Study of the Complexation Behavior of Calixarene with Transition Metal Cations by UV—vis and Fluorescent Spectra

A new fluorescent compound based on calix[4] arene skeleton was synthesized.Its complexation ability with transition metal ions,such as Fe^3 ,Co^2 ,Ni^2 ,Cu^2 ,Zn^2 and Ag^ ,Was investigated by UV-vis and fluorescent spectra.     

超大孔沸石分子筛的研究进展

作为一类结晶孔材料,沸石分子筛因其规则的孔道结构和独特的择形性在催化、吸附、分离和离子交换等领域有着重要的应用.但传统的沸石分子筛材料由于孔道尺寸较小,对有机大分子的处理能力不强,超大孔沸石分子筛的出现缓解了这一状况.因此,深入了解超大孔分子筛的合成方法、制备过程、结构组成和理化性质对化学工业具有重要的意义.本文以孔道维度作为分类依据,系统地阐述了30年来超大孔沸石分子筛的合成、结构及应用,提出了现阶段其发展存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望.     

用来激励高频超声换能器的电激励源

讨论了超声换能器的几种激励方法，分析了三种常用激励方法在激励高频超声换能器时的特点及其同局限性，我们雪崩ＭＡＲＸ电路制作的单极窄脉冲能地激励率高达１００ＭＨｚ的换能器并取得了较好的结果。     

Biocatalytic Synthesis of Highly Enantiopure 1,4-Benzodioxane-2-carboxylic Acid and Amide

Catalyzed by Rhodococcus erythropolis AJ270, a nitrile hydratase and amidase containing microbial whole-cell catalyst, at 10 ℃ and with the use of methanol as a co-solvent, nitrile and amide biotransformations produce 2S-1,4-benzodioxane-2-carboxamide and 2R-1,4-benzodioxane-2-carboxylic acid in high yields with excellent enantioselectivity.     

Mechanical Properties of Breast Cancer Cell Membrane Studied with Optical Tweezers

Membrane tethers are extracted from breast cancer cells using a force generated by an optical trap. It is experimentally obtained that the radius of tether is about 0.1μm and the static tether force is about 8.5 pN. Calculations based on the experimental measurements give a bending modulus for the tether of 1.35 x 10^-19 N.m and a surface membrane tension of 6.76 x 10^-6 N/m in the breast cancer cell. The treatment with cytochalasin D results in the decreasing bending modulus and decreasing apparent surface tension. When the membrane protein caveolin is over-expressed, similar cases occur in bending modulus and apparent surface tension. In addition, the viscous resistance coefficient of the membrane is calculated to be 1.15pN.s/μm according to the dynamic tether forces obtained under different pulling velocities.

探究实验教学中“控制单一变量”思想的培养——以“浓度对化学反应速率的影响”为例

控制单一变量思想是化学学科的本质之一,是探究实验中不可或缺的认知成分。针对人教版高中《化学反应原理》"浓度对化学反应速率的影响"一节,充分挖掘实验的定量价值,以3种不同层次浓度方案的设计和评价,生成控制单一变量思想的具体内涵。教学过程中以任务驱动的形式,充分激发学习兴趣,培养实验探究能力、深化思维水平。

8-丙烯酰氧喹啉及其聚合物与四溴化碳双组分体系敏化的丙烯腈光聚合

Photopolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) sensitized by binary component initiators consisting of 8-acryloyloxyquinoline (AQ) and its polymer (PAQ) with carbon tetrabromide (CTB) are investigated kinetically. It is found that the polymerization rates are proportional to 0.19th power of AQ concentration, 0.35th power of CTB concentration and 0.62th power of AN concentration for AQ-CTB system initiation system; proportional to 0.24th power of PAQ concentration, 0.22th power of CTB concentration and 1.0th power of AN concentration initia-ted by above systems are obtained to be 5.26Kcal/mol and 6.34Kcal/mol respectively. It is also found that the polymerization rates sensitized by addition of CTB to AQ or PAQ are much higher than that ofAQ or PAQ alone. Forom the fluorescence analysis of AN polymers,it is confirmed that AQ or PAQ joints into the AN polymer chains. The molecular weight of PAN sensitized by the binary initiatorsystems is lower than that of AQ or PAQ sensitized.
