象,大多数病例采用螺旋CT或多层螺旋CT扫描。结果所有病例均有节段性肠壁增厚,CT增强有7例表现为肠壁均匀增厚,缺乏层次,同时肠壁强化不明显;有11例表现为黏膜增厚和分层形成“靶征”和“双环征”,肠壁厚度多在5~10mm;有9例表现为病变段肠管周围纤维脂肪成分增多,蜂窝织炎及肠周或肠系膜血管增多增粗。有5例CT首先考虑为其他疾病,1例考虑为闭攀性肠梗阻,1例首先考虑为肠结核,2例回盲部病变怀疑为癌,1例肠穿孔形成脓肿仅诊为化脓性感染。结论cT不但能准确显示Crohn病肠壁、肠系膜及周围结构的异常,增强CT还能区分活动性与非活动性病变,有助于临床采取合理而积极的治疗方案。  相似文献

Interaction between anti-inflammatory drugs and reactive oxygen metabolites must be considered in the course of pharmacological studies intended to develop new compounds. Effects of indomethacin, aspirin, and 3,5-diisopropylsalicylic acid (3,5-DIPS) and their copper complexes on PMNL oxidative metabolism and the evolution of an acute inflammatory reaction were studied in the rat. Experiments were performed in vitro by assessment of superoxide generation and reduction of chemiluminescence by PMNLs incubated or not (control) in medium containing various concentrations of these compounds. A dose-related decrease of these parameters was observed, however, copper complexes were found to be more effective than their parent drugs or Cu gluconate. Copper complexes were also more effective anti-inflammatory agents than their parent ligands or Cu gluconate when the volume of exudate and number of exudate PMNLs were assessed after induction of pleurisy in rats by injection of isologous serum. It is concluded that modulation of the PMNL oxidative burst by copper complexes offers an accounting for the anti-inflammatory activity of these compounds.  相似文献

The development and testing of candidate vaccines for trachoma are constrained because only humans and nonhuman primates are susceptible to conjunctival infection with Chlamydia trachomatis. Guinea pig inclusion conjunctivitis (GPIC), an analogous disease of guinea pigs, provides a useful, less expensive model to study ocular chlamydial infections. GPIC is caused by a Chlamydia psittaci strain whose external constituents are very similar to those of C. trachomatis. To develop a better model for studying GPIC immunity, conjunctival pockets were established under the abdominal skin of guinea pigs by subcutaneous implantation. Up to six implants could be produced in each animal. The success rate of implantation was 79.0% (n = 148). These pockets were then infected with GPIC. The organism was recovered from the autografts indicating local replication, and tests for serum antibody by microimmunofluorescence showed production of GPIC-specific antibody of IgG and IgM classes after infection. There was minimal antibody response after moderate inoculating doses to the implants, and the titers increased more slowly than after eye infection with GPIC; with higher concentration of the inoculum, however, the antibody response increased to the same levels as with the ocular challenge but more slowly. Inoculation of pockets with GPIC also produced acute inflammatory changes in infected autografts (n = 101). Histologic examination of infected grafts showed chlamydial inclusions in epithelial cells and significant infiltration with lymphocytes and polymorphonuclear cells. Subcutaneous autografts may provide a useful model for chronologic studies of chlamydial infection. The delayed immunologic response, however, suggests that these pockets of implanted epithelium do not have full access to the immune system.  相似文献
