Luminescent heteronuclear Au(I)5Ag(I)8 complexes of [1,2,3-C6(C6H4R-4)3]3- (R = H, CH3, But) by cyclotrimerization of arylacetylides

Unusual AuI-AgI heterometallic complexes [Au5Ag8(mu-dppm)4{1,2,3-C6(C6H4R-4)3}(CCC6H4R-4)7]3+ (R = H 1, CH3 2, But 3) were isolated by reactions of polymeric silver arylacetylides (AgCCC6H4R-4)n with binuclear gold component [Au2(mu-dppm)2(MeCN)2]2+ (dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane), in which cyclotrimerization of arylacetylide -CCC6H4R-4 affords trianion {1,2,3-C6(C6H4R-4)3}3- with an unprecedented mu5-bonding mode. Compounds 1(SbF6)3-3(SbF6)3 exhibit intense photoluminescence derived from an MLCT (Au5Ag8 --> CCC6H4R-4) transition, mixed with a metal cluster-centered excited states.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Tetranuclear Silver Complex with Bis（diphenylphosphino） amine-dioxide as a Tridentate Ligand

Ru(ii) sensitized lanthanide luminescence: synthesis, photophysical properties, and near-infrared luminescent determination of alpha-fetal protein (AFP)

A series of dinuclear compounds of [Ru(bpy)(2)(tpphz)Ln(TTA)(3)](PF(6))(2) (tpphz = tetrapyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c:3',2'-h:3',4'-j]phenazine; Ln = Er(iii), Nd(iii), Yb(iii) and Gd(iii); TTA = 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone) have been prepared by attachment of a [Ln(TTA)(3)] fragment at the vacant diimine site of the luminescent mononuclear complex [Ru(bpy)(2)(tpphz)](PF(6))(2). In the solid state, in CH(2)Cl(2) solution and in Tris-HCl buffer solution of these dinuclear complexes , sensitized near-infrared (NIR) luminescence is observed from Nd and Yb centres following excitation of the d-block unit, which results from the effective Ru → Ln (Ln = Nd, Yb) energy transfer, but no Er-based NIR luminescence is produced. The (3)MLCT (MLCT = metal to ligand charge transfer) emission is partly quenched in the complex, slightly increased in the complex, and is not changed in the complex. Interestingly, alpha-fetal protein (AFP) tends to decrease the NIR luminescence intensity of the complex in Tris-HCl buffer solution. A novel NIR luminescent method for the determination of AFP was developed with a linear range of 0.5-18 ng mL(-1), and a detection limit of 0.2 ng mL(-1) based on 3 times the ratio of the signal-to-noise. Considering the attractive features, such as good selectivity, stability and rapidity, the proposed NIR luminescent method provides promising potential for AFP detection in clinical diagnosis and biomedical applications.     

Preparation and Structural Characterization of a Heterobimetallic Sulfide Cluster Compound [(η 5-C5Me5)WS3Au(dppms)]

A novel heterobimetallic sulfide cluster [( ⁵-C₅Me₅)WS₃Au(dppms)][dppms = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane monosulfide] was prepared by the reaction of [PPh₄][( ⁵-C₅Me₅)WS₃] with AuI and dppm [dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane] in MeCN. The title compound was fully characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., u.v.–vis., ¹H-n.m.r. spectra, and by single crystal X-ray crystallography. In the molecular structure, the Au atom is trigonally coordinated by two bridging S atoms of a [( ⁵-C₅Me₅)WS₃]^– anion and a P atom of the dppms molecule. The formation mechanism for this compound is discussed.

羟自由基对支撑磷脂双层膜的破坏及水溶性抗氧化剂保护作用的电化学研究

以支撑磷脂双层膜(supported bilayer lipid membrane, s-BLM)作为生物膜模型, 利用Fenton体系产生羟自由基(hydroxyl free radical, •OH), 采用循环伏安法研究了s-BLM与•OH之间的相互作用. 结果表明: •OH通过与磷脂发生化学反应, 诱发s-BLM上形成孔洞或缺陷, 这种作用对时间、FeSO₄和H₂O₂的浓度具有依赖性, 且不可恢复. 具有还原性基团的抗氧化剂维生素C, 还原型谷胱甘肽和L-半胱氨酸, 通过与•OH发生氧化还原反应, 可抑制•OH与s-BLM的相互作用, 降低•OH对s-BLM结构的破坏程度.     

Ostrowski type inequalities on H-type groups

The main aim of this paper is to establish an Ostrowski type inequality on H-type groups using the L^∞ norm of the horizontal gradient. The work has been motivated by the work of Anastassiou and Goldstein in [G.A. Anastassiou, J.A. Goldstein, Higher order Ostrowski type inequalities over Euclidean domains, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 337 (2008) 962-968].

以支撑磷脂双层膜(supported bilayer lipid membrane, s-BLM)作为生物膜模型, 采用循环伏安法和交流阻抗技术研究了脱氧胆酸钠(sodium deoxycholate, NaDC)与s-BLM的相互作用. 结果表明, NaDC能降低磷脂分子的有序性, 诱发s-BLM上形成孔洞或缺陷, 并且它们之间的这种相互作用对作用时间、NaDC溶液的浓度和pH值以及胆固醇的存在与否具有依赖性, 并且作用后的s-BLM在0.1 mol/L的KCl溶液中能够自我修复, 这表明NaDC与s-BLM的相互作用是可逆的.
