开发了一个烟草生产环境监测系统,该系统可对烟草生产过程中环境温度、湿度、降雨量、日照全辐射和紫外辐射进行监测.系统测试的数据可通过GSM网络传送到数据巾心,用户可通过访问数据中心服务器查询到相关的生产环境数据;为保证数据的安全性,系统采集到的数据还被保存到SD卡上;可将多个系统组建成为一个监测网络,用于对多个生产基地生产环境进行动态监测;监测系统已经在红塔集团烟叶基地部署了20台,并正常运行半年;系统的部署,为企业原料采购提供重要的决策支持. 相似文献

为解决SD5切丝机切丝刀片因单次进刀量不固定而导致刀片和磨刀砂轮磨损快等问题,对进刀机构进行了改进。通过将回转体上的滑块槽改为固定轴,使滑块固定在回转体上并随销轴转动;在进给杆上加工滑块槽,使滑块在槽中滑动时带动回转体旋转;由回转体驱动推刀块运动完成进刀,实现切丝过程中单次进刀量恒定。以青岛卷烟厂使用的2台SD504切丝机为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后刀片和砂轮平均使用寿命分别延长31.2%和7.2%。该技术可为提高SD5系列切丝机生产稳定性提供支持。 相似文献

阳极氧化制备的TiO2纳米管列阵由于具有独特的、高度有序的列阵结构,制备工艺简单,成本低廉,已经发展成为重要的无机功能材料。在TiO2纳米管内外复合其它纳米材料以构成一种特殊的异质结复合结构可以提高其性能,拓展其应用空间。本文基于国内外最新研究进展,系统综述了采用金属、半导体、有机物对TiO2纳米管列阵修饰而得的复合纳米材料,及其化学、电化学和物理的方法;并介绍其在光催化降解污染物、太阳能电池、生物传感器方面的潜在应用,提出了未来的发展方向。 相似文献

The influence of geographical origin (Lvliang, Baotou, Gulang, and Jilin) on the physicochemical properties of proso millet (Panicum miliaceum L.) starches from China, and starch chemical compositions were studied. Scanning electron microscopy showed that starch granules from millet starches were polygonal and spherical with smooth surfaces with sizes ranging from 2.5 to 12 μm. X-ray diffraction showed that millet starches were typical of A-type starch granules with a mean crystallinity of 35.81%. The transition temperatures (T o , T p , and T c ) and enthalpy of gelatinization (ΔH) of Lvliang, Baotou, Gulang, and Jilin proso millet starches were 66.81 to 70.01°C, 72.79 to 76.55°C, 78.30 to 82.44°C, and 10.4 to 14.46 J/g, respectively. Significant differences (p<0.05) were observed for the amylose content, granule size, peak temperature, gelatinization enthalpy, and peak viscosity temperature among the millet starches. Millet starches may have potential applications in production of puffed starch food products and other food items. 相似文献

Novel high performance hybrids (N-PPSQ/BDM/DBA) with very good flame retardancy, thermal, and dimensional stability as well
as low dielectric constant and loss were developed, which consist of 4,4′-bismaleimidodiphenyl methane/2,2′-diallyl bisphenol
A (BDM/DBA) resin and a novel functionalized ladderlike polyphenylsilsesquioxane (N-PPSQ). N-PPSQ was synthesized through
the hydrolysis and condensation between phenyltrimethoxysilane and γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, and its structure was characterized
by X-ray diffraction, nuclear magnetic resonance, gel permeation chromatography, and Fourier transform infrared. Compared
with BDM/DBA resin, N-PPSQ/BDM/DBA hybrids show significantly improved integrated performances including remarkably reduced
dielectric constant and loss, significantly improved flame retardancy, thermal, and dimensional stability, showing great potential
for applications having harsh requirements in integrated performances. For example, in the case of the hybrid with 15 wt%
N-PPSQ, its coefficient of thermal expansion in glassy and rubbery state are only about 49 and 42% of that of BDM/DBA resin,
respectively; its limiting oxygen index increases from about 26.1–42.1%; while its dielectric loss is only about 87% of that
of BDM/DBA resin at 1 kHz. These attractive improved properties are attributed to the variety in the cross-linked structure
induced by the presence of N-PPSQ. 相似文献
