西气东输放空系统的设计与研究

论述了石油天然气行业中的放空系统工作原理，研究了西气东输采用的放空点火系统特点，讨论了放空立管的计算模型，提出了比较符合实际情况的计算模型，指出在桅杆结构的计算分析中，应该考虑钢丝绳的弹性支撑作用。钢丝绳的弹性支撑作用对结构的周期计算、风荷载导算、地震作用的计算都有较大的影响。     

番禺30-1砂岩强水驱气藏储层非均质性研究

针对垂向非均质性严重且边底水能量强的番禺30-1气田面临的潜在开发问题，通过岩心分析及测井二次解释，对其夹层特征及储层非均质性等进行了研究，划分出19个流动单元并定量描述了各流动单元的特征参数，建立了该气田的精细地质模型。综合评价表明，新建的地质模型具有较高的精度，为该气藏合理开发提供了坚实的地质基础。     

Studies on high density polyethylene (HDPE) functionalized by ultraviolet irradiation and its application

The structure and properties of high density polyethylene (HDPE) functionalized by ultraviolet irradiation at different light intensities in air were studied by electron analysis, FTIR spectroscopy, contact angle with water, differential scanning calorimetry and mechanical properties measurement. The results show that oxygen‐containing groups such as C?O, C—O and C(?O)O were introduced onto the molecular chain of HDPE following irradiation, and the rate and efficiency of HDPE functionalization increased with enhancement of irradiation intensity. After irradiation, the melting temperature, contact angle with water and notched impact strength of HDPE decreased, the degree of crystallinity increased, and their variation amplitude increased with irradiation intensity. Compared with HDPE, the yield strength of HDPE irradiated at lower light intensity (32 W m^?2 and 45 W m^?2) increases monotonically with irradiation time, and the yield strength of HDPE irradiated at higher light intensity (78 W m^?2) increases up to 48 h and then decreased with further increase in irradiation time. The irradiated HDPE behaved as a compatibilizer in HDPE/polycarbonate (PC) blends, and the interface bonding between HDPE and PC was ameliorated. After adding 20 wt% HDPE irradiated at 78 W m^?2 irradiation intensity for 24 h to HDPE/PC blends, the tensile yield strength and notched Izod impact strength of the blend were increased from 26.3 MPa and 51 J m^?1 to 30.2 MPa and 158 J m^?1, respectively. The First Template‐Free Growth of Crystalline Silicon Microtubes

A simple template‐free high‐temperature evaporation method was developed for the growth of crystalline Si microtubes for the first time. As‐grown Si microtubes were characterized using X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and room‐temperature photoluminescence. The lengths of the Si tubes can reach several hundreds of micrometers; some of them have lengths on the order of millimeters. Each tube has a uniform outer diameter along its entire length, and the typical outer diameter is ≈ 2–3 μm. Most of the tubes have a wall thickness of ≈ 400–500 nm, though a considerable number of them exhibit a very thin wall thickness of ≈ 50 nm. Room‐temperature photoluminescence measurement shows the as‐synthesized Si microtubes have two strong emission peaks centered at ≈ 589 nm and ≈ 617 nm and a weak emission peak centered at ≈ 455 nm. A possible mechanism for the formation of these Si tubes is proposed. We believe that the present discovery of the crystalline Si microtubes will promote further experimental studies on their physical properties and smart applications.     

High-performance MIM capacitor using ALD high-k HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectrics

For the first time, we successfully fabricated and demonstrated high performance metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitors with HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectric using atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique. Our data indicates that the laminate MIM capacitor can provide high capacitance density of 12.8 fF//spl mu/m/sup 2/ from 10 kHz up to 20 GHz, very low leakage current of 3.2 /spl times/ 10/sup -8/ A/cm/sup 2/ at 3.3 V, small linear voltage coefficient of capacitance of 240 ppm/V together with quadratic one of 1830 ppm/V/sup 2/, temperature coefficient of capacitance of 182 ppm//spl deg/C, and high breakdown field of /spl sim/6 MV/cm as well as promising reliability. As a result, the HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate is a very promising candidate for next generation MIM capacitor for radio frequency and mixed signal integrated circuit applications.     

抗真菌蛋白Rs-AFP2基因定点突变及其对大肠杆菌中表达的影响

为了研究遗传密码子对表达调控的影响,利用PCR重叠延伸法,对萝卜抗真菌蛋白Rs-AFP2基因编码序列区的部分核苷酸进行沉默突变,构建突变体Rs-AFPm.序列分析表明,PCR产物全长240bp,有一个阅读框,编码的蛋白由29个氨基酸的信号肽和51个氨基酸的抗真菌蛋白组成.突变体与突变前的Rs-AFP2基因相比,在编码区第3号氨基酸Lys相差一个碱基(TTG→TTA),第5号氨基酸Gln相差一个碱基(CAG→CAA),第6号稀有密码子Arg相差两个碱基(CAG→CGA).重新合成引物,将切除信号肽的Rs-AFP2基因和Rs-AFPm基因与原核表达载体pET-21b(+)分别重组到大肠杆菌BL21菌株.IPTG诱导后,二者均得到了表达.软件分析显示,突变前pETAFPo表达产物占全菌蛋白的3%,突变后pETAFPm的表达产物占全菌蛋白含量的8%;表达蛋白主要以包涵体的形式存在,包涵体经超声波破碎后,蛋白质复性,抑菌结果表明,pETAFPm表达产物的抑菌半径大于pETAFP2表达产物的抑菌半径.这些都说明改造后的Rs-AFPm基因与Rs-AFP2基因相比,已有效地提高表达量.     

不同注F剂量与CMOS运放电路辐照损伤的相关性

在不同注F剂量条件下,对P沟和N沟两种不同差分对输入CMOS运放电路的电离辐照响应进行了研究.分析比较了注F和未注F运放电路电离辐照响应之间的差异.结果表明,在栅场介质注入适量的F,可有效抑制辐照感生的氧化物电荷尤其是界面态的增长,从而提高CMOS运放电路的抗辐照特性.
