The first excited state of137Ba has been excited by the inelastic scattering of accelerator-produced neutrons. The energy of this state at 283.5 keV is not in agreement with the generally accepted value of 279.2 keV, but is in accord with other recent measurements. A simple and effective method, using calcium nitrate and triammonium phosphate as starting materials, for the preparation of water-dispersible hydroxyapatite nanorods (HAp) was reported. The process primarily involves the preparation of HAp with the addition of sodium citrate (NaC) and the exchange of absorbed ions (NaC) with sodium hexame taphosphate (NaP). The end products were investigated using various means in order to confirm the particles’ crystal phase and morphology and to understand how to improve their stability. The results demonstrate that the resulting HAp at 90 °C is rod-like with length of 300-400 nm and width of 40-60 nm. The zeta potential values of pure HAp, HAp-NaC, HAp-NaC/NaP are from −15.20, −30.89 to −44.84 mV. The settling time test shows the HAp-NaC/NaP could keep stable above 7 months without any creaming or visible sedimentation. The amount of NaC and the reaction temperature play significant roles in the whole process due to the formation of Ca containing precipitates.  相似文献

The copolymer of beta-casein-graft-dextran was prepared using the Maillard reaction and the acidic solution properties of the copolymer were studied with dynamic light scattering. At pH range 4-5 where is close to the isoelectric point of beta-casein, the copolymer forms micelles which are spherical verified by atomic force microscopy imaging. The size and existent time of the micelles depend on the graft degree and the length of dextran side chains of the copolymers. During storage at pH 4.6, the micelles formed by the copolymers with short side chains and low graft degree tend to precipitate, while the micelles formed by the copolymers with long side chains and high graft degree tend to dissociate. The micellization of the copolymers can be suppressed by adding NaCl. Optical microscopy and turbidity studies show that the copolymers dissolved in molecular state and with higher hydrophilicity have better emulsifying ability.  相似文献

螺旋测微器是借助螺旋的转动,将螺旋的角位移转变为直线位移进行长度测量的一种精密仪器,是高中乃至大学物理实验的基本仪器之一,与游标卡尺一样,分两步进行读数;但比卡尺读数复杂,学生不易掌握,经常发生读数错误.一是固定套管上的整圈数容易数错,导致测量数据和真实数据相差0.5mm;二是从活动套管上读出不到一整圈的小数时,需要加1位估计数字,许多同学容易疏忽,忘记最后1位估计数字,使得测量数据少1位有效数字而导致读数错误.其中第二种错误发生频率较高.  相似文献

作为六大温室气体之一, N2O的增温潜能是 CO2的310倍,甲烷的21倍,目前仍然以0.80 ppb/年的速度增长,但是减排成本很低,因此对 N2O的消除具有重要意义.在工业中金属修饰的微孔分子筛因其优良的催化活性,高水热稳定性,低成本等优点而成为研究重点.但是微孔分子筛狭窄的微孔孔道限制了金属前驱体的进入,导致活性金属含量低,进而限制了活性的提高.因此采用一定的改性手段减小分子筛颗粒尺寸,缩短微孔孔道长度或者扩大微孔孔道来增加活性铁物种的含量进而提高分子筛催化活性.
  本文选用商用的 ZSM-5和 beta分子筛作为母板分子筛,按照3 g :50 mL比例将分子筛母板与1.0 mol/L的 HNO3在室温下混合,分别搅拌0,2和24 h,然后采用液相离子交换法负载金属铁制备得到 Fe-ZSM-5和 Fe-beta.通过 X射线衍射、N2物理吸吸脱附、电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、NH3程序升温脱附及紫外漫反射(UV-vis)等手段对不同时间处理的分子筛的形貌、酸性和铁物种等物理化学性质进行表征.对两种催化剂催化消除 N2O的反应性能进行了测试.结果显示,温和的酸处理下分子筛脱除了部分 Al,其中, ZSM-5分子筛的表现为由外向内逐层刻蚀,颗粒尺寸减小,孔道长度缩短,但是由于 MFI型分子筛较高的稳定性,酸处理对分子筛孔道大小的改变并不明显,而对于 beta分子筛,首先是其中大量无定形物种的去除,然后对孔道进行修饰,使之略微扩大,但是对颗粒尺寸的影响不大.
   ICP结果显示,商用 ZSM-5和 beta分子筛经过温和的酸处理改性后, Si/Al比增大,负载 Fe的含量明显增加,各催化剂催化消除 N2O的活性也出现了不同程度的提高. Fe-ZSM-5和 Fe-beta分子筛上 N2O完全转化温度分别向低温段移动了10–15和30°C. UV-vis谱图显示,分子筛中存在着不同种类的铁物种,通过分峰计算发现,孤立的 Fe3+铁离子和低聚态的 Fex3+Oy均是催化活性铁物种,其含量的增加部分也解释了活性提高的原因.  相似文献

将采集的土壤样品混匀并除去混入的异物,置于冷冻干燥机中脱水后研磨混匀,封存于干燥器中备用。取此样品20.00g,与硅藻土3.00g和硅镁吸附剂3.00g掺拌均匀。在加速溶剂萃取(ASE)仪的萃取池的底部铺垫硅镁吸附剂3.00g,将上述样品混合物定量移入于此池中,于其上面铺盖一层石英砂和加盖一张滤纸片。按设定条件以体积比为1∶1的二氯甲烷-正己烷混合溶液作为萃取溶剂,在90℃萃取2次。将所得萃取液合并并吹氮浓缩至体积小于1mL,加正己烷定容至1.0mL。此溶液作为试液进行气相色谱分析,测定其中19种有机氯农药(OCPs)的含量。色谱分析中,进样量为1.0μL,选择HP-5LTM和DB 1701LTM两种极性不同的色谱柱,按程序升温条件对目标物进行分离。采用双电子捕获检测器(ECD),前ECD接在HP-5LTM色谱柱后,后ECD接在DB 1701LTM色谱柱后,经两种色谱柱分离,测定所制得标准曲线的线性范围均有两个相同的区段,即5~100μg·L-1和100~1 000μg·L^-1。19种OCPs的检出限(3.143s)为0.15~0.56μg·kg^-1。如果目标物在两种色谱柱上的测定结果差异大于5倍,则判定此结果为假阳性;如差异小于5倍,则确定该化合物存在,并以数值较小者为测定结果。精密度试验测得目标物测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.7%~15%。用本方法分析了土壤标准物质(CRM818-50G),所测得19种OCPs的结果均在认定值范围内。  相似文献

Novel block–graft copolymers [poly(styrene‐b‐ethylene‐co‐butylene‐b‐styrene)‐g‐poly(tert‐butyl acrylate)] were synthesized by the atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of tert‐butyl acrylate (tBA) with chloromethylated poly(styrene‐b‐ethylene‐co‐butylene‐b‐styrene) (SEBS) as a macromolecular initiator. The copolymers were composed of triblock SEBS as the backbone and tBA as grafts attached to the polystyrene end blocks. The macromolecular initiator (chloromethylated SEBS) was prepared by successive hydrogenation and chloromethylation of SEBS. The degree of chloromethylation, ranging from 1.6 to 36.5 mol % according to the styrene units in SEBS, was attained with adjustments in the amount of SnCl4 and the reaction time with a slight effect on the monodispersity of the starting material (SEBS). The ATRP mechanism of the copolymerization was supported by the kinetic data and the linear increase in the molecular weights of the products with conversion. The graft density was controlled with changes in the functionality of the chloromethylated SEBS. The average length of the graft chain, ranging from a few repeat units to about two hundred, was adjusted with changes in the reaction time and alterations in the initiator/catalyst/ligand molar ratio. Incomplete initiation was detected at a low conversion; moreover, for initiators with low functionality, sluggish initiation was overcome with suitable reaction conditions. The block–graft copolymers were hydrolyzed into amphiphilic ones containing poly(acrylic acid) grafts. The aggregation behavior of the amphiphilic copolymers was studied with dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy, and the aggregates showed a variety of morphologies. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
