Ti3SiC2 is of interest due to its unique dual nature reminiscent of both brittle ceramics and ductile metals at ambient conditions. In this work, plate-impact experiments have been performed to study the dynamic behavior of Ti3SiC2 under shock compression up to 112 GPa by using laser velocity interferometer and electric pin techniques. Hugoniot elastic limits (HEL), spall strength, and Hugoniot equations of state have been obtained based on measured particle velocity profiles and shock wave velocities. The ratio of spall strength to HEL for Ti3SiC2 is larger than brittle ceramics but smaller than metals. This result indicates that the dual nature of Ti3SiC2 remains at least up to 10 GPa. On the other hand, the linearity of the Hugoniot equation of state, , suggests that the initial structure of Ti3SiC2 should be stable up to 112 GPa, in contrast to the result reported by Jordan et al. [J. Appl. Phys., 93 (2003) 9639]. 相似文献

The novel distributed mobility management trend is a promising direction to cope with the increasing mobile data traffic and flatten network architectures. Most of the novel mobility approaches distribute the mobility anchors through the access level, as opposed to the centralized mobility anchoring model. Other recent approaches argue that mobility anchors closer to the content servers may be the solution to optimize the mobility performance. However, none of the mobility anchoring models is ideal for all scenarios, since it depends on the user, the session and the network. Hence, we propose an IP mobility approach driven by the context of the user, sessions and the network, where the mobility anchors for IP address allocation and for routing/forwarding are distributed through the network nodes, while the mobility context is managed by the mobile devices. Although each session is properly anchored in the establishment phase, the routing/forwarding is adapted over time, according to the user, the session and the network context: the proposed approach is able to signal different mobility anchors to optimize the routing path to new and ongoing sessions of the user. The outcome of the evaluation shows that the proposed approach overall reduces the data cost, the data delay, the tunneled packets and the tunnel length, when compared with other anchoring models. 相似文献

以熔融反应挤出得到的POE-g-GMA作为增容剂,制备了增韧PP/APP复合材料。采用动态力学的方法,计算得到不同POE-g-GMA含量的PP/APP复合材料的玻璃化转变活化能。结果表明,在相同的测试频率下,接枝物POE-g-GMA的加入会导致PP/APP复合材料的内耗峰的峰温降低,而内耗峰的强度增加;降低复合材料的玻璃化转变活化能。这说明在PP/APP复合体系中加入POE-g-GMA可以改善PP和无机填料APP之间的相容性,使复合材料中的PP分子链段在进行玻璃化转变时更加容易。只需要较低的活化能就可以了。从中可以判断出接枝物POE-g-GMA对于PP/APP共混体系来说是很好的相容剂。 相似文献

The conjugated effects of both reactive compatibilization and dynamic vulcanization on the phase inversion behavior of poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT)/epoxide-containing rubber blends have been studied in detail. Pure ethylene-methyl acrylate random copolymer (E-MA) and ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate random terpolymer (E-MA-GMA) were used as non reactive or reactive rubber phase, respectively. Location of the phase inversion region was studied using several techniques, including transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamical mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA). To evaluate the relative influence of the blend compatibilization and the dynamic vulcanization on the phase inversion behavior, the relative kinetics of the two reactions were modified using different PBT and E-MA-GMA grades. The obtained results show unambiguously that the position and the width of the phase inversion region is essentially governed by the kinetic of the dynamic vulcanization process. The effect of the blend compatibilization remains quite limited even in the case of fast interfacial reaction. The crosslinking of the rubber phase induces an important shift of the phase inversion composition to higher rubber content. For blends containing low molecular weight PBT, up to 60 wt% of rubber can be homogeneously dispersed in the PBT matrix at long mixing time. Fuel injection rate shaping is a strategy to improve fuel efficiency and reduce harmful emissions in diesel engines. Due to their fast response, piezoelectric fuel injectors are capable of rate shaping operation. This paper describes a model-based closed-loop controller of injection flow rate for a piezoelectric fuel injector. This within-an-engine-cycle control strategy utilizes a dynamic surface control scheme and shows an injection flow rate tracking capability. Practical issues with LabVIEW FPGA control implementation are also addressed. The performance of the controller is verified with simulation and experimental results at different rail pressures and desired injection rates. The experiments show a maximum error of total fuel per one injection event of 2.5%. A stability analysis is also included. 相似文献

A detailed transport model for the Multitrack setup, a TAP-like system, has been developed, which allows further analysis of adsorption, diffusion and catalysis phenomena. This includes the transport in the void part between the pulse valve and the reactor inlet. The effects of viscous flow and thermal transpiration, aspects that have not been studied in detail before for this type of setup, have been analyzed. A new expression for the modeling of the output signal is proposed depending on the positioning of the MS detector used in the study. The transport parameters of the model have been estimated by the analysis of the experimental pulse responses of the empty reactor system and the reactor charged with an inert packed bed. The proposed model reproduces the experimental pulse responses very well, and therefore can be extended to study systems with reacting or adsorbing beds by including the corresponding rate equations for the processes occurring in the bed of particles. 相似文献

The mathematical optimisation of a batch cooling crystallization process is considered in this work. The objective is to minimize the standard deviation of the final crystal size distribution (CSD), which is an important feature in many industrial processes. The results with the problem written as a nonlinear programming and solved with the successive quadratic programming (SQP) coupled with the discretization of the control variable are compared with those obtained when SQP coupled with the parameterisation of the control variable is applied. Also it is proposed the implementation of the genetic algorithm (GA) coupled with parameterisation of the control variable. Extensive evaluations show that the SQP method is sensitive both to the parameterisation formulation and to the initial estimate. The solution with GA provided the control variable profile that leads to the minimum standard deviation of the final CSD. Nevertheless, it is a very time-consuming technique, which hampers its utilization in real time applications. However, its feature of global searching suggests its suitability in solving offline problems, in order to provide initial setup profiles. Bearing this in mind, it is proposed an algorithm which allows for the implementation of GA solution in a real time fashion, taking advantage of its robustness to find out the optimal solution. 相似文献
