Herein, we report the optical and electrochemical properties of Pb ions doped ZnO nanocrystals fabricated via a simple chemical precipitation method. The structural and chemical compositions of the products are characterized by XRD, XPS, EDS and FT-IR spectroscopy. The observed results suggest that Pb ions are successfully incorporated into the ZnO lattice. The microstructures of the samples are analyzed by FESEM and confirmed by HRTEM. The PL emission spectra show an intensity quenching upon doping. Electrochemical performances show that the supercapacitor behavior of ZnO has been enhanced greatly on doping.  相似文献

A problem of state feedback stabilization of discrete-time stochastic processes under Markovian switching and random diffusion (noise) is considered. The jump Markovian switching is modeled by a discrete-time Markov chain. The control input is simultaneously applied to both the rate vector and the diffusion term. Sufficient conditions based on linear matrix inequalities (LMI's) for stochastic stability is obtained. The robustness results of such stability concept against all admissible uncertainties are also investigated. An example is given to demonstrate the obtained results.  相似文献

Necessary and sufficient conditions based on linear matrix inequalities (LMI’s) for stochastic stability is obtained. Phosphotungstic acid has been found as green catalyst for the synthesis of spiro and cyclized quinazolinones and 2-amino substituted carboxamide under microwave irradiation and solvent-free condition has been developed. The scope of the reaction has been demonstrated for a variety of aldehydes and ketones with O-amino amides such as 2-amino-benzamide, 2-amino-5-iodo benzamide, 3-aminothiophene-2-carboxamide, 3-aminobenzofuran-2-carboxamide and 2-aminopyridine-3-carboxamides. The reaction afforded spiro-, cyclized quinazolinones and 2-amino substituted carboxamide derivatives within few minutes of irradiation in excellent yield. Plausible mechanism for the formation of products is provided. Synthetic utility of 1′H-spiro[fluorene-9,2′-quinazolin]-4′(3′H)-one 3a has been demonstrated by synthesis of 1,4-di(1′H-spiro[fluorene-9,2′-quinazolin]-4′(3′H)-one) buta-1,3-diyne 12, 1′-((1-benzyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl) methyl)-1′H-spiro[fluorene-9,2′-quinazolin]-4′(3′H)-one 13 and 1′-phenyl-1′H-spiro[fluorene-9,2′-quinazolin]-4′(3′H)-one 14 under standard protocols.  相似文献

In the title compound, 2‐[(methylphenylamino)methyl]‐1‐(phenylsulfonyl)indole, C22H20N2O2S, the indole system is not strictly planar and the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 2.7 (1)°. The angles around the S atom of the sulfonyl substituent deviate significantly from the ideal value for tetrahedral geometry. The pyramidalization at the indole N atom is very small. Of the two C—H?O interactions, one influences the orientation of indole with respect to the sulfonyl group and the other determines the orientation of the phenyl bound to sulfonyl. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 89.6 (1)° with the best plane of the indole. The molecular packing is stabilized by C—H?π and C—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A problem of quantized state feedback quadratic mean-square stabilization of discrete-time stochastic processes under Markovian switching and multiplicative noise is considered. A static quantizer is used in the feedback channel and the jump Markovian switching is modeled by a discrete-time Markov chain. The control input is simultaneously applied to both the rate vector and the diffusion term. It is shown that the coarsest quantization density that permits quadratic mean-square stabilization of this system is achieved with the use of a logarithmic quantizer, and the coarsest quantization density is determined by an algebraic Riccati equation, which is also the solution to a special linear stochastic Markovian switching control system. Also, sufficient conditions for exponential mean-square stabilization of such systems are also explored. An example is given to demonstrate the obtained results.  相似文献

The existence of solutions of periodic boundary value problems for second order impulsive integro-differential equations of Volterra type is investigated. By using the method of upper and lower solutions, it is proved that the problem in whi h impulses occur at fixed times has a solution. Abstract

A problem of feedback stabilization of hybrid systems with time-varying delay and Markovian switching is considered. Delay-dependent sufficient conditions for stability based on linear matrix inequalities (LMI's) for stochastic asymptotic stability is obtained. The stability result depended on the mode of the system and of delay-dependent. The robustness results of such stability concept against all admissible uncertainties are also investigated. This new delay-dependent stability criteria is less conservative than the existing delay-independent stability conditions. An example is given to demonstrate the obtained results.  相似文献
