纳米铜薄膜氧化反应动力学规律研究

研究了140 ℃下纳米尺度Cu薄膜的氧化行为. 采用真空蒸发法以不同沉积速率制备一系列Cu薄膜, 利用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察其微观形貌, 选取形貌良好的Cu薄膜样品. 采用方块电阻和透射光谱两种方法为表征手段, 测量16～22 nm范围内不同厚度Cu薄膜在140 ℃下完全氧化所需要的时间, 得到了Cu薄膜氧化反应的动力学曲线, 并利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了氧化产物的晶相结构和成分. 结果表明, 纳米尺度下Cu薄膜在140 ℃下氧化反应的动力学表征结果满足特殊的反对数生长规律, 反应产物为Cu₂O.     

方块电阻法原位表征Cu薄膜氧化反应动力学规律

提出并建立了一种基于方块电阻测量的原位表征Cu薄膜氧化反应动力学规律的方法.利用Cu薄膜方块电阻随氧化时间的变化情况，得到氧化产物厚度与氧化时间的关系，反应动力学表征结果符合抛物线规律.还利用不同的氧化反应温度条件和对应的抛物线常数之间的关系得到体系的扩散激活能.结果表明，提出的表征方法适用于Cu薄膜氧化反应体系.     

EFFECT OF CRYSTALLINITY ON POLARIZATION FATIGUE OF FERROELECTRIC P(VDF-TrFE) COPOLYMER FILMS

The dependence of polarization fatigue on crystallinity of vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene copolymer films was studied.Experimental data indicated that the higher the crystallinity of the film was,the slower the fatigue rate of the film became.A possible explanation was put forward,and it was regarded that the space charges,trapped at the boundaries of crystallites and/or captured by the defects lying both in amorphous and crystalline phases,should make the major contribution to polarization fa...     

Fabrication of grating-like polystyrene latex monolayer structure as three-dimensional calibration standards for scanning probe microscope

This paper illuminates the preparation of grating-like polystyrene latex monolayer structure, which can minimize the effects of the size deviation of spheres and the defect transfer on the accuracy as calibration samples for microscopes. The latex films are grown on freshly cleaved mica substrates by vertical deposition method. The concentration dependence of the structure and the topography of latex films is characterized by optical microscope, ultraviolet--visible transmission spectrum and scanning probe microscope. The origination of such a grating-like structure is also discussed.     

P(VDF-TrFE)铁电聚合物薄膜不对称铁电开关现象

报道了铁电聚合物薄膜中观测到的不对称铁电开关双峰现象．当薄膜被略低于其矫顽场的电场极化时可观测到铁电开关双峰,当进一步连续施加超过矫顽场的电场后这一开关双峰现象消失．用空间电荷的注入和再分布模型对这一不对称现象进行了探讨．     

Polarization fatigue in poly(vinylidene fluoride (78%)-trifluoroethylene (22%)) ferroelectric thin films: a pulse train study

This paper investigates the influences of polarization fatigue on remanent polarization and switching time by pulse train measurements in ferroelectric poly(vinylidene fluoride (78%) and trifluoroethylene (22%)) thin films. Fatigue was carried out by a series of bipolar switching pulses with constant pulse width (on-time) and various interval times between pulses (off-time). The experimental observations indicated that the off-time period showed no obvious influence on fatigue rate and the switching time increased with the increase of fatigue cycles. The origination of these phenomena was discussed according to the charge injection model.
