The concrete object of the investigation is the alignment of the high-power 12-channel Del'fin neodymium-glass laser facility. The objects of the alignment are the optical channel of the laser installation, the system for pointing and focusing the laser radiation on the target, the system for positioning the target in the focal volume, and the system for monitoring the optical quality of the elements of the laser installation and laser beams and also the conditions of the target irradiation in the vacuum chamber. The list of requirements that must be satisfied by the alignment beams, the possible sources of alignment beams, the makeup of the apparatus, and the methods of aligning the laser facility are considered. The principles and the actual systems of automatic alignment of the optical elements are described, as are the operating models of the automatized units. The problem of simulating the working laser beams by the alignment beams and the possibility of automatizing the control of the spatial and angular characteristics of the laser radiation are discussed. Photoinduced adsorption (PIA) of oxygen molecules on AgBr films at 77 K has been experimentally observed and investigated. Lifetimes of PIA centers and desorption activation energies of O2 molecules have been determined. The process is suggested to compete with the ionic step of AgBr photolysis.

We present a comprehensive analysis of the optical constants of the two-dimensional dichalcogenide materials 2
H
-
TaSe
2
and 2
H
-
NbSe
2
, in an attempt to address the physics of two-dimensional correlated systems. The title compounds were studied over several
decades in frequency, from the far-infrared to the ultraviolet. Measurements with linearly polarized light have allowed us
to obtain both the in-plane and out-of-plane components of the conductivity tensor. Although the electromagnetic response
of dichalcogenides is strongly anisotropic, both the in-plane and out-of-plane components of the conductivity tensor share
many common features, including the presence of a well-defined metallic component, as well as a “mid-infrared band”. We discuss
the implications of these results in the context of the spectroscopic results of other classes of low-dimensional conductors
such as the high-temperature superconducting cuprates. In particular, the analysis of the redistribution of the spectral weight
as a function of temperature, as well as the behavior of the quasiparticles relaxation rate, points to significant distinctions
between the charge dynamics of dichalcogenides and other classes of low dimensional conductors.

Barotropic flows of one-dimensional compressible Bingham fluids are considered. Long-time behavior of the corresponding initial-boundary
problem is investigated. The uniform upper and lower bounds for the density and a decay of the kinetic energy are established.
We admit a class of mass forces not considered for similar problems to Newtonian fluids. Under additional assumptions on the
mass force, we achieve strong estimates for the solution (uniformly in time) and decays of the velocity and its derivatives.

We show that a multilayer analysis of the infrared c-axis response of RBa2Cu3O(7-δ) (R=Y, Gd, Eu) provides important new information about the anomalous normal-state properties of underdoped cuprate high temperature superconductors. In addition to competing correlations which give rise to a pseudogap that depletes the low-energy electronic states below T*?T(c), it enables us to identify the onset of a precursor superconducting state below T(ons)>T(c). We map out the doping phase diagram of T(ons) which reaches a maximum of 180 K at strong underdoping and present magnetic field dependent data which confirm our conclusions. 相似文献
