目的 分析重庆市肺癌发病死亡和疾病负担归因于被动吸烟的情况,为开展肺癌防治提供建议。 方法 肺癌死亡个案数据来源于2019年重庆市肿瘤登记报告系统,被动吸烟率来自2013年重庆市慢性病及危险因素监测。计算人群归因危险度百分比(population attributable risk percent, PAR%)、被动吸烟导致的肺癌发病、死亡和疾病负担。采用Excel 2010与SPSS 25.0进行统计分析,率的比较采用χ2检验。 结果 2013年30岁及以上成年人被动吸烟率为52.37%。2019年重庆市30岁及以上人群肺癌发病率与标化发病率分别为118.44/10万与80.83/10万,死亡率与标化死亡率分别为96.51/10万、63.58/10万。肺癌发病率和死亡率归因于被动吸烟的PAR%分别为19.76和19.04,归因发病率与归因标化发病率分别为23.41/10万和16.34/10万,归因死亡率与归因标化死亡率分别为18.38/10万和12.40/10万。2019年重庆市30岁及以上肺癌早死所致寿命损失年率(years of life lost,YLL)、残疾所致寿命损失年率(years lived with disability,YLD)、调整伤残寿命损失年率(disability adjusted life year,DALY)分别为21.16‰、0.31‰、21.47‰,YLL率、YLD率、DALY率归因于被动吸烟的PAR%分别为21.16、19.76和20.49,归因YLL率为4.34‰,归因YLD率为0.06‰,归因DALY率为4.40‰。 结论 2019年重庆市30岁及以上人群肺癌发病率、死亡率、YLL率、DALY率高,被动吸烟率高,肺癌归因于被动吸烟的疾病负担重,应加强落实控烟工作。 相似文献

Glial glutamate transporter-1 (GLT-1) plays an essential role in removing glutamate from the extracellular space and maintaining the glutamate below neurotoxic level in the brain. To explore whether GLT-1 plays a role in the acquisition of brain ischemic tolerance (BIT) induced by cerebral ischemic preconditioning (CIP), the present study was undertaken to observe in vivo changes in the expression of GLT-1 and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in the CA1 hippocampus during the induction of BIT, and the effect of dihydrokainate (DHK), an inhibitor of GLT-1, on the acquisition of BIT in rats. Immunohistochemistry for GFAP showed that the processes of astrocytes were prolonged after a CIP 2 days before the lethal ischemic insult, which could protect pyramidal neurons in the CA1 hippocampus against delayed neuronal death induced normally by lethal ischemic insult. The prolonged processes extended into the area between the pyramidal neurons and tightly surrounded them. These changes made the pyramidal layer look like a 'shape grid'. Simultaneously, the prolonged and extended processes showed a great deal of GLT-1. Western blotting analysis showed significant upregulation of GLT-1 expression after the CIP, especially when it was administered 2 days before the subsequent lethal ischemic insult. Neuropathological evaluation by thionin staining showed that DHK dose-dependently blocked the protective role of CIP against delayed neuronal death induced normally by lethal brain ischemia. It might be concluded that the surrounding of pyramidal neurons by astrocytes and upregulation of GLT-1 induced by CIP played an important role in the acquisition of the BIT induced by CIP. 相似文献

采用线栓法制成大鼠大脑中动脉梗塞 ( MCAO)模型 ,依 Hb O2 - NO法测定持续性脑缺血和缺血 /再灌流脑组织内 NO含量的变化 ,以探讨不同脑缺血和再灌流过程中 NO的变化规律及其意义。结果 :缺血 3小时受损脑组织 NO水平即增高 ,再灌流后 NO逐步升高 ,而持续性缺血状态下 NO则表现降低后再升高的变化。虽然两组 NO在 7天时均有明显降低 ,但仍高于缺血前水平。认为持续性脑缺血和缺血 /再灌流情况下 NO的变化规律有所不同 ,与缺血脑组织的缺氧及产生 NO所需底物供应缺乏有关 ,且可能与脑组织的损害密切相关 相似文献

A limited flip angle gradient-echo 3D volume acquisition imaging protocol for mapping partial pressure of oxygen (pO2) in perfluorocarbon compounds (PFCs) at low field (0.14 T) is presented. The pO2 measurement method is based on the paramagnetic effect of dissolved molecular oxygen (O2) which reduces the PFC 19F T1? Specific objectives related to imaging of PFCs through use of the protocol include improved image signal-to-noise characteristics and elimination of 19F chemical shift artifacts. A parametric Wiener deconvolution filtering algorithm is used for suppression of 19F chemical shift artifacts. Application of the protocol is illustrated in a series of calculated pO2 maps of a gas equilibrated, multi-chamber phantom containing perfluorotributylamine (FC-43). The utility of the protocol is demonstrated in vivo through images of a commercially available perfluorocarbon based blood substitute emulsion containing FC-43 sequestered in the liver and spleen of a rat. 相似文献

Objective: To observe the effect of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection on the IL-1α and IL-6 secretion by rat Sertoli cells. Methods: Eight 20-day-old UU-free male SD rats (average weight 40 g) were used. Under sterile condition, the testes were removed and separately digested with collagenase typeⅡand hyaluronidase. High purity Sertoli cells were then isolated and adjusted to a concentration of 8×105/mL with DMEM/Ham's F-12. In the infected group, 1 mL Sertoli cell suspension and 100 mL UU (serotype 8, T960) were introduced into one well of a 24 well culture plate. In the control group, 1 mL Sertoli cell suspension and 100 mL medium were introduced. IL-1αand IL-6 were determined in the culture supernatant with ELISA. Results: The production of IL-1αwas significantly lower and of IL-6 significantly higher in the infected than those in the control groups (P<0.01). Fasting interdigestive myoelectric complex (IMC) and postprandial gastroduodenal myoelectric activities are regulated by motilin and leptin, respectively (L. Zhou 2005). This study is to observe whether electrical acupuncture points could increase fasting gastroduodenal IMC and postprandial activities, as well as increase the release of motilin and leptin. Methods: Bipolar platinum electrodes were implanted on the serosa of antrum and duodenum in 10 conscious Wistar rats to record IMC and postprandial digestive myoelectric activities. We acupunctured Points Zusanli (S‐36), Tianshu (S‐25), and Liangmen (S‐21) during phase I of IMC (Frequency 20~100 Hz, Strengthen 12~16 mA, period 90 min) and compared with non‐specific electric stimulation (sham acupuncture) group. Serum motilin and leptin level was measured by RIA. Results: (1) Acupuncture points could shorten markedly phase I of antroduodenal IMC and increase the period of phase III (P < 0.01). Acupuncture points also increased the number of spike burst of antral and duodenal slow wave by (121.24 ± 20.0)% and (97.34 ± 15.20)% (compared with control group, P < 0.01). In postprandial period, acupuncture points could increase the number of spike burst of antral and duodenal slow wave by (142.52 ± 23.50)% and (102.48 ± 13.25)% (compared with control group, P < 0.01). (2) When acupuncture points increased the number of spike burst of IMC in fasting state, serum motilin concentration also increased, which was (74.56 ± 8.20)% more than control group (P < 0.01). When acupuncture points with meal, serum leptin concentration increased with myoelectric activity, which was (139.84 ± 20.25)% more than control group (P < 0.01). There was no change of motilin and leptin concentration in non‐specific electric stimulation group. (3) Cutting off subphrenic vagus nerves could totally block the effect of acupuncture points on antroduodenal myoelectric activities and release of motilin and leptin. Conclusions: Acupuncture points could effectively increase fasting and postprandial antroduodenal myoelectric activities. This effect is mediated by motilin and leptin, respectively. 相似文献

AIMS: To investigate the contribution of regulatory T cells and co-stimulatory molecules in CD4(+) T cells to the development of Type 1 diabetes (T1D). METHODS: Twelve patients with T1D, nine patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and 12 age-matched healthy control subjects participated. We analysed the proportions of CD25(+)CD4(+) T cells and natural killer T cells (NKT cells), and the expression levels of Foxp3, CTLA-4, CD28, ICOS, PD-1 and BTLA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and purified CD4(+) T cells. RESULTS: There were no significant differences in the proportions of CD25(+) CD4(+) T cells or NKT cells among the three groups. PD-1 expression levels of peripheral CD4(+) T cells from T1D patients were significantly lower than those from healthy control subjects (P = 0.00066). In contrast, PD-1 expression levels were similar in SLE patients and healthy control subjects. The expression levels of Foxp3, CTLA-4, CD28, ICOS and BTLA were similar in the three groups. CONCLUSIONS: Decreased expression of the PD-1 gene in CD4(+) T cells may contribute to the development and/or maintenance of autoimmune T1D. As the population studied was small and heterogeneous, further studies are required to confirm the findings. 相似文献
