A two-dimensional model was applied to simulate the liquid core reduction(LCR) technology of bloom CC using ANSYS software.The deformation characteristics of bloom under different liquid fraction and reducing amount are obtained.The results indicate that the main deformation condition of bloom shell is compressive strain,mainly undertaken by the liquid core,which increases with the enhancement of reducing amount.Solidified shell takes minor deformation.The longitudinal section of bloom appears sunken and the narrow side bulges,which grow serious when the liquid fractionincreases.  相似文献

Big blue stem grass fiber-reinforced high density polyethylene powder biocomposites were fabricated using two separate processing schemes: (1) by compounding biofiber with the thermoplastic powder in an extruder and subsequently injection molding the extrusion pellets and (2) by combining biofiber and the powder thermoplastic powder using a modified sheet molding compounding (SMC) line and subsequently compression molding the sheet material. The physical properties including storage modulus, heat deflection temperature (HDT), notched Izod impact strength, and morphology were evaluated with dynamic mechanical analysis, Izod impact strength measurement, and microscopy observation. It was found that compression-molded specimens achieved similar modulus values to injection molded specimens for grass-reinforced high density polyethylene (HDPE) composites. The stiffness of the compression-molded specimens is related to the consolidation state of the samples, which depends on compression molding conditions such as temperature, pressure, and mold type. Compression-molded specimens exhibited a higher HDT and notched Izod impact strength compared to injection-molded samples. Grass fiber-reinforced cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) biocomposites made with SMC processing had similar physical properties with grass fiber-reinforced HDPE composites, which indicates that natural fiber-reinforced CAB biocomposites have the potential to replace polyolefin-based composites for automotive applications. Starches of different granule sizes, including corn, rice, and amaranth starches, were used to prepare starch‐filled polypropylene (PP) and the effect of starch granule size on crystallization behavior PP was investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy were used to monitor the energy changes of the crystallization of the melt and to characterize the morphology of PP/starch composites, respectively. Little interaction was observed between starch and PP despite the difference in starch granule size. The crystallization temperature of PP decreased with the addition of starch and this decrease became more apparent with increasing starch granule size. During nonisothermal crystallization, the dependency of the relative degree of crystallinity on time was described by the Avrami equation. The addition of starch decreased the overall crystallization rate of PP, which was attributed to an increase in the activation energy of crystallization under nonisothermal conditions according to the Kissinger equation. An increase in starch granule size of starch would increase the crystallization activation energy of PP and consequently decrease its crystallization rate. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. To measure miss distance for antiaircraft projectile,a radial velocity identification and positioning method with a single radar is proposed.By analyzing the spatial resolution of multi-frequency ranging radar,the discrimination and testing model of this radar for multi-targets (projectile and target) is established to analyze the systematic error of antiaircraft miss distance.Then through the aerial target flight test and contrast test with optical test equipment,the validity of the measurement method is verified.This new method has the potential to be used in the measurement of antiaircraft projectile miss distance.  相似文献

A microfluidic valve based on electrochemical (ECM) actuation was designed, fabricated using UV-LIGA microfabrication technologies. The valve consists of an ECM actuator, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membrane and a micro chamber. The flow channels and chamber are made of cured SU-8 polymer. The hydrogen gas bubbles were generated in the valve microchamber with Pt black electrodes (coated with platinum nanoparticles) and filled with 1 M of NaCl solution. The nano particles coated on the working electrode helps to boost the surface-to-volume ratio of the electrode for faster reversible electrolysis and faster valve operation. To test the functionality of the microvalve, a simple micropump based on ECM principle was also integrated in the system to deliver a microscopic volume of fluid through the valve. The experimental results have showed that an approximately 300 μm deflection of valve membrane was achieved by applying a bias voltage of ?1.5 V across the electrodes. The pressure in the valve chamber was estimated to be about 200 KPa. Experimental results proved that the valve can be easily operated by controlling the electrical signals supplied to the ECM actuators.  相似文献

High-level semantic features and low-level detail features matter for salient object detection in fully convolutional neural networks (FCNs). Further integration of low-level and high-level features increases the ability to map salient object features. In addition, different channels in the same feature are not of equal importance to saliency detection. In this paper, we propose a residual attention learning strategy and a multistage refinement mechanism to gradually refine the coarse prediction in a scale-by-scale manner. First, a global information complementary (GIC) module is designed by integrating low-level detailed features and high-level semantic features. Second, to extract multiscale features of the same layer, a multiscale parallel convolutional (MPC) module is employed. Afterwards, we present a residual attention mechanism module (RAM) to receive the feature maps of adjacent stages, which are from the hybrid feature cascaded aggregation (HFCA) module. The HFCA aims to enhance feature maps, which reduce the loss of spatial details and the impact of varying the shape, scale and position of the object. Finally, we adopt multiscale cross-entropy loss to guide network learning salient features. Experimental results on six benchmark datasets demonstrate that the proposed method significantly outperforms 15 state-of-the-art methods under various evaluation metrics.

Ti6Al4V alloy has good corrosion resistance due to the formation of the passive oxide films on the surface of Ti6Al4V alloy. However, Ti6Al4V alloy has poor tribocorrosion resistance in the seawater environment. Herein the present work, plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) with the electrolyte of glycerol and sodium borate is used to generate PEO coatings on the surface of Ti6Al4V alloy to improve its tribocorrosion properties. The microstructure and tribocorrosion properties of PEO coatings are investigated by using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and tribometer, respectively. The growth kinetics and the tribocorrosion mechanisms of PEO coatings are discussed in detail. It is shown in the results that PEO coatings deposited on the surface of Ti6Al4V alloy are composed of rutile and anatase phases. The surface hardness and thickness of PEO coatings are enhanced with the increase of the voltage and time. The wear rate of Ti6Al4V alloy with PEO coatings is significantly reduced in artificial seawater.  相似文献
