面向企业间业务协作的异构系统集成方法

为实现企业间无缝的业务协作,提出了一种基于本体的实现企业间业务协作的方法,研究了该方法所涉及的关键技术——本体的建立、本体间的映射、异构系统基于语义的互操作等。文章使用XML文档来描述企业间的业务协作信息,屏蔽了企业间数据源在语法和结构上的异构;构建了业务协作企业局部本体,屏蔽了企业间数据源在语义层的异构;为实现企业间的基于语义的互操作,基于相似度计算建立了本体间的映射机制。根据该方案,开发了1个原型系统,为企业间业务协作的异构系统集成提供了1套全面的解决方案。图4表2参9     

Development of an epitope-specific analytical tool for the major peanut allergen Ara h 2 using a high-density multiple-antigenic peptide strategy

Using the major peanut allergen Ara h 2 as an example, an analytical tool enabling the determination of immunoglobulin E (IgE)-epitopes in processed food allergens was developed. We synthesized a multiple-antigenic peptide (MAP) of the IgE-reactive linear epitope 3 (amino acid positions 27-36) of Ara h 2 and raised a monospecific antiserum against this epitope to obtain a positive control for future epitope resolved diagnostics. First, a MAP of epitope 3, having a molecular mass of 7770 Da, was synthesized, purified, and its structure confirmed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (electrospray ionization) (LC-MS(ESI)), matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF), and Edman sequencing. The MAP was then used to raise high titer antibodies in rabbits using the adjuvant Titermax and to characterize the specificity of IgE from allergenic patients sensitized to Ara h 2. The antiserum exclusively detects Ara h 2 in crude peanut extract with a titer of 10(7) by Western blot and reacts specifically with epitope 3 shown by epitope mapping for a library of solid-phase-bound synthetic 15-mer peptides covering the entire sequence of Ara h 2. Such IgE-reactive epitopes are of high analytical relevance as they could constitute the basis for epitope-specific detection systems for use in quality control in the food industry or for forensic purposes in cases of fatal reactions to otherwise undetected peanut proteins.     

一种由传感器到显示屏映射插件的设计与实现

为解决现今大部分计算机的显示屏没有触摸功能、智能手机的显示屏又过小,人们无法在生活中享受大屏可触控、沉浸即视感所带来的乐趣等问题,设计了一款基于Unity 3D由一种点阵型柔性压力分布传感器映射到手机屏幕上的通用性插件(Mapping插件),并将该插件应用于一款钢琴练习的Unity 3D小游戏中。经测试表明,该插件利用压力传感器的触摸屏大、且真实可靠、可折叠、方便携带等优点,可以完成传感器屏幕到手机、电脑等显示屏的映射。     

CLONING OF A YEAST GENE WHICH CAUSES PHENOLIC OFF-FLAVOURS IN BEER

A gene (POF1) has been cloned, which confers upon yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) the ability to decarboxylate phenolic acids such as ferulic and trans-cinnamic acid. This property was previously shown to be a cause of phenolic off-flavour production in wort fermentations. The identity of the cloned gene was confirmed as POF1 by gene disruption techniques. Southern blotting of total genomic DNA revealed that sequences homologous to POF1 are conserved in Pof^? brewing strains of Sacch. cerevisiae. The transformation of a Pof^? lager strain with the cloned POF1 gene led to the production of an aroma characteristic of a phenolic off-flavour, when the transformed strain was used in wort fermentations. This latter observation suggests that the Pof^? phenotype of brewers' yeast is specifically due to the absence of a functional POF1 gene.     

Value stream mapping approach and analytical network process to identify and prioritize production system’s Mudas (case study: natural fibre clothing manufacturing company)

The current research has been done to identify and prioritize the Mudas of the production line of a natural fibre clothing manufacturing company; in this way, value stream mapping has been used to identify the Mudas, then analytical hierarchy method has been used to screen the Mudas. In the first step, necessary information to design value stream of production process has been obtained by observation, measurement and interview; afterward, according to the obtained information and by forming a focus group, Mudas in the production line have been identified and prioritized according to seven categories of Mudas. In order to prioritizing the Mudas by the usage of analytical hierarchy method, the Super Decision software has been applied. Then, according to the obtained priorities, suggested map of the future value system has been drawn and some suggestions have been presented to eliminate Mudas and move towards the lean manufacturing.

本文首先在定理1中给出方程上x=f(t,x(t-1))存在3-周期解的条件,然后证明在定理1的条件下,上述方程的解将出现浑沌行为(即定理2).     

一种新型圆形微屏蔽共平面波导的基本特性

提出了一种新型圆形微屏蔽—脊导体共平面波导。基于假设只有纯ＴＥＭ波传播和零色散的情况下，通过保角变换得到了特性阻抗和有效介电常数的闭合形式的解析表达式。这种新型波导大大降低了传统共平面波导和微带线的辐射损耗和信号线边缘的电流，并且不需要打孔或空桥接地     

三角板天线分析

运用具有普遍性的椭圆V-锥天线做模型,当椭圆锥的k值趋于零时,椭圆V-锥天线退化为三角板天线,根据椭圆V-锥天线的有关公式求出了三角板天线的输入阻抗。分析表明,三角板天线是一种纯阻性天线,其输入阻抗值比较大.给出了三种类型三角板天线的输入阻抗的计算结果,可供工程设计参考。
