Study on Jet Coflow Packing Tray

Experimental study on hydrodynamics and mass transfer efficiency of jet coflow packing tray (JCPT) was conducted in a φ285 mm column and a φ200 mm column, respectively. Compared with new vertical sieve tray which has been applied in the petrochemical industry since 1968, the JCPT has lower pressure drop, higher capacity and higher mass transfer efficiency, and seems promising in commercial application.

浮选柱中液相轴向返混的研究

An experimental study on the axial dispersion of liquid was carried out in a 0.382-m-ID flotation column packed with different structured packings or free of packings. The correlations of axial Peclet numbers with the liquid and gas superficial Reynolds numbers were developed for various packings. Among the packings tested, it is found that in the column packed with 250Y or 350Y packings the axial dispersion is the lowest. The addition of frother can decrease the axial dispersion. By the simulation analysis of the one-dimension dispersion model of packed flotation column, it is found that small axial dispersion, high collection rate constant and low axial liquid velocity can increase the collection zone recovery.

充填式浮选柱二维返混特性的实验研究

以二维扩散模型为基础，采用点源脉冲示踪法对开式浮选柱和装有不同类型规整填料的充填式浮选柱内液相的轴向与径向返混进行了实验研究，得到了各种填料内轴向和径向彼克列准数与气相、液相表观雷诺数的关联式。通过比较发现，在所用填料中，装有250Y或350Y型填料的浮选柱不仅轴向返混最小，而且径向返混最大，最有利于提高回收率。另外，对起泡剂的影响进行了实验研究，发现起泡剂可以减小返混，但当起泡剂浓度大于一定值时反而会增大径向返混。     

板式塔研究进展

对影响塔板传质效率的各种因素从理论上进行了分析 ;根据气液在塔内的相对流动将塔板分为三大类 ,然后依据塔板的结构简图对各种塔板的结构特点进行了详细介绍 ,对其流体力学和传质性能进行了分析 ,还比较了不同结构塔板之间的优缺点 ;对在不同情况下塔板的选择及塔板的发展提出了建议
