穿水冷却工艺对HRB400热轧带肋钢筋性能的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
生产钢筋混凝土用HRB400热轧带肋钢筋时,钒铁和锰铁合金用量占有较大比率对钢材成本的影响很大。为寻求1种可以减少合金元素的替代方法,以降低成本,进行了穿水冷却工艺生产HRB400热轧带肋钢筋性能试验研究。结果表明,采用穿水冷却工艺,可以提高钢筋的屈服强度30~70 MPa,而且能够改善产品表面质量。在产品质量性能满足国家标准要求的情况下,试验的HRB400钢筋吨钢降低合金成本50元左右。 相似文献

In most applications, parametric monitoring schemes are used to monitor the majority of industrial and nonindustrial processes in order to improve the quality of the outputs or services. However, parametric monitoring schemes are known to underperform when the normality assumption is not met or when there is not enough information about the symmetry or asymmetry nature of the process underlying distribution. Hence, in this paper, a new nonparametric Phase II Shewhart-type double-sampling (DS) monitoring scheme based on the precedence statistic is proposed in order to efficiently monitor quality processes when the underlying process distribution departs from normality. The performance is investigated using the average run length (ARL), standard deviation of the run length (SDRL), expected ARL (EARL) and expected average number of observations to signal (EANOS), and the average sample sizes (ASS) metrics. The latter metrics are computed using Monte Carlo simulation and exact formulae. In general, it is shown that the new DS precedence scheme outperforms the existing basic Shewhart precedence scheme with and without supplementary runs rules in many situations. A real-life illustrative example based on a filling process of milk bottles is provided to demonstrate the application and implementation of the new DS precedence monitoring scheme. 相似文献

Aim: To investigate the physicochemical stability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and biodistribution of paclitaxel (PTX) from paclitaxel solid dispersion (PSD) prepared by supercritical antisolvent (SAS) process.Methods: Physicochemical stability was performed in accelerated (40°C 70?±?5% RH) and stress (60°C) storage conditions for a period of 6 months and 4 weeks, respectively. PK and biodistribution studies were performed in rats following i.v. administration of PTX equivalent to 6 and 12?mg/kg formulations.Results: Physical stability of PSD showed excellent stability with no recrystallization of the amorphous form. Chemical stability of PSD in terms of % PTX remaining was 98.2?±?0.6% at 6 months and 97.9?±?0.3% at 4 weeks of accelerated and stress conditions, respectively. The PK study showed a nonlinear increase in AUC with increasing dose, that is, 100% increase in dose (from 6 to 12?mg/kg) resulted in 405.90% increase in AUC. Unlike PK study, the organ distribution study of PTX from PSD showed linear relationship with dose escalation. The order of organ distribution of PTX from highest to lowest for both PSD and Taxol® was liver>kidney>lung>brain.Conclusions: This study demonstrated excellent physicochemical stability with insight information on the PK and biodistribution of PTX from PSD prepared by SAS process. 相似文献

Stem cells (SCs) perform the task of maintaining tissue homeostasis by both self-renewal and differentiation. While it has been argued that SCs divide asymmetrically, there is also evidence that SCs undergo symmetric division. Symmetric SC division has been speculated to be key for expanding cell numbers in development and regeneration after injury. However, it might lead to uncontrolled growth and malignancies such as cancer. In order to explore the role of symmetric SC division, we propose a mathematical model of the effect of symmetric SC division on the robustness of a population regulated by a serial differentiation cascade and we show that this may lead to extinction of such population. We examine how the extinction likelihood depends on defining characteristics of the population such as the number of intermediate cell compartments. We show that longer differentiation cascades are more prone to extinction than systems with less intermediate compartments. Furthermore, we have analysed the possibility of mixed symmetric and asymmetric cell division against invasions by mutant invaders in order to find optimal architecture. The search for edge-disjoint Hamilton cycles in star graphs is important for the design of interconnection network topologies. We define automorphisms for star graphs St n of degree n?1, for every positive odd integer n, which yield permutations of labels for the edges of St n taken from the set of integers between 1 and ? n/2 ?. By decomposing these permutations into permutation cycles, we are able to identify edge-disjoint Hamilton cycles that are automorphic images of a known Hamilton cycle in St n . Our method produces a better than two-fold improvement from ? ? (n)/10 ? to ? 2? (n)/9 ?, where ? is the Euler function, for the known number of edge-disjoint Hamilton cycles in St n for all odd integers n. For prime n, the improvement is from ? n/8 ? to ? n/5 ?, and we can extend this result to the case when n is the power of a prime greater than 7. 相似文献

Our interest lies in solving sum of squares (SOS) relaxations of large-scale unconstrained polynomial optimization problems. Because interior-point methods for solving these problems are severely limited by the large-scale, we are motivated to explore efficient implementations of an accelerated first-order method to solve this class of problems. By exploiting special structural properties of this problem class, we greatly reduce the computational cost of the first-order method at each iteration. We report promising computational results as well as a curious observation about the behaviour of the first-order method for the SOS relaxations of the unconstrained polynomial optimization problem. 相似文献
