The synthesis of a series of anthraquinone moieties bearing symmetrical sulfur-linked substituents in the 1 and 5 positions is described. These compounds were evaluated for their ability to inhibit the growth of suspended rat glioma C6 cells and human hepatoma G2 cells, respectively. In addition, the redox property of the compounds was determined based on the inhibition of lipid peroxidation in model membranes. Compounds 2a and 2h in this series compared favorably and exhibited the most potent cytotoxicity (0.02, 0.05 microM) against C6 cells in the XTT colorimetric assay. As far as redox properties are concerned, all bis-thio-anthraquinones show potential lipid peroxidation in model membranes very close to that of mitoxantrone (MX), and 2a, 2d, 2e, 2i, 2j, and 2k have more potential than that of MX. The lack of cytotoxicity of compound 2i cannot be related to lipid peroxidation, but the steric and electronic properties of the side-chain substituent maybe impair effective recognition of the cleavable complex. In contrast to MX, 2a and 2h are cytotoxic in rat glioma C6 cells and do not enhance lipid peroxidation in model membranes.  相似文献

Direct reaction of iron pentacarbonyl with 1-N,N-disubstituted-cyclohexa-2,5-dicnecarboxamide and 1-N,N-disubstituted-cyclohexa-1,3-dienecarboxamide mixture (in which the disubstkuted group is diethyl or diphenyl) gave the isomeric tricarbonyl iron complexes of 2-N,N-disubstituted-1,4-η-cyclohexa-1,3-dienccarboxamide (1), 1-N,N-disubslituted-1,4-η-cyclohexa-1,3-dienecarboxamide (2), and 5-N,N-disubstituted-1,4-η-cyclohexa-1,3-dienecarboxamide (3) and tricarbonyliron complexes of l-N,N-disubstituted-cyclohexenecarboxamide (4). These complexes were separated and characterized by IR, UV-VIS, 1H NMR, elemental analysis, and mass spectra. Only 1 isomerized to give 2 under acidic conditions; both 1 and 2 undergo hydride abstraction with triphenylmethyl hexafluorophosphatc. Complexes 3, undergo neither isomcrization nor hydride abstraction. According to the spectral data, the possible interaction between carboxamide and iron carbonyl moiety was investigated. The irreversible electrochemical behavior of these complexes were studied.  相似文献

以硝酸镍为镍源,硫酸钴、硫酸铜、硫酸铝为掺杂原料,采用超声波辅助沉淀法分别制备了单元和多元取代纳米氢氧化镍。用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、激光粒度仪(PSD)及电子显微镜(TEM、SEM)对样品晶相结构、形貌、粒度分布等进行了表征,研究了单元或多元取代对产物晶相及其结构稳定性的影响。结果表明,样品均为纳米级Ni(OH)2,随着掺杂元素种类的增多,其一次粒子变得细小,团聚加重,二次粒子粒径增大。样品中α-Ni(OH)2比例随取代元素增多而增大。相对于Co单元和Co/Cu双元取代,Co/Cu/Al三元取代的样品其晶相结构更稳定,在碱液中浸泡3周后仍为纯α-Ni(OH)2。在相同掺杂比例下,Cu取代比Co取代更有利于α-Ni(OH)2的生成,但Co取代的样品结构稳定性优于Cu取代的样品。  相似文献

The title compound(zifaxaban 2, C20H16ClN3O4 S, Mr = 429.87) was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Zifaxaban crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 with a = 5.7900(12), b = 13.086(3), c = 12.889(3) A, β = 100.86(3)°, V = 959.1(3) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.489 g/cm3, F(000) = 444, μ = 0.342 mm-1, the final R = 0.0320 and wR = 0.0640 for 2717 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The absolute configuration of the stereogenic center in the title compound was confirmed to be S by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Four existing intermolecular hydrogen bonds help to stabilize the lattice and the molecule in the lattice to adopt an L-shape conformation. Zifaxaban was slightly more active than rivaroxaban 1 in in vitro assay against human FXa and therefore is promising as a drug candidate.  相似文献

Three homoleptic lanthanide complexes, [C6H5COCHC(CH3)N(p-ClC6H4)]3Ln(THF)n(n = 0, Ln = Yb(1); n = 0, Ln = Y(2); n = 1, Ln = Nd(3)), were synthesized by amine elimination reaction of Ln[N(SiMe3)2]3 with 1-phenyl-3-N-(p-chlorophenylimino)-1-butanone. These complexes crystallize in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.805(3), b = 14.831(6), c = 16.075(6) A, α = 111.996(9), β = 91.570(7), γ = 93.744(6)°, V = 2159.4(13) A3, Z = 2, D3 c = 1.515 g/cm, F(000) = 986, μ(MoKα) = 2.396 mm-1, R = 0.0360 and wR = 0.0850 for 9548 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) for complex 1; a = 9.861(5), b = 14.852(9), c = 16.111(9) A, α = 112.362(13), β = 91.949(11), γ = 93.678(14)°, V = 2173(2) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.377 g/cm3, F(000) = 924, μ(MoKα) = 1.570 mm-1, R = 0.0735 and wR = 0.1389 for 8015 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) for complex 2; and a = 9.308(3), b = 15.357(3), c = 17.419(4) A, α = 66.493(13), β = 88.61(2), γ = 86.664(19)°, V = 2279.4(9) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.499 g/cm3, F(000) = 1046, μ(MoKα) = 1.364 mm-1, R = 0.0843 and wR = 0.2280 for 8433 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) for complex 3. Each central metal in complexes 1 and 2 is six-coordinated by three nitrogen and three oxygen atoms from three β-ketoiminate ligands to give a distorted octahedral geometry, while the central metal in 3 is seven-coordinated by three nitrogen and three oxygen atoms from three β-ketoiminate ligands and one oxygen atom from the solvated THF molecule to complete a distorted monocapped trigonal prism.  相似文献

Spin-echo small angle neutron scattering (SESANS) provides a new experimental tool for structural investigation. Due to the action of spin-echo encoding, SESANS measures a spatial correlation function in real space, as opposed to the structure factor S(Q), I(Q), in momentum (Q) space measured by conventional small angle neutron scattering. To establish the usefulness of SESANS in structural characterization, particularly for interacting colloidal suspensions, we have previously conducted a theoretical study of the SESANS correlation functions for model systems consisting of particles with uniform density profiles [X. Li, C.-Y. Shew, Y. Liu, R. Pynn, E. Liu, K. W. Herwig, G. S. Smith, J. L. Robertson, and W.-R. Chen J. Chem. Phys. 132, 174509 (2010)]. Within the same framework, we explore in the present paper the prospect of using SESANS to investigate the structural characteristics of colloidal systems consisting of particles with nonuniform intraparticle mass distribution. As an example, a Gaussian model of interacting soft colloids is used to investigate the manifestation of structural softness in a SESANS measurement. The exploration shows a characteristically different SESANS correlation function for interacting soft colloids, in comparison to that of a uniform hard sphere system. The difference arises from the Abel transform imbedded in the mathematical formalism bridging the SESANS spectra and the spatial autocorrelation function.  相似文献

We investigate a series of poly(amidoamine) starburst dendrimers (PAMAM) of different generations in acidic, aqueous solutions using small-angle neutron scattering (SANS). While the overall molecular size is found to be practically unaffected by a pD change, a strong generational dependence of counterion association is revealed. Upon increasing the dendrimer generation, the effective charge obtained from our SANS experiments only shows a small increase in contrast to the nearly exponential increase predicted by a recent atomic simulation. We also find that with the same degree of molecular protonation the specific counterion association, which is defined as the ratio of bound chloride anions to positively charged amines in solutions, is larger for higher-generation PAMAM dendrimer. The associated counterion density also increases upon increasing generation number.  相似文献

Two cobalt(II) halide complexes with 1,2,4-triazole as a ligand were synthesized. Their structures were determined by extended x-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) and powder x-ray diffraction (XRD). Both complexes [Co(Htrz)Cl2]n ( 1 ) and {[Co(Htrz)2(trz)]BF4}n ( 2 ) form one-dimensional polymeric chain and the distances of Co⋯Co are 3.3521(2) Å and 3.8629(2) Å, respectively. The Htrz and Cl are bridging ligands to connect two Co(II) ions in 1 , and the local environment of Co site is in a distorted octahedron with {CoN2Cl4} core. In complex 2 , two Htrz and one trz are bridging ligands to connect two Co(II) ions, and the local geometry of Co is in a pseudo octahedron with {CoN6} core. The analysis of Co LII,III-edge XAS indicates that the Co(II) of both complexes are at high spin state with t2g5eg2 configuration and the crystal field strength (10Dq) is about 1.2 eV. The broken-symmetry DFT calculations indicate that antiferromagnetic coupling state of Co⋯Co is the most stable state in both complexes; and the coupling constants of 1 and 2 are −0.32 cm−1 and −3.70 cm−1, respectively. Based on the distances of Co⋯Co and coupling constants, such antiferromagnetic interaction is achieved through triazole ligands.  相似文献

By using BWS-5k II streak camera made in China,we have measured the time structure of Synchrotron Radiation (SR) from the relatrivistic electron and positron beam bunches of Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC).The dependence of SR width to the intensity of beam current and the voltage of RF source was also measured.The main data taken with 30ps time resolution in the experiment are as follows: The length of VR at Ee=1.549GeV is changed from 220ps to 670ps when the average beam current from 2mA to 30mA,the variation range of CR length at 20mA beam current is 500—700ps with RF source voltage varying between 250kV and 500kV.The time calibration uncertainty of the experiment is ±15%.The trigger jitter is less than ±200ps.  相似文献
