A novel technique of immobilizing indicator dyes by electrostatic adsorption and covalent bonding to fabricate optical sensors
was developed. 3-Amino-9-ethylcarbazole (AEC) was attached to the outmost surface of quartz glass slide via aminosilanizing
the slide, crosslinking chitosan, adsorbing Au nanoparticle, self-assembling HS(CH2)11OH, and coupling AEC. Thus, an AEC-immobilized optical sensor was obtained. The sensor exhibits a wide linear response range
from 7.0×10−7 to 1.0×10−4 mol/L and a correlation coefficient of 0.995 9 for the detection of 2-nitrophenol. The detection limit and response time
of the sensor are 1.0×10−7 mol/L and less than 10 s, respectively. The fluorescence intensity of the used sensor can be restored to the blank value
by simply rinsing with blank buffer. A very effective matrix for immobilizing indicator dye is provided by the proposed technique,
which is adaptable to other indicator dyes with amino groups besides AEC.

将分子筛SBA-15上负载高氯酸,制备了一种固体酸催化剂(HCl O4/SBA-15),利用IR对其结构进行了表征。并以HCl O4/SBA-15为催化剂,2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑和环氧氯丙烷为原料合成了奥硝唑,考察了催化用量、反应时间、反应温度、不同溶剂对产物收率的影响。得到优化的反应条件为:催化剂质量分数为60%(以2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑的质量为基准,下同),异丙醇作溶剂,在0℃下反应8 h,奥硝唑收率达76.3%,纯度(HPLC)为99.8%。采用1HNMR、13CNMR和MS确认产物结构。该法合成的奥硝唑质量符合药典质量标准。催化剂重复使用3次后,产品收率仍能达到65.8%。 相似文献

研制了一种新的可更新荧光免疫流动体系用于补体3(C3)的测定.用纳米TiO2颗粒为固定抗体的载体,辣根过氧化物酶标记C3(HRP-C3),以HRP-C3与待测C3发生竞争免疫反应.辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)催化荧光底物3,3'5,5'-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)转化为无荧光物质,待测C3的浓度可由底物溶液的荧光降低值间接测定.通过简单的处理后,固定抗体的载体表面可以得到有效的再生.荧光响应与C3补体在6.5μg/L到75μg/L之间呈准线性关系.该方法检测限较低,重复性好,可满足临床检测的要求. 相似文献

提出了一种基于微乳液聚合技术共价固定指示剂染料制备荧光纳米颗粒的新工艺。用甲基丙烯酰氯向荧光染料3-氨基-9-乙基咔唑(AEC)分子中引入末端双键,得化合物3-(N-甲基丙烯酰基)氨基-9-乙基咔唑(MAEC),通过微乳液聚合技术与甲基丙烯酸丁酯共聚合,得到聚合物颗粒,经洗涤、干燥、研磨,得固定AEC的荧光纳米颗粒。该荧光纳米颗粒在使用过程中无染料流失、相对于游离的AEC而言具有更好的耐光漂白性。甲硝唑可猝灭该荧光纳米颗粒的荧光,此性质被用来测定甲硝唑。实验结果显示,在pH 7.3的磷酸盐缓冲溶液/乙醇的混合介质(1/1,体积比)中,荧光纳米颗粒悬浮液(0.30 mg/mL)对甲硝唑有线性响应,线性响应范围为2.0×10-5~1.0×10-3mol/L,检测下限为9.0×10-6mol/L。 相似文献

提出了一条以Wenkert's烯胺和二甲羧乙酯基乙烯为原料合成长春西汀的关键中间体-1-(2',2'-二羧乙酯乙基)-1-乙基-1,2,3,4,6,7,12,12b-八氢吲(2,3-a)喹嗪的新路线。对新工艺条件进行了优化,反应温度85℃,反应时间7h、催化剂用量5.1%,此优化条件下中间体收率达到85.5%。利用红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振确定了中间体的结构。 相似文献
