利用玉米的近缘亲属摩擦禾的基因组DNA。对玉米自交系330、二倍体多年生类玉米及其远缘杂交孤雌生殖后代异源种质纯系540的染色体进行比较基因组原位杂交,发现上述3个供试种染色体上的异染色质纽因杂交信号极强而能被清楚地显示.与亲代相比,540中出现异染色质纽数目减少的现象.并讨论了造成这种现象的可能原因. 相似文献

According to the analysis of the ploidy changes of 46 H_1 pollen-plants, we have observed three types, among them the haploid type accounts for 60.9%, the diploid type 28.3%, and the typical mixoploid type 10.8%. It appears that the variations of chromosome number of the pollen-plants are related to the genotypes of donor plants. We have also observed that the distribution, location and degree of the stained Giemsa C-banding in the chromosomes of diploid cells are similar to those of haploid cells, showing that the diploids produced through spontaneous doubling of the haploid chromosome numbers of pollen-plants have greater homozygosity and genetical stability. 相似文献

通过对玉米自交系旅9与二倍体多年生类玉米(Zea diploperennis,DP)远缘杂交,其杂种与玉米回交,回交一代(BC1)孤雌生殖,获得了具有DP性状的两个稳定株系a2-①和a2-⑥.对其中的外源渗入片段进行了荧光原位杂交物理定位,确定了a2-①中外源渗入片段在第1染色体长臂近束端,第2,8染色体长臂中部,以及第6染色体短臂中部.a2-⑥中外源渗入片段在第1染色体长臂近末端,第2,8染色体长臂中部.对两株系中渗入片段在染色体上的物理位置的特点,位置与抗病性之间的关系,以及可能携带有抗病基因的外源渗入片段等进行了初步的分析和讨论. 相似文献
