用平均粒径为0.5μm的α-Al_2O_3及平均粒度为0.7μm的α-Si_3N_4粉制备出具有纳米相弥散的Al_2O_3基复合陶瓷,其弥散相尺度下限为60μm左右。用XRD,SEM,STEM分析了复合陶瓷的物相与结构。性能测定结果表明:1300℃下复合陶瓷的弯曲强度是纯Al_2O_3瓷的2.5倍以上,并在1200℃仍保持460MPa的强度。 相似文献
