The critical properties of the 3D frustrated antiferromagnetic Heisenberg model on a triangular lattice have been investigated by the replica Monte Carlo method. All main magnetic and chiral critical indices were calculated using the finite-size scaling theory. It is found that the class of universality of the critical behavior of the model studied depends on the type of interplane exchange interaction.  相似文献

The dynamic critical behavior of the Heisenberg model with a strong anisotropy of the exchange constant in the z direction is investigated. The main features of the time evolution of this model are revealed. The static and dynamic critical behavior of planar magnetic models is shown to be described well by the Heisenberg model with strong easy plane anisotropy.  相似文献

A numerical technique combining Monte Carlo and molecular dynamics simulations is used for the first time to examine the complex critical dynamics of models of ferromagnetic gadolinium in which both strong exchange interactions and relativistic effects of several different types are taken into account. A finite-size scaling technique is used to calculate the corresponding dynamic critical exponents. The role played by isotropic dipole-dipole interaction in the critical behavior of gadolinium is evaluated. The results obtained provide an explanation for the anomalous dynamic critical behavior of gadolinium.  相似文献

The Wolf highly efficient single-cluster algorithm of the Monte Carlo method is used to investigate the critical static properties of a MnF 2 antiferromagnet model. The Wolf single-cluster algorithm is modified to investigate complex magnet models in which the uniaxial anisotropy is taken into account together with the exchange interaction.
