The effects of cooking temperature, time and temperature of brine-salting, and temperature of ripening on the behavior of Enterobacteriaceae in Manchego cheese were studied. Fifty lots of cheese from raw ewe's milk manufactured and ripened under different conditions were investigated throughout a 60-day ripening period. Differences in pH values due to temperature-dependent whey retention accounted for the effect of cooking temperature on coliform and fecal coliform counts. Temperature of brine-salting had no effect on Enterobacteriaceae counts, but a significant effect of salting time on Enterobacteriaceae and fecal coliform counts was detected. Ripening temperature was the manufacturing variable with greatest influence (P<.01) on Enterobacteriaceae and coliform counts during the whole curing period. 相似文献
Adenosine is a nucleoside involved in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases. Its effects are mediated through its binding to G protein-coupled receptors: A1, A2a, A2b and A3. The receptors differ in the type of G protein they recruit, in the effect on adenylyl cyclase (AC) activity and the downstream signaling pathway triggered. Adenosine can produce both an enhancement and an inhibition of mast cell degranulation, indicating that adenosine effects on these receptors is controversial and remains to be clarified. Depending on the study model, A1, A2b, and A3 receptors have shown anti- or pro-inflammatory activity. However, most studies reported an anti-inflammatory activity of A2a receptor. The precise knowledge of the adenosine mechanism of action may allow to develop more efficient therapies for allergic diseases by using selective agonist and antagonist against specific receptor subtypes. 相似文献
The role of La2O3 loading in Pd/Al2O3-La2O3 prepared by sol–gel on the catalytic properties in the NO reduction with H2 was studied. The catalysts were characterized by N2 physisorption, temperature-programmed reduction, differential thermal analysis, temperature-programmed oxidation and temperature-programmed desorption of NO.
The physicochemical properties of Pd catalysts as well as the catalytic activity and selectivity are modified by La2O3 inclusion. The selectivity depends on the NO/H2 molar ratio (GHSV = 72,000 h−1) and the extent of interaction between Pd and La2O3. At NO/H2 = 0.5, the catalysts show high N2 selectivity (60–75%) at temperatures lower than 250 °C. For NO/H2 = 1, the N2 selectivity is almost 100% mainly for high temperatures, and even in the presence of 10% H2O vapor. The high N2 selectivity indicates a high capability of the catalysts to dissociate NO upon adsorption. This property is attributed to the creation of new adsorption sites through the formation of a surface PdOx phase interacting with La2O3. The formation of this phase is favored by the spreading of PdO promoted by La2O3. DTA shows that the phase transformation takes place at temperatures of 280–350 °C, while TPO indicates that this phase transformation is related to the oxidation process of PdO: in the case of Pd/Al2O3 the O2 uptake is consistent with the oxidation of PdO to PdO2, and when La2O3 is present the O2 uptake exceeds that amount (1.5 times). La2O3 in Pd catalysts promotes also the oxidation of Pd and dissociative adsorption of NO mainly at low temperatures (<250 °C) favoring the formation of N2. 相似文献
The influence of the water content, molar ratio, time and temperature on the formation of nondialysable melanoidins produced by the interaction ofl-ascorbic acid and glycine has been studied. The isolated polymers have been characterized by spectrum analysis and fractionated using gel chromatography. The rate constants of the reaction for temperatures of 90°C, 100°C and 110°C have been calculated and are (0.84±0.29) x 10?5 x s?1, (1.33±0.14) x 10?5 x s?1 and (5.30±0.37) x 10?5 x s?1 respectively. Human resources play a critical role in software project success. However, people are still the least formalized factor in today’s process models. Generally, people are assigned to roles and project teams are formed on the basis of project leaders’ experience of people, constraints (e.g. availability) and skill requirements. Yet this process has to take multiple factors into account. Few works in the literature model this process. Most of these are informal proposals focusing on the individual assignment of people to project tasks and do not consider other aspects like team formation as a whole.
Objective
In this paper we formulate a formal model for assigning human resources to software project teams. Additionally, we describe the key results of the knowledge management process enacted to output the elements of the model.
Method
The model elements were identified using the Delphi expert consultation method and applying psychological tests. The proposed model was implemented in a software tool and validated on two software development organization assignment scenarios.
Results
We built a formal model for the process of assigning human resources to software project teams. This model takes into account as many factors as possible and aids the assignment of individuals to project roles, as well as the formation of the team as a whole.We found that the rules that were identified to form software development project teams are useful. From the tests we found that model implementation was feasible (all the executions of the implemented problem-solving algorithms output feasible solutions in response times that can be considered as acceptable).
Conclusion
Using the Delphi method we were able to propose software project roles and competences. Psychological tests and data mining tools identified useful rules for forming software project teams. These were used to build a formal model. This model was built into a tool that returns role assignments in acceptable response times. This decision support tool helps managers assign people to roles and to form teams. Using the tool, project leaders can flexibly evaluate different team make-ups, taking into account several factors, as well as different constraints and objectives. 相似文献
Strategy-based path planning was introduced by the authors as a way to give robotic manipulators some sort of reactive behaviour in dynamic and unpredictable environments. This approach is based on making robots react to moving obstacles using a restricted subset of the configuration space, and on using an off-line pre-planning stage to choose the restricted subset. In this paper, strategy-based path planning is applied and explored, focusing our attention on the off-line stage. As genetic and environmental influences on schizophrenia might converge on DNA methylation (DNAm) within loci which are both associated with the disease and implicated in response to environmental stress, we examined whether DNAm within CYP17A1, a hypothalamus–pituitary–adrenal axis gene which is situated within the schizophrenia risk locus 10q24.32, would mediate genetic and environmental effects on stress-related schizophrenia symptoms. DNAm within an exonic–intronic fragment of CYP17A1 was assessed in the blood of 66 schizophrenia patients and 63 controls using single-molecule real-time bisulfite sequencing. Additionally, the VNTR polymorphism of the AS3MT gene, a plausible causal variant within the 10q24.32 locus, was genotyped in extended patient and control samples (n = 700). The effects of local haplotype, VNTR and a polyenviromic risk score (PERS) on DNAm, episodic verbal memory, executive functions, depression, and suicidality of patients were assessed. Haplotype and PERS differentially influenced DNAm at four variably methylated sites identified within the fragment, with stochastic, additive, and allele-specific effects being found. An allele-specific DNAm at CpG-SNP rs3781286 mediated the relationship between the local haplotype and verbal fluency. Our findings do not confirm that the interrogated DNA fragment is a place where genetic and environmental risk factors converge to influence schizophrenia symptoms through DNAm. 相似文献
