研究了组合测试错误定位表的结构。针对t维组合测试情形,在假设待测系统中只有一个强度小于等于t维的错误交互时,提出了一种新的构造这种特殊情形的错误定位表的方法。这种方法构造的错误定位表覆盖了所有的t维交互并且对任意两个t维交互,表中包含这两个t维交互的行的集合互不相同。最后提出了生成这种错误定位表的AETG-like算法。实验表明,用该方法构造出的错误定位表比用t+1维覆盖表构造的错误定位表其行数要少得多。  相似文献

Meshing of a straight spur gear made of a low-modular dispersion-reinforced material with a metal pinion has been simulated using a two-level calculation method for tribojonts. The values of the elastic displacements and the face contact ratio in the tooth pitch and top points were compared. A nonlinear dependence has been established of the contact and flexural stiffness values ν. Poisson’s ratio ν. The stiffness was found to increase in the region of negative v values, which is characteristic of auxetic materials.  相似文献

A local variety of diopside rock is investigated with a view to using it in ceramic-tile mixtures. Specifics of sintering and phase formation of ceramics are determined for the combination of diopside rock and local clays from Khakassia. A diagram is developed for choosing a tile mixture composition with the required degree of sintering. Properties of various-purpose tiles of optimum compositions are described. The second version of the original Bearing Builder Finite Element Method (BBFEM) software and its application for analyzing the hydrodynamics of cylindrical sliding bearings has been briefly described. The two-dimensional problem of the lubricating fluid flow in a bearing clearance taking into consideration the different types of deviations in the contact surface from a cylindrical shape has been solved by the finite element method. The bearing design that leads to the formation of several hydrodynamic friction zones (fluid wedges) has been considered. The role of the contact compliance of a shaft and a bush and the operation factors that cause the deviation from the initial cylindrical shape of a bearing, including the deformations and the misalignment of the shaft and bush is shown by citing specific examples of antifriction composites of different compositions.  相似文献

Tribological characteristics of ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE)-based compositions with graphite and molybdenum disulfide are studied under conditions of dry friction, boundary lubrication, and abrasive wear. It is shown that, under dry sliding friction, the wear rate of UHMWPE-graphite and UHMWPE-MoS2 polymer compositions is halved as compared to that of pure UHMWP, while their mechanical characteristics change only slightly. Under the conditions of abrasive wear, the wear resistance of these composites increases by 1.3–1.5 times. Concentrations of the fillers, which are optimum for improving the wear resistance, are determined. The supramolecular structure and the topography of worn surfaces of the UHMWPE compositions with various concentrations of the fillers are examined. A comparative analysis of the wear resistance of the composites under conditions of dry friction and lubrication is carried out. Mechanisms of the wear of the UHMWPE-graphite and UHMWPE-MoS2 polymer compositions under conditions of dry sliding friction and abrasive wear are discussed.  相似文献

The paper presents investigation results of nanocomposites based on ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene filled by Al2O3, C, Cu, SiO2 nanofillers. It is shown that nanofillers increase the abrasive resistance of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (at an abrasive graininess R240) to a much less extent (up to 55%) compared to microfillers. The structure and friction surfaces of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene and its nanocomposites have been studied by optical profilometry and microscopy, IR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and scanning electron microscopy. It has been proved that the abrasive wear resistance of the nanocomposites depends weakly on the filler type, but is defined by the matrix structure (crystallinity, ordering) and the abrasive graininess of the counterbody. The wear mechanisms of ultra-high-molecular-weight-polyethylene-based nanocomposites in the presence of abrasives were compared to the conditions of dry friction.  相似文献

The Si---O---C---H composite thin films were deposited on a p-type Si(100) substrate using bis-trimethylsilane (BTMSM) and O2 mixture gases by an inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition (ICPCVD). High density plasma of approximately 1012 cm−3 is obtained at low pressure (<320 mtorr) with an RF power of approximately 300 W in the inductively coupled plasma source where the BTMSM and oxygen gases are greatly dissociated. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra show that the film has Si---CH3 and O---H related bonds. The CH3 groups formed the void in the film and the Si atoms in the annealed sample have different chemical states from those in the deposited sample. It means that the void is formed due to the removing of O---H related bonds during the annealing process. The relative dielectric constant of the annealed sample with the flow rate ratio O2/BTMSM as 0.3 at 500°C for 30 min is approximately 2.5.  相似文献
