采用大电流交流脉冲对非晶Fe78B13Si9合金进行了去应力退火。初步探讨了电脉冲加热对加热速率和该合金内应力释放、退火脆化以及最终软磁性影响的基本规律。结果表明:电脉冲加热可以得到远高于常规退火的加热速率,选择合适工艺参数可使非晶合金内应力释放90%,软磁性(H_c和B_s)达常规退火后的95%以上,与此同时使合金的延性(断裂应变ε_f)维持在0.9以上,从而有望实现非晶合金磁性与延性的合理配合。 相似文献

地下工程空间点位地磁扰动变化规律是地磁应急定位的基础研究之一.为了研究井下工程监测目标瞬间地磁扰动的特点与规律,选取井下6个水平巷道为试验区,开展了运输车通行和罐笼升降磁扰动时间、扰动距离和扰动噪声大小的监测和匹配定位试验.发现运输车通行和罐笼提升都会对附近点位产生瞬间磁噪声扰动,主要强噪声扰动时间一般在10 s以内,扰动数值约几百至上千纳特.这些瞬间磁扰动会直接影响地磁匹配结果精度.运用中值滤波或小波去噪的方法对匹配数据进行预处理,可以减弱匹配数据中的瞬间强噪声,提高匹配结果的精度. 相似文献

氯化法钛白生产中的核心技术是TiCl4气相氧化反应过程.氧化反应器是氯化法钛白生产中的核心设备,氧化反应器中射流环的开孔结构直接影响TiCl4与O2的混合效果.采用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法,研究了5种不同射流环结构对流体混合效果的影响,获得了TiCl4气体在反应管内的径向浓度分布情况,以及TiCl4与O2混合的不均匀度.结果表明,射流环开孔结构对物料的混合有显著的影响,组合开孔射流环的物料混合效果优于均匀开孔射流环,更有利于反应物流体TiCl4和O2实现快速均匀地混合. 相似文献

A data-based adaptive online prediction model is proposed for plant-wide production indices based on support vector regression, a general method which we customized specifically to model very large data sets that are generated dynamically and periodically. The proposed model can update its parameters online according to the statistical properties of the training samples. Further, in order to improve the prediction precision, each sample is weighted with a dynamic penalty factor that considers the effect of each sample on the prediction model accuracy. Moreover, a customized procedure is introduced to handle large training sets. After having been convincingly evaluated on benchmark data, effectiveness and performance of our approach for plant-wide production indices is demonstrated using industrial data from an operating ore dressing plant over a range of scale in training data set size. The higher accuracy and shorter computation times than existing methods suggest that it may prove advantageous in actual application to dynamic production processes. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the state estimation problem for the complex networked systems with randomly occurring nonlinearities and randomly missing measurements. The nonlinearities are included to describe the phenomena of nonlinear disturbances which exist in the network and may occur in a probabilistic way. Considering the fact that probabilistic data missing may occur in the process of information transmission, we introduce the randomly data missing into the sensor measurements. The aim of this paper is to design a state estimator to estimate the true states of the considered complex network through the available output measurements. By using a Lyapunov functional and some stochastic analysis techniques, sufficient criteria are obtained in the form of linear matrix inequalities under which the estimation error dynamics is globally asymptotically stable in the mean square. Furthermore, the state estimator gain is also obtained. Finally, a numerical example is employed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed state estimation conditions. 相似文献

Synthesis of superabsorbent resin (SAR) was achieved by a new method, that of direct UV photopolymerization, and in particular the synthesis of a SAR of acrylic acid–potassium acrylate copolymer by UV photopolymerization was investigated. Influences of ratio (mol) of acrylate monomer to acrylic acid monomer, photoinitiators, crosslinking agents, and exposure time of UV light on the water‐absorbent properties were investigated. The results showed that the water absorbency (Q) of SAR based on Irgacure 1700 or Irgacure 1800 was 545–530 mL/g, but under the same conditions Q was 450 mL/g for the SAR based on Irgacure 651. N,N′‐Methylene bisacrylamide, hydroethyl acrylate, and glycerol were used as crosslinking agents, of which N,N′‐methylene bisacrylamide was the most effective. It crosslinked the molecular chains through attending the copolymerization with acrylic acid (AA) and potassium acrylate.
