With PWA as proton transfer and silica as water retainer, stable phosphotungstic acid/silica/Nafion (PWA/Si–N) composite membrane is non-destructively fabricated and exhibits excellent stability and high temperature proton conductivity. Compared with pristine Nafion, high temperature proton conductivity is significantly enhanced due to the collaboration between –SO3H ionic clusters and the in-situ filled silica embedded PWA nanoparticles. PWA is stabilized in the ionic clusters via in-situ catalyzing the hydrolysis silica precursor targeted filled into the –SO3H ionic clusters. Stable proton conductivity of the PWA/Si–N membrane at 110 °C and 60% RH is high to 0.058 S/cm, which is 2.4 folds of that of Nafion. At the same time, the composite membrane still maintains good mechanical and thermal stability. As a result, high temperature fuel cell performance of the composite membrane is improved by 41% compared with the pristine Nafion membrane. The in-situ coating method proved to be an effective method to solve the stability of PWA in Nafion membrane, especially the inorganic oxide with good hygroscopicity as the modifier. 相似文献

In order to study the fast filling problem of the type III on-board hydrogen tank, a 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation model is proposed. Several simulation calculations are completed to simulate the fast filling process under different initial conditions. In order to control the temperature rise during the fast filling process, the effects of different mass flow rates are studied. Based on the control of mass flow rate, various time-delayed filling strategies for different conditions are proposed to meet the requirement of shortening the filling time as much as possible without exceeding the maximum temperature limit. It is found that if the delay duration is determined, how the filling time is allocated has little effect on the final temperature rise. The proposed strategy can complete the filling within 155s in a general environment, which saves 62% of the time compared with the filling with constant mass flow rate. This research provides the theoretical basis and technical support for mass flow control strategies of fast filling in the hydrogen refueling stations and has guiding significance for the actual filling process of large-capacity hydrogen tanks. 相似文献

Roselle seed oil (RSO) is an underutilised seed oil, which is having beneficial properties to humans. Microencapsulation of vegetables and seed oil is an alternative to preserve these properties and deliver them to the human diet. In this study, microencapsulation of RSO was performed using co-extrusion technology and 1.5% w/w sodium alginate solution with 1.5% w/w high methoxyl pectin as the wall materials. Results showed that the microencapsulation efficiency was high (95.68 ± 1.95%) and the microencapsulation indeed preserved the content of unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols, and tocopherols. During an accelerated storage condition at 65 °C for 24 days, most of these properties remained high for the first six storage days, including tocopherol which preserved high γ-tocopherol. Worth noting that the microencapsulated RSO (MRSO) was particularly effective in preserving the total unsaturated fatty acids (especially C18:1 and C18:2), even during the 24th day of storage. The total unsaturated fatty acids retained by MRSO were significantly (P < 0.05) higher (70 ± 0.4%) than the RSO (65.6 ± 1.6%). 为探明不同种源地香叶树作为油料树种的开发价值,采集了全国6省20县市的香叶树果实,对香叶树全果、果肉及籽的油脂含量及脂肪酸组成进行了分析,并采用ward法对不同种源地香叶树籽油脂肪酸进行了聚类分析。结果表明:香叶树全果、果肉以及籽的平均油脂含量分别为43.31%、42.38%及46.12%;全果油脂肪酸组成以月桂酸、油酸和癸酸为主;果肉油以油酸和棕榈酸为主;而籽油则以月桂酸和癸酸为主,月桂酸含量为53.20%~70.30%,月桂酸和癸酸总含量达76.40%~90.10%;聚类分析将不同种源地香叶树分为3大类,云南省、贵州省及广西省的香叶树属低月桂酸类型,福建省、江西省及湖南省的香叶树属中高月桂酸型。香叶树可作为生产中碳链脂肪酸的新晋树种,福建省的香叶树籽油脂含量高,且籽油中月桂酸含量高,作为中碳链脂肪酸的原料地具有明显的开发优势。 相似文献

Grape seed polypeptide (GSPP) was obtained by liquid fermentation with Bacillus subtilis TK15.015 from waste grape seed pomace. Its chelation ability with calcium ions was excellent. Simulation of in vitro gastrointestinal digestion showed that GSPP and calcium chelate (GSPP-Ca) slowly released calcium and decreased stomach stimulation. The solubility and transmission rate of GSPP-Ca after digestion in the gastrointestinal tract for 8 h maintained high levels of 74.4% and 46.4%, respectively, which far exceeded the levels achieved by other calcium supplements. Structural characterisation showed that calcium ions mainly react with binding sites present in peptides such as carboxyl oxygen, hydroxyl oxygen, amino nitrogen and amide bonds. GSPP-Ca may be a state in which a calcium-encapsulating complex formed, leaving calcium ions in a soluble state, suggesting its possible use as a high-quality calcium supplement. 相似文献

In this study, the cellulose nanoparticles (CNP) isolated from potato peel were used for reinforcement of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)-based active packaging film. The above film was used to pack the raw prawns (Penaeus monodon) at −20 °C, and the colour change, protein content, TVB-N, TMA and microbial analysis were done at regular interval for prawns stored in CNP-PVA active packaging film. A significant difference was observed in the quality of prawns stored in potato CNP-PVA film compared with prawns packed and stored in polyethylene film. The newly designed active packaging with CNP and fennel seed oil enhanced the shelf life of prawns up to two months for both HOSO (head on shell on) prawn and PD (peeled and deveined) prawn. Hence, the study recommends the potato peel CNP-PVA film with fennel seed oil as better choice to extend the shelf life of the prawns during storage compared with polyethylene packaging. 相似文献
