The existent data flows about scientific events in the VINITI RAS computer-aided technology, as well as information distinctions and similarities in various flows, are considered. The technology of integrating the resultant information arrays is described and the applied comparison algorithms are analyzed and compared. Further development of the technology of the formation of an integrated information array of scientific events and its applications in VINITI products are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract— Multistable electro‐optical modes exist under certain conditions in ferroelectric liquid‐crystal (FLC) cells, which means that any light‐transmission level can be memorized after the driving voltage is switched off. The multistability is responsible for three new electro‐optical modes with different shapes of the gray‐scale curve that can be either S‐shaped (double or single dependent upon the applied‐voltage pulse sequence and boundary conditions) or V‐shaped dependent upon boundary conditions and FLC cell parameters. Abstract— A mixture with intermediate biaxial (ferrielectric) smectic phases existing in a broad temperature range has been developed. At any temperature within this range, as well as in the antiferroelectric phase range, several birefringence color states can be switched stepwise by application of an electric field, and therefore a LC cell placed between crossed polarizers can display form several colors without the use of color filters. A very small time switching between color states (about 10 μsec) can be a basis for this new mode in display technology because several full‐color optical states can be realized in the same material (or in the mixture of materials). These possibilities were investigated both theoretically and experimentally.  相似文献

Nitroxide-mediated radical polymerization of a tailor-made acrylate carrying a 1,2,3-triazole group with an undecanoyl spacer affords a well-defined (Mn = 7860 g mol−1 and D = 1.39) neutral polyacrylate precursor. A series of 1,2,3-triazolium-based poly(ionic liquid)s (TPILs) is then obtained by straightforward quaternization of the 1,2,3-triazole groups with methyl iodide and subsequent anion metathesis reactions. Among the prepared materials, TPIL with bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide anion exhibits low glass transition temperature (Tg = −40 °C), high thermal stability (Td10 = 325 °C) and anhydrous ionic conductivity of 4 × 10−6 S cm−1 at 30 °C, as measured by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis and broadband dielectric spectroscopy, respectively.  相似文献

Covalent functionalization of pentadecane-decorated thermally reduced graphite oxide (GO) sheets has been studied as a tool for the preparation of polyethylene/GO composites exhibiting rheological and electrical percolation thresholds. It was accomplished through pentadecane based radical addition onto unsaturated bonds located on the GO sheets' surface using dicumyl peroxide as hydrogen abstractor. This chemical functionalization influences the affinity of the formed pentadecane grafted GO sheets for various solvents. Then, the compounding of the composites pentadecane grafted GO/PE was performed at a processing temperature of 140 °C with 25, 20, 15, 10, 8 and 5 wt% loadings. Rheological and electrical percolation thresholds were found between 10 and 15 wt% for polyethylene/pentadecane functionalized graphene oxide composites while the composite graphite/PE at the same loading percentage did not reach any percolation threshold.  相似文献

The radio-wave refraction parameters are analyzed under the Arctic conditions. The features of the troposphere and ionosphere of this zone are taken into account. It is demonstrated that the refraction angles of near-polar regions has no substantial differences from those of other regions. Calculations are performed numerically with the use of exact formulas for refraction of electromagnetic wave. The relationship between true and total refraction angles is derived.  相似文献

Abstract— A passively addressed 64 × 64 ferroelectric liquid‐crystal display (FLCD) has been developed. The display matrix has a 33 × 33 mm2 aperture, and the FLC layer thickness is 5.2 ± 0.2 μm. The display device operates with a frame frequency of 30 Hz (at Vrow = ±18 V, Vcol = ±9 V, T = 23°C), generating a continuous gray scale which can be memorized for more than 10 days after the driving voltage is switched off. A new approach for multiplex electronic addressing of the FLCD gray scale is proposed. The conditions of the hysteresis‐free gray‐scale generation for multiplex addressing and the gray‐scale memorization after the voltage is switched off, as well as the time steadiness of memorized images, are considered.  相似文献
