The reductive cyclisation of 4,6-dimethyl and 4,6-dichloro derivatives of 3-hydroxy-2'-nitrodiphenyl ethers has been examined as a potential route to 1H-phenoxazinones. Unexpectedly, cyclisation of the dichloro compound proceeded with loss of a Cl and yielded 2-chloro-3H-phenoxazin-3-one. The cyclisation of a range of analogous substrates has been investigated and shown to provide novel and convenient syntheses of 3-amino-phenoxazine, 3H-phenothiazin-3-one and 8-hydroxy-5,10-dihydro-11H-dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepin-11-one. 相似文献

A dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) procedure coupled with GC/MS detection is described for preconcentration and determination of some organophosphorus and azole group pesticides from water samples. Experimental conditions affecting the DLLME procedure were optimized by means of an experimental design. A mixture of 60 microL chlorobenzene (extraction solvent) and 750 microL acetonitrile (disperser solvent), 3.5 min extraction time, and 7.5 mL aqueous sample volume were chosen for the best recovery by DLLME. The linear range was 1.6-32 microg/L. The LOD ranged from 48.8 to 68.7 ng/L. The RSD values for organophosphorus and azole group pesticides at spiking levels of 3, 6, and 9 microg/L in water samples were in the range of 1.1-12.8%. The applicability and accuracy of the developed method were determined by analysis of spiked water samples, and the recoveries of the analyzed pesticides from artesian, stream, and tap waters at spiking levels of 3, 6, and 9 microg/L were 89.3-105.6, 89.5-103.0, and 92.0-111.3%, respectively. 相似文献

Abstract In the present investigation, the authors could obtain a new series of spiranes (1) through the reaction of the high potential quinone tetrachloro-o-benzoquinone with 2-aryl-3-phenyl-3H-quinazoline-4-thiones. Thus, 2,3-diphenyl- (2a), 2-p-tolyl-3-phenyl- (2b) and 2-p-anisyl-3-phenyl- (2c)-3H-quinazoline-4-thiones react readily with tetrachloro-o-benzoquinone, in boiling toluene, to give the corresponding spiro-1,3-benzodioxole-2,4′-(3′H)-quinazolines (1a-c), respectively. 相似文献

A simple, economic and sensitive method for selective determination of As(III) and As(V) in water samples is described. The method is based on selective coprecipitation of As(III) with Ce(IV) hydroxide in presence of an ammonia/ammonium buffer at pH 9. The coprecipitant was collected on a 0.45 µm membrane filter, dissolved with 0.5 mL of conc. nitric acid and the solution was completed to 2 or 5 mL with distilled water. As(III) in the final solutions was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). Under the working condition, As(V) was not coprecipitated. Total inorganic arsenic was determined after the reduction of As(V) to As(III) with NaI. The concentration of As(V) was calculated by the difference of the concentrations obtained by the above determinations. Both the determination of arsenic with GF-AAS in presence of cerium and the coprecipitation of arsenic with Ce(IV) hydroxide were optimised. The suitability of the method for determining inorganic arsenic species was checked by analysis of water samples spiked with 4–20 µg L?1 each of As(III) and As(V). The preconcentration factor was found to be 75 with quantitative recovery (≥95%). The accuracy of the present method was controlled with a reference method based on TXRF. The relative error was under 5%. The relative standard deviations for the replicate analysis ( n?=?5) ranged from 4.3 to 8.0% for both As(III) and As(V) in the water samples. The limit of detection (3σ) for both As (III) and As(V) were 0.05 µg L?1. Infections associated with the emergence of multidrug resistance and mosquito-borne diseases have resulted in serious crises associated with high mortality and left behind a huge socioeconomic burden. The chemical investigation of Lavandula coronopifolia aerial parts extract using HPLC–MS/MS led to the tentative identification of 46 compounds belonging to phenolic acids, flavonoids and their glycosides, and biflavonoids. The extract displayed larvicidal activity against Culex pipiens larvae (LC50 = 29.08 µg/mL at 72 h). It significantly inhibited cytochrome P-450 monooxygenase (CYP450), acetylcholinesterase (AChE), and carboxylesterase (CarE) enzymes with the comparable pattern to the control group, which could explain the mode of larvae toxification. The extract also inhibited the biofilm formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by 17–38% at different Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations (MICs) (0.5–0.125 mg/mL) while the activity was doubled when combined with ciprofloxacin (ratio = 1:1 v:v). In conclusion, the wild plant, L. coronopifolia, can be considered a promising natural source against resistant bacteria and infectious carriers. 相似文献

Stereoselective synthesis of tricyclo[6.2.2.02,7]dodecane-3,6,9,10-tetrol was developed starting from p-benzoquinone. The endo selective Diels–Alder cycloaddition of p-benzoquinone and 1,3-cyclohexadiene afforded the corresponding bicyclic diketone. Nigerian fluorite has been characterized by β-irradiation for thermoluminescence in the low dose range (40 μGy–72 mGy). The glow curves exhibit 3 peaks recorded at 111 ± 11 °C, 196 ± 2 °C and 282 ± 4 °C at the heating rate of 5 °C s?1. The two high temperature peaks exhibit a linear response over the range of study. The minimum detectable dose for each of the observed peaks has been determined and the lowest detection limit of fluorite was also determined.
