量子密码技术开辟通信安全新时代

量子密码技术被认为是绝对安全的加密技术。近年来,在美国、德国、日本和中国,相关研究都取得了明显进展。2004年6月,世界上第一个量子密码通信网络在美国马萨诸塞州剑桥城正式投入运行,标志着这一技术迈上了新台阶。据相关机构估算,量子保密通信系统一旦商用,将形成高达10亿美元的市场。     

欧洲主要电信运营商专线资费的演变

欧洲主要电信运营商所处国度的经济和人口布局情况不同，竞争环境也有差别，在专线资费方面的做法也有许多不同之处。考虑到地区之间竞争的差异。目前多数国家都取消了地区交叉补贴的做法，但还有一部分国家仍然坚持统一费率。在资费方面的基本促销手段为接合同年限和用户的支出额打折。从2000年到2003年资费演变的基本情况是；接入费扣2Mbit／s以下较低速率的专线租费保持平稳略有下降，较高速率专线的租费则有较大的下调幅虚。     

相干源二维波达方向估计

本文分析了平面阵接收信号的协方差矩阵，发现它可分解为一个广义对称矩阵与一个非广义对称矩阵之和，利用信号协方差矩阵的这一结构特征，重点研究了相干源二维波达方向（DOA）估计．该方法通过构造一个差矩阵，求出其本特征值对应的任一特征向量，利用谱函数估计相干源二维DOA．简要分析了二维DOA估计的分维处理。     

Structure and properties of CE/CTBN/EP blends: II. Effect of EP on the mechanical properties and thermostability of the CE/CTBN system

Carboxyl‐terminated butadiene‐acrylonitrile rubber (CTBN) has often been used to improve the toughness of cyanate ester (CE) resin while sacrificing modulus and thermostability. In this paper, the addition of the appropriate amount of epoxy resin (EP) to the CE/CTBN system is shown to not only increase the modulus and thermostability of the blend, but also improve the toughness. The values of impact strength showed a maximum for the CE/CTBN/EP 100/5/5 blend. The temperature of 10 % weight loss (T₁₀) improves from 376 °C for CE/CTBN 100/5 to 407 °C for the CE/CTBN/EP 100/5/2.5 blend. It is proposed that addition of the appropriate amount of EP can decrease the mobility and increase the stability of CTBN via the reaction between the terminal carboxyl group of CTBN and the hydroxyl group of EP. But a very high EP concentration will decrease the crosslinking density of CE, consequently reducing the mechanical properties and thermostability of the blends. Effects of Y and Ce on Microstructures and Properties of Nb-Si System Composites

The effects of yttrium and cerium on microstructures and properties of Nb-Si system composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy( SEM), energy dispersive spectrum(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and high temperature oxidation experiments.It is found that the coarse primary silicide phase became finer and more homogeneous with Y and Ce addition.The results of high temperature oxidation experiments show that the oxidation rates of NbSi system composites with an appropriate amount of Y and Ce decrease compared with those of alloys without Y or Ce addition, and oxidation products mainly distribute along the phase boundaries between the Nb solid solution and silicide.     

TiAl基合金表面改性对高温抗氧化性的影响

研究了渗碳处理ＴｉＡｌ基合金试样的高温氧化行为，发现渗碳处理可以在ＴｉＡｌ基合金试样表层形成致密的多层结构的渗碳层，并发生表层Ａｌ、Ｔｉ重新分配。致密的渗碳层具有良好的高温抗氧化性和高温热稳定性，同时，Ｔｉ、Ａｌ重新分配形成的富Ａｌ最外层也能进一步提高合金的抗氧化性。     

利用马铃薯淀粉下脚液生产饮料工艺的研究

本实验尝试从马铃薯中提取蛋白质等成份，并适当添加姜汁，制成一种新型饮料，对饮料生产的工艺条件作了详细探讨，成功地解决了马铃薯褐变及沉淀等问题，确定了最佳配方及工艺。
