流体电容仪新的测量模型

本文针对油田生产测井中应用很广泛的流体电容含水率计在理论上和实验上进行了详细的研究。根据现有的实验事实，提出了高含水测量模。该模型认为，对于油水泡状流，即使在水矿化度很高时，流体电容仪仍在０－１００％的含水率范围内有油水分辨能力。     

速冻用单机双级氨螺杆制冷压缩机组

氨用单机双级螺杆制冷压缩机组是为适应低温速冻食品的需要而开发的新产品。在分析速冻食品在低温工况下的制冷系数、高低压容积比与中间压力的关系的基础上，给出了其选择方法并为合理选配制冷机提供了切实的指导。     

Sequential multitrack nonlinear ex vivo imaging of esophageal stroma based on backscattered second-harmonic generation and two-photon autofluorescence

We demonstrate the technique of subsequent multitrack nonlinear imaging based on backscattered second-harmonic generation (B-SHG) and two-photon autofluorescence (TPA) to obtain large-area, high-contrast, submicron-resolution image ex vivo of esophageal stroma. Our findings show that this technique is effective in improving the B-SHG/TPA image contrast. It was found that the method can quantitatively obtain microscopic structural and biochemical information on stroma. Our work suggests that the technique has the potential to provide accurate and comprehensive information in determining the physiological and pathological states of the esophagus.

数字式双钳相位伏安表及其应用

介绍一种能够测量交流电压、交流电流、工频频率以及电压与电压之间、电流与电流之间、电压与电流之间的相位的数字式钳型仪表。较详细地分析了相位测量电路、频率测量电路和直流-直流电源变换电路的工作原理．并对仪器的实际应用作了具体介绍。     

基于单V锥节流装置的湿气气液流量在线测量

提出采用两相质量流量系数对V锥节流装置湿气测量误差进行修正,试验研究洛克哈特-马蒂内利参数、气体密度弗鲁德数以及气液密度比对V锥节流装置两相质量流量系数的影响规律。V锥节流装置的节流比为0.55,试验介质为压缩空气和水,气液密度比为0.002 445~0.006 083,气体密度弗鲁德数为0.3~2.0,洛克哈特-马蒂内利参数为0.01~0.34。结果表明,两相流量系数随洛克哈特-马蒂内利参数增加而线性增大,同时还受气体密度弗鲁德数和气液密度比的影响。获得了两相质量流量系数与洛克哈特-马蒂内利参数、气体密度弗鲁德数和气液密度比的定量关系,建立湿气流量测量的半经验关联式。利用V锥节流装置前后锥体对湿气具有不同的差压响应特性,获得了其差异性的影响规律,建立单节流元件双差压的湿气气液流量双参数测量方程。在试验范围内,测得的气相质量流量相对误差小于±5.0%,平均误差为2.2%;液相质量流量相对误差小于±20.0%,平均误差为9.8%。该方法具有系统简单、成本低廉、精度较高的特点。     

Studying the interactome with the yeast two-hybrid system and mass spectrometry

Protein interactions are crucial to the life of a cell. The analysis of such interactions is allowing biologists to determine the function of uncharacterized proteins and the genes that encode them. The yeast two-hybrid system has become one of the most popular and powerful tools to study protein-protein interactions. With the advent of proteomics, the two-hybrid system has found a niche in interactome mapping. However, it is clear that only by combining two-hybrid data with that from complementary approaches such as mass spectrometry (MS) can the interactome be analyzed in full. This review introduces the yeast two-hybrid system to those unfamiliar with the technique, and discusses how it can be used in combination with MS to unravel the network of protein interactions that occur in a cell.     

真空珠光砂和真空岩棉绝热性能研究

实验测定了珠光砂（６０目～８０目）和岩棉两种材料在不同压力、不同温度和不同厚度下的表观导热系数．采用双热流模型给出数值求解结果,并采用渐近拟合的方法求得了预测表观导热系数的半经验公式．
