高能偏振能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪应用现状和进展

对高能偏振能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪基本特点及其用于环境、生物、地质样品中痕量元素的分析和RoSH检测等领域的应用现状予以介绍,并对二次靶与滤光片在痕量元素分析中的应用作了探讨。     

Triassic Nb-enriched basalts, magnesian andesites, and adakites of the Qiangtang terrane (Central Tibet): evidence for metasomatism by slab-derived melts in the mantle wedge

New chronological, geochemical, and isotopic data are reported for Triassic (219–236 Ma) adakite-magnesian andesite-Nb-enriched basaltic rock associations from the Tuotuohe area, central Qiangtang terrane. The adakites and magnesian andesites are characterized by high Sr/Y (25–45), La/Yb (14–42) and Na₂O/K₂O (12–49) ratios, high Al₂O₃ (15.34–18.28 wt%) and moderate to high Sr concentrations (220–498 ppm) and ε_ND (t) (+0.86 to +1.21) values. Low enrichments of Th, Rb relative to Nb, and subequal normalized Nb and La contents, and enrichments of light rare earth elements combine to distinguish a group of Nb-enriched basaltic rocks (NEBs). They have positive ε_ND (t) (+2.57 to +5.16) values. Positive correlations between Th, La and Nb and an absence of negative Nb anomalies on mantle normalized plots indicate the NEBs are products of a mantle source metasomatized by a slab melt rather than by hydrous fluids. A continuous compositional variation between adakites and magnesian andesites confirms slab melt interaction with mantle peridotite. The spatial association of the NEBs with adakites and magnesian andesites define an “adakitic metasomatic volcanic series” recognized in many demonstrably subduction-related environments (e.g., Mindanao arc, Philippines; Kamchatka arc, Russia; and southern Baja California arc, Mexico). The age of the Touhuohe suite, and its correlation with Triassic NEB to the north indicates that volcanism derived from subduction-modified mantle was abundant prior to 220 Ma in the central Qiangtang terrane.     

树木年轮重建阿勒泰西部1481-2004年6-9月降水量序列

根据采自阿勒泰西部地区5个采点的树木年轮样本, 建立了该地区的树轮年表. 通过相关普查发现, 其差值年表序列与该地区当年6-9月的降水量存在明显的负相关关系, 且具有明确的树木生理学意义. 用沙勒哈(t, t 1)两个树轮差值年表序列可较好地重建该地区1481-2004年524 a来的当年6-9月的降水量, 且经过交叉检验表明重建方程稳定可靠. 分析发现, 阿勒泰西部地区524 a来的重建降水量序列具有9个偏干阶段和9个偏湿阶段, 并且具有34.8 a、 5.0～5.1 a、 4.3～4.4 a、 3.9～4.0 a、 3.7 a和3.4 a的显著干湿变化准周期. 重建降水量序列在1518年、 1548年、 1634年、 1765年、 1856年前后发生过突变.     

等温微量热法在土壤微生物研究方面的进展

土壤微生物是陆地生态系统中分解者亚系统的主要组成部分, 参与了包括有机质降解、营养转化、 植物生长的促进或抑制以及各种土壤物理过程在内的一系列反应活动. 土壤微生物则是土壤质量重要的生物指标, 可以用来监控土壤质量的变化. 等温微量热法是一种简便、快速地测量微生物活性的方法, 在土壤微生物代谢热效应的研究领域中广泛应用. 就等温微量热法在土壤微生物活性中的研究进展进行综述: 等温微量热法的简介, 微量热方法与传统方法的比较, 等温微量热法在各种外界环境和土壤条件影响下的土壤微生物活性研究中的应用, 并对等温微量热法在土壤微生物和其它方面的研究进行了展望.     

小波分析在天然伽玛测井地质解释中的应用

在分析天然伽玛测井数据的信息特点和小波多分辨率分析原理的基础上,用小波多分辨率分析天然伽玛测井数据,消除其中的统计涨落等噪声干扰及提取天然伽玛放射性强度在不同沉积岩地层中分界标志特征和不同岩性中的变化特征,以提高应用天然伽玛测井资料进行地层划分及岩性识别的准确性和有效性.     

胶州湾东北部岸滩改造方案的讨论

本文根据胶州湾东北部岸滩目前污染严重、脏乱不堪的现状及城市总体规划的要求.提出了胶州湾东北部岸滩的改造意见.着重从海洋动力、生态、水量平衡的角度论证了改造工程的必要性和可行性。     

A HIGH-EFFICIENCY TANDEM PISTON AIR GUN

The high-efficiency tandem piston air gun is a new pneumatic seismic source with simple structure, convenient operation and low cost. It can create high-energy acoustic pulse signals, and effectively attenuate bubble responses. This paper briefly introduces the air gun with 0.8 liter at a pressure of 140 kg/cm2. The measurement shows that the gun has reached a maximum peak-peak sound pressure up to about 11.7 bar-meters. The ratio (P1-P2) is about 2.79. The energy of the acoustic pulse is concentrated within 200 Hz and the main frequency corresponding to the spectrum value is about 30 Hz. Its lowest frequency is below 10 Hz.     

The relationship between tidal current field and sediment transport in the Huanghai Sea and the Bohai Sea

-Based on a two-dimensional numerical M2 tidal model of the Huanghai and Bohai Seas, sediment transport of particles with different sizes in the computational area is given. It is concluded that tidal currents play an important role in sediment transport and deposition in the Huanghai and Bohai Seas.     

大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea)转铁蛋白(Tf)基因克隆及序列分析

提要应用RNeasy animal mini试剂盒抽提大黄鱼total RNA,逆转录合成模板cDNA;同时综合分析从GenBank数据库查询到已报道的转铁蛋白(Tf)基因序列,先设计并合成扩增引物扩增出大黄鱼转铁蛋白部分基因序列,再应用RACE技术,克隆出大黄鱼转铁蛋白全长cDNA基因,全长2461个核苷酸,编码661个氨基酸。应用WCG软件包,采用DNADIST和NEIGHBOR分析方法,构建了转铁蛋白系统进化树。树图显示与传统的分类地位大致相符,可以看出转铁蛋白在海水鱼和淡水鱼的进化上的差异,同时也显示大黄鱼Tf与真鲷的同源性最高。
