报道了一种简便易行的绿色合成4-羟基苯基-1'-O-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(即熊果苷及其端基异构体)新方法,采用固体酸蒙脱石K-10或4A分子筛为催化剂,将四苄基保护的葡萄糖(2)或α-三氯乙酰亚胺酯糖给体(3)与氢醌直接进行糖基化反应,最高以86%的产率获得4-羟基苯基12',3',4',6'-四-O-苄基-1'-O-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),进而脱除苄基保护,定量获得熊果苷及其端基异构体(1).中间体(4)的结构经IR、MS、1H NMR及元素分析等测试技术进行了确认,化合物(1)的理化数据与文献值相同. 相似文献

Ag(TCNQ)准一维微米结构的制备及表征 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用溶液化学反应法制备了准一维结构的金属有机配合物Ag(TCNQ). X射线衍射(XRD)表明,所制备的Ag(TCNQ)为晶态结构;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的观察证明,Ag(TCNQ)为准一维的微米管或线;Raman 测试结果表明,单根的Ag(TCNQ)形成时,Ag原子与TCNQ分子之间发生了电荷转移.对样品的制备工艺,即 Ag膜厚度和浸入溶液的反应时间对生成Ag(TCNQ)晶体形貌的影响进行了研究.结果表明,Ag膜越薄,生长出的晶体越稀疏;Ag膜与TCNQ乙腈溶液的反应时间影响其形貌的变化.反应历经三个阶段,晶体形成和长大阶段、反应完全阶段及溶解阶段. 相似文献

A new stacking method via variation ofsubstrate temperature in rfmagnetron sputter is used to fabricate polycrystalline/polycrystalline Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 thin films with higher dielectric constant, higher breakdown strength and lower leakage current densities than those prepared by a conventionM deposition method. The improved figure of merit G (ε0εrEb) of the Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 thin films implies that they are a feasible insulation layer for thin film electroluminescent devices. 相似文献

We introduce gadolinium in chalcogenide glasses to exert unexpectedly the multiple magical effects on both optical and thermal mechanical properties of chalcogenide glasses. Notable increases in transition temperature T9 and microhardness Hv were observed due to structural densification and microcrystallization. Calculated molar volume values, differential scanning calorimetry and x-ray diffraction measurements provide supporting evidences. Gadolinium also acts as oxygen getter by removing or weakening oxygen-related absorption bands,which is associated with the higher negative electrode potential. 相似文献

The formation of infrared femtosecond laser induced colour centres was observed in Tb^3 -doped and Tb^3 /Ce^3 -codoped heavy germanate glasses. A rectangular scan was made by focusing the laser beam inside the glasssamples. A three-dimensional yellowish block was created from the path and it corresponded to the appearanceof broad absorption bands in the absorption spectra. The irradiation induced absorption coefficient μ(λ) wasused to characterize the distribution of radiation induced colour centres in the samples, whose peak was locatedat 380 nm and extended to the longer wavelength. Ce^3 ions were found not only to inhibit the formation ofcolour centres, but also to enhance the recovery. 相似文献
