Characterization of ZnO:AI films deposited by r.f.magnetron-sputtering at low temperature

Transparent conducting ZnO:AI thin films with good adhesion and Iow resistivity have been prepared on organic substrates and Coming 7059 glass substrates by r.f. magnetron-sputtering technique at Iow substrate temperature (25-210℃). Structural and photoelectric properties of the deposited films are investigated. The deposited films are polycrystalline with hexagonal structure and a preferred orientation with the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate. Only the (002) peak is observed.High quality films with resistivity as Iow as 1.0 x 10- 3Ω@ cm and 8.4 x 10- 4Ω@ cm, the average transmittance over 74% and 85% in the wavelength range of the visible spectrum have been obtained on different substrates.

Conservation Laws in sine—Gordon Equation

There are two conservation quantities needed to derive conservation laws of sine-Gordon equation in a frame of laboratory reference.one of them could be derived easily with a standard process,but the other could not .After the gauge transformation e^-iθσ2/2is introduced,we simply obtain the other one without any questionable assumption.     

Study on the 4×10 Gb/s,400 km dispersion compensation by chirped optical fiber grating

In this paper, the dispersion compensation for 4×10 Gb/s, 400 km G.652 fiber by chirped optical fiberBragg grating (FBG)is introduced.For the first time,we have measured and compensated the polarizationmode dispersion(PMD)of FBG, which in each channel is less than 1.1 ps.When the bit crror rate(BER)is 10~(-10)and the bit error is zero, the transmission power penalty of each channel is less than 2 dB, andthe best, result is negative which means that the receiver sensitivity is increased after transmission.     

Mg,Si和S同位素链的壳反常

采用考虑轴向形变的相对论平均场理论,以双中子、双质子分离能隙δ_2n/δ_2p作为壳封闭的特征,分析了Mg,Si和S同位素链的壳封闭和壳反常,发现Mg同位素链在N=12,16处,Si同位素链在N=14,S同位素链在N?=16处出现明显的壳封闭结构,Si同位素链在N=28处壳层结构并没有消失.Mg,Si和S同位素链在N=20处壳效应并不太明显.     

光纤陀螺随机误差的滤波方案的探讨

范跃祖，宁文如，刘剑．光纤陀螺随机误差的滤波方案的探讨．数理统计与管理，１９９７，１６（４），２９～３２．光纤陀螺是新一代的光学陀螺仪，它的性能决定着惯性参照系统的精度。光纤陀螺的误差分为两大类。一类是有规律的，另一类是随机的。本文提出了两种新的用于光纤陀螺随机误差补偿的Ｋａｌｍａｎ滤波方案，考虑了两种随机模型：（Ⅰ）角速度变化为等随机的；（Ⅱ）角速度变化为等随机加速的。仿真结果表明，第二种方案对噪声起到了很好的抑制作用和滤波效果     

尿样中核基质蛋白22的免疫电化学生物传感器研制

将(4,4',4',4')四羧基酞菁钴(CoTcPc)和HRP标记核基质蛋白22抗体(HRP-Ab-NMP22)一起固定在Au电极表面,构建了一种快速测定膀胱肿瘤患者尿液中NMP22抗原含量的安培免疫传感器(HRP-Ab-NMP22/Fe3O4/CoPc CME).实验表明:该传感器对NMP22抗原具有良好的电化学响应,HRP对H2O2电催化氧化电流I0降低,△I0与NMP22浓度在1.0～150ng·mL-1成线性关系,检测限则为0.5ng·mL-1.该传感器基于一次性竞争性免疫反应,较Elisa法提高了检测速度,有望用于膀胱肿瘤的迅速诊断.     

全球大气重力波联测期间电离层扰动的台阵观测

本文利用武汉电离层观象台的加密频高图和三站Doppler图记录及新近提出的短波扰动反演方法,分析了1985年全球大气重力波联测(WAGS)期间10月18日这天白天的重力波扰动,发现在该日扰动中有两列不同形态的波列分别属于中尺度的内重力波和大尺度的导制重力波。本文还进一步估算了这两列重力波的水平传播参量,深入分析了它们的频谱结构的高度变化特征,发现了重力波功率谱谱峰的分裂和偏移等重要现象。本文结果表明,新的反演方法使电离层无线电汉诊断的简易短波实验系统,也能成为探测和研究重力波一类大尺度电离层动力过程的有效手段。     

一项从CAA到CAD的工作 ～正交优化法与SPICE相结合

电子电路的计算机辅助设计方法是促进电子技术发展的一种有效工具。本文介绍如何将行之有效的正交优化法与国际盛行的模拟电子电路的分析程序ＳＰＩＣＥ相结合，形成了ＡＣＯＤ软件，将ＣＡＡ扩展为ＣＡＤ。     

Design of new seismometer based on laser Doppler effect

In order to improve the resolution of seismic acquisition,a new seismic acquisition system based on tangential laser Doppler effect with an optimized differential optical configuration is proposed.The relative movement of the inertia object and the immobile frame is measured by laser Doppler effect,which can avoid the electromagnetic and thermometric interference,and the adoption of frequency-modulated (FM) transmission can improve the ability of anti-jamming.The frequency bandwidth is properly determined by analyzing the frequency of the Doppler signal.The velocity, displacement,acceleration, and frequency to be measured can be real-time acquired by frequency/velocity (F/V) converting the FM Doppler signal. A 100-dB dynamic range and the linear frequency range of 1.0 to 1000 Hz are realized.
