Eu(DBM)_3TPPO的晶体结构和荧光光谱

C_(63)H_(51)O_7PEu,三斜晶系,空间群,a=12.336(3),b=18.729(5),c=11.502(3),α=95.86(2),β=103.14(2),γ=87.89(2)°,Z=2,D_x=1.39gcm~(-3)。用6989个I>3σ(I)的可观察衍射数据对72个非氢原子的原子坐标和各向异性温度因子进行全矩阵最小二乘精修,最终的偏离因子R=0.055。中心离子Eu(Ⅲ)由七个氧原子配位,配位多面体为畸变的单帽三棱柱体,帽位由TPPO的氧原子占据,Eu—O原子间距在2.305(4)—2.367(4)之间。77K下测定了配合物的高分辨激光激发和发射光谱,结果表明配合物中Eu(Ⅲ)离子有两种格位,一具C_(2v)点对称性,另一具C_s点对称性。具有较低对称性C_s的物种在配合物中占绝对优势。77K下还记录了掺1％铕的配合物Gd(DBM)_3TPPO的发射光谱,结果表明Gd(Ⅲ)离子具有与标题化合物中Eu(Ⅲ)离子相同的格位。     

Isoscaling of the Fission Fragments with Langevin Equation

The Langevin equation is used to simulate the fission process of ^112Sn ^112Sn and ^116Sn ^116Sn. The mass distribution of the fission fragments are given by assuming the process of symmetric fission or asymmetric fission with the Gaussian probability sampling. The isoscaling behaviour has been observed from the analysis of fission fragments of both the reactions, and the isoscaling parameter α seems to be sensitive to the width of fission probability and the beam energy.     

A Quasi-Symmetric Coupled Quantum Well and Its Electric-Optical Properties

We propose a novel coupled quantum well structure, i.e. a quasi-symmetric coupled quantum well (QSCQW). Based on the demands of optical switching devices for quantum well materials, the QSCQW configuration is further optimized. Consequently, in the case of low applied electric field 25kV/cm and low absorption loss 100cm^-1, a large field-induced refractive index change (for TE mode, n = 0.0106; for TM mode, n = 0.0115) is obtained in the QSCQW structure at the operation wavelength 1550hm. The value is in one or two order of magnitude larger than that in a rectangular quantum well and about 50% larger than that of five-step asymmetric coupled quantum well structure under the same working conditions. The refractive index change obtained with the optimized QSCQW under so low absorption loss and applied electric field is very attractive for semiconductor optical switching devices. This manifests that the QSCQW structure has a great potential for applications in ultra-fast and low-voltage optical switches and in travelling wave modulators.     

ebXML消息服务规范的互操作性测评研究

主要研究如何对电子商务平台的互操作性进行测评，介绍了互操作性基本概念，描述了基于ebXML规范的互操作性测评体系，最后通过ebXML消息服务互操作性测试，验证了测试模型，步骤和评价标准的正确性与有效性．     

增强应用意识 培养建模能力

中国科学院数学物理部在《今日数学及其应用》一文中阐明了对数学应用的新认识：“国家的繁荣富强，关键在于高新的科技和高效率的经济管理，高新技术的基础科学是应用科学，而应用科学的基础是数学．”可以说数学的广泛应用已被视为科技进步的重要标志．高中数学教学目标已明确要求学生“逐步学会把实际问题归结为数学模型，然后运用数学方法进行探索、猜测、判断、证明、运算、检验，使问题得到解决．”这不仅符合于数学本身发展的需要，也是社会发展的需要，是培养适应当今以高科技为主旋律的人才的需要．所以在数学教学中，加强对数学应…     

溴分子[^2Π3／2]4d里德堡态的转动谱的计算模拟

对溴分子在６８８００－７２００ｃｍ＾－１范围内的两个被观察到的［＾２Π３／２］４ｄ偶宇称里堡态的转动光谱进行了计算模拟，确定了转动常数，并且证实了原先对实验光谱的传动结构和电子角动量的标识。     

N_2和O_2纯转动拉曼光谱(PRRS)的温度特性

计算了N2 和O2 的PRRS ,讨论了其温度特性。提出通过测量N2 和O2 的PRRS计算大气温度的方法。     

Effects of Substrate Temperature on Helium Content and Microstructure of Nanocrystalline Titanium Films

Helium-charged nanocrystalline titanium films have been deposited by HeAr magnetron co-sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature on the helium content and microstructure of the nanocrystalline titanium films have been studied. The results indicate that helium atoms with a high concentration are evenly incorporated in the deposited titanium films. When the substrate temperature increases from 60℃ to 350℃ while the other deposition＇parameters are fixed, the helium content decreases gradually from 38.6 at.% to 9.2at.%, which proves that nanocrystalline Ti films have a great helium storage capacity. The 20 angle of the Bragg peak of （002） crystal planes of the He-charged Ti film shifts to a lower angle and that of （100） crystal plane is unchanged as compared with that of the pure Ti film, which indicates that the lattice parameter c increases and a keeps at the primitive value. The grain refining and helium damage result in the diffraction peak broadening.     

多发弹丸发射系统阀门电源及可编程发射控制器的研制

多发弹丸发射系统是我院20世纪90年代从俄罗斯引进的设备，用于发射弹丸的快阀门电源属于非标产品，其备件缺乏，维修困难。为保证HL-2A装置弹丸注入实验顺利进行，根据设计要求，研制了这套弹丸快阀电源和可编程发射控制器。它们之间的连接如图1所示。     

热处理条件对双粉工艺中Bi—2212粉末的相组成影响

实验研究了Bi-2212粉末在空气，8％O2和纯O2种处理的相组成特征，指出通过改变热处理温度和气氛可控制前驱粉中对2223成相影响较大的(Bi，Pb)-2212相，Ca2PbO4相，2201相和14：24AEC等相。
