A multiwall carbon nanotube crossroads has been fabricated by a manipulation technique using a glass microcapillary, and the low temperature transport properties investigated. The two-terminal conductance of an individual tube shows Tomonaga–Luttinger liquid behavior G∝Tα at high temperature and dI/dV ∝V α at low temperature. However, no evidence of such a power-law behavior is obtained in the four-terminal conductance at the junction, where the conductance shows an almost metallic behavior ‘corrected’ by weak localization. Weak localization would essentially appear in electron states at the junctions of MWNTs. 相似文献

Besides serratagenic acid, three new ursane-type triterpenes, named goreishic acids I (1), II (2), and III (3), were isolated from a Chinese medicine, Goreishi (the feces of Trogopterus xanthipes Milne-Edwards). The structures of 1, 2 and 3 were respectively determined as 2 alpha,3 beta-dihydroxyursa-12,18-dien-28-oic acid, 2 alpha,3 beta-dihydroxy-23-norursa-12,18-dien-28-oic acid and 2 alpha,3 beta-dihydroxy-24-norursa-12,18-dien-28-oic acid on the basis of spectroscopic evidence. 相似文献

Diaminomethylenehydrazones 1 of aromatic and aliphatic carbonyl compounds react with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) at room temperature to give four types of heterocycles, (5-oxoimidazolin-4-ylidene) acetates 2, 3 and 6 , (2-imino-5-oxoimidazolidin-4-ylidene) acetate 4 and 6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidine-4-carboxylates 5 according to the substitution patterns of 1 in moderate to high yields. Amino (N,N-dimethylamino)methylenehydrazones of ketones give exclusively (5-oxoimidazolin-4-yl-idene) acetates, both (Z)- and (E)-isomers 2 and 3 about the exocyclic alkenic linkage, with the (Z)-isomer 2 generally being predominant, while those of aldehydes give 5 . Diamino- and amino (N-methylamino)methylenehydrazones produce 5 and/or 6 and di (N-methylamino) methylenehydrazone gives (2-imino-5-oxoimidazolidin-4-ylidene) acetate 4 as the sole cyclized product. 相似文献

The synthesis, biological evaluation, and molecular modeling of two conformationally restricted analogues of adenophostinA (1), denominated as spirophostin (3R)-10 and (3S)-11, as novel ligands for the D-myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor (IP3R), is presented. These diastereoisomeric spiroketals are synthesized by spiroketalization of D-glucose derivatives (2S)-15 and (2R)-16, separation of the protected isomers (3R)-19 and (3S)-20, followed by phosphorylation and deprotection. The spirophostins (3R)-10 and (3S)-11 display comparable biological activity, with a 3H-IP3-displacing and Ca2+-releasing potency less than IP3 and adenophostin A. 相似文献

A new ganglioside molecular species, HPG-7 (1) was obtained from the polar fraction of the chloroform/methanol extract of the sea cucumber, Holothuria pervicax. On the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence, the structure of 1 was determined, and the major component was 1-O-[alpha-L-fucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-(N-acetyl-alpha-D-neuraminosyl) - (2-->11)-(N-glycolyl-alpha-D-neuraminosyl)-(2-->4)-(N-acetyl -alpha-D- neuraminosyl)-(2-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-(2S,3S,4R)-2-[(2R)-2- hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-14-methyl-hexadecane-1,3,4-triol. This is the first report on the isolation and structure elucidation of trisialo-ganglioside from sea cucumber. 1 showed neuritogenic activity toward the rat pheochromocytoma cell line, PC-12 cell. 相似文献

To clarify the magnitude of wash-out effect of rain on the elemental composition of airborne dust and the possible origin of the dust, the dust samples were collected with a high-volume air sampler at the JAERI-Tokai. The dust suspended in rain was also collected from rain by filtration. Up to 20 elements in both types of the dust were determined by instrumental neutron activation analysis. It was found that the elements determined could be classified into 3 groups from the elemental composition and the elemental correlation in both types of the dust samples. 相似文献

Geometric structures and excited-state proton dislocation of size-selected salicylic acid clusters (salicylic acid and 5-methoxysalicylic acid) with water were studied by using laser spectroscopic techniques. Fluorescence excitation, dispersed fluorescence, and infrared (IR) spectra of those clusters in supersonic jets were examined for both the electronic ground (S0) and first excited (S1) states. The geometric structures of the clusters were determined on the basis of the IR spectra of the OH stretch region with the help of quantum chemical calculations. The hydroxyl group of the water moiety in the clusters forms a ring involving the carboxylic group of the salicylic acid moiety. The IR spectra in S0 show that the intramolecular hydrogen bond in the salicylic acid moiety is still held upon cluster formation, but the phenolic OH stretch band intensity is remarkably weaken in the clusters. The IR spectra in the S1 state and dispersed fluorescence spectra indicated that the intramolecular excited state proton dislocation is hardly affected by the microsolvation with water, in contrast with the strong suppression of the dislocation in the self-solvation. 相似文献

13C-NMR spectra of ring carbons and O-acetyl carbonyl carbons of cellulose acetate (CA) in dimethyl sulfoxide-d6 were analyzed. The CA samples with the degree of substitution (DS) ranging from 0.84 and 1.91 were prepared by homogeneous acetylation of cellulose with acetic anhydride in a 10% LiCl/dimethyl acetamide solvent. It was found that the use of these low DS samples permitted easier assignments not only of the ring carbon but also of the O-acetyl carbonyl carbon signals. The assignments were confirmed by comparing with the 1H-NMR spectra of the samples obtained by complete acetylation of the corresponding CA samples with acetyl-d3 chloride. Two methods for determining the distribution of O-acetyl groups of CA, i.e., the relative DS at the three different types of hydroxyl groups, were developed. One is based on the measurements of the relative intensities of the signals for the ring carbons and the other is based on the measurements of the relative intensities of the signals for the O-acetyl carbonyl carbons. 相似文献

We have investigated the photosensitized monomerization of the cis,syn -cyclobutane dimer of 1,3-di-methylthymine using riboflavin tetraacetate and a 5-deazaflavin derivative as photosensitizer. Although little monomerization of the dimer is induced by photoexcitation of the flavins in the absence of any additives, the flavins can function as an efficient photosensitizer in the presence of magnesium perchlorate. Mechanistic studies involving spectroscopic, quantum-yield and flash-photolysis measurements demonstrated that the photosensitized monomerization exclusively proceeds through electron transfer from the dimer to the triplet flavins complexed with Mg2+ . The effects of magnesium perchlorate are compared with those on the chloranil-photosensitized monomerization and also with the effects of HClO4 on the flavin-photosensitized reaction. 相似文献

A marine green alga,Chlamydomonas sp. strain MGA161 was cultivated under illumination of red and white lights. The growth rate under red light illumination
was almost the same as that in the basic conditions under white light illumination, but red light-grown cells accumulated
almost twice as much starch as white light-grown cells. Although there was a slight decrease in carbonic anhydrase activity,
red light-illuminated cells had almost 2.3 times the fructose-l,6-diphos-phatase activity of white light-illuminated cells.
Red light might stimulate starch accumulation by increasing the amounts of enzymes related to carbon fixation through the
phytochrome system. Cells grown under red light degraded 1.6 times as much starch and produced 1.7 times as much hydrogen
and 1.6 times as much ethanol compared with cells grown under white light during 12 h of dark anaerobic fermentation. 相似文献
