一种级联简单奇偶校验码的调制编码设计

研究级联简单奇偶校验 (SPC) 码与QAM调制的联合优化。通过分析加QAM调制后的级联SPC码的近似联合界,发现增加携带奇偶校验位符号的欧式距离,并相应地降低携带信息位符号的欧式距离,能够使总体上达到更优化的分配。然后通过计算这个近似联合界得到最优的奇偶校验位和信息位之间的欧式距离分配。仿真结果表明对于某些码联合优化后比原先不联合优化在高信噪比时有2dB的性能提高。     

产教研联合实践教学模式的研究与探索

在新一轮电子信息产业革命与大国竞争中，为满足国家战略和新兴产业发展需求，对培养理论功底厚实且创新实践能力强的复合型人才提出了迫切需求。实践教学是本科教学的核心问题之一。目前高校实践教学还存在诸多不足，影响人才培养质量。东南大学电子科学与工程学院作为电子科学领域集教学、科研、应用开发为一体的重点院系，积极开展教学实践的研究与改革，构建了教研融合、校企共赢的“综合型、实战型、创新型”实践教育体系，实现 “产教研”三维联合。     

企业工会组织建设存在的问题及对策

长期以来,石化企业工会组织建设在组织管理体制、工会组织机构设置、工会干部队伍建设和基层民主建设等方面存在诸多问题,对工会组织作用的发挥造成不利影响。有必要对石化企业工会组织建设中存在的问题进行思考并提出解决问题的对策。     

基于互信息和粗糙集理论的特征选择

针对互信息方法在精度方面的不足,通过引入粗糙集,给出一种基于关系积理论的属性约简算法,以此为基础提出一个适用于海量文本数据集的特征选择方法。该方法采用互信息进行特征初选,利用提出的属性约简算法消除冗余,获得较具代表性的特征子集。实验结果表明,该特征选择方法能获得冗余度小且较具代表性的特征子集。     

The sustainability of sugarcane-ethanol systems in Guatemala: Land, labour and law

Since 2010, Guatemala has been exporting ethanol, principally to European markets. This means that Guatemalan biofuel has been certified sustainable, although this is deeply contested with NGO reports drawing attention to the negative impacts of ‘agrofuels’, particularly for marginalised communities. Guatemala therefore provides an excellent case study for examining not only the impacts of increased global demand for biofuels, but also whether sustainability, as conceptualised by the European Union's Renewable Energy Directive, can capture those issues that are salient to the Guatemalan context. Drawing on more than eighty qualitative, in-depth interviews, this paper finds that the bloc's governance framework for biofuels fails to capture many of the issues that matter most to local people in Guatemala, namely land access, trade unions and compliance with the law. This paper argues that the current framework therefore runs the risk of exacerbating the plight of Guatemala's already marginalised rural communities.

文章围绕高校工会在校园文化建设中的特定功能,从理论上厘清校园文化的内涵,并结合高校工会的具体实践,明确大学工会在校园文化中的正确定位,分析和总结了大学工会在参与校园文化活动中角色和着力点。同时,还提出了大学工会应倡导以人为本的理念,强化大学工会的服务职能,以保障高校教学科研工作等建议。

分析当前企业工会工作面临的新问题,从完善两级工会工作职能、做好不同群体的维权工作、建立健全工会工作新机制等方面,提出相应的对策和建议。     

云制造单一制造商与供应商联盟二阶段博弈模型

针对云制造服务链稳定问题,提出了单一制造商同供应商联盟进行谈判的二阶段领导者-追随者博弈模型.该模型根据云制造实际情境,假设制造商决定订单或服务的数量和价格,将云制造过程中制造商与供应商的合作过程抽象为两阶段的博弈,其中第一阶段为面向供应商联盟的竞争博弈,第二阶段为制造商同供应商联盟的合作博弈,并分析了合作策略选择机理.模型分析结果表明,优质供应商个体采用联盟形式,可以获得更高议价权和利益,并可对保持云制造服务链的稳定发展提供一定的决策支持.     

Harsanyi power solutions for cooperative games on voting structures

This paper deals with Harsanyi power solutions for cooperative games in which partial cooperation is based on specific union stable systems given by the winning coalitions derived from a voting game. This framework allows for analyzing new and real situations in which there exists a feedback between the economic influence of each coalition of agents and its political power. We provide an axiomatic characterization of the Harsanyi power solutions on the subclass of union stable systems arisen from the winning coalitions from a voting game when the influence is determined by a power index. In particular, we establish comparable axiomatizations, in this context, when considering the Shapley-Shubik power index, the Banzhaf index and the Equal division power index which reduces to the Myerson value on union stable systems. Finally, a new characterization for the Harsanyi power solutions on the whole class of union stable systems is provided and, as a consequence, a characterization of the Myerson value is obtained when the equal power measure is considered.
