为提升安全生产管理水平,文中研究了基于立体空间的定位系统的技术原理及其应用。通过应用空间感知技术、数据处理与融合方法,以及定位算法,该系统能提供高精度的三维定位服务。在工业生产环境中,系统可用于实时监控人员位置和物品追踪,保障操作安全。此外,系统可对环境中的有害气体、温度和湿度进行监测与预警,防范环境风险。在应急响应方面,系统能快速定位事故现场,并提供人员疏散和救援路径规划。研究表明,立体空间定位系统在提高安全生产管理水平方面具有显著效果。  相似文献

This study proposes a cranial augmented-reality (AR) system which characterizes on performing image-to-patient registration using only natural facial features. Its hardware includes only three calibrated CCD cameras but any commercial spatial digitizing devices or artificial skin markers. Two of the cameras are mounted together to form a stereo-vision system, while the third camera moves freely and captures real-time images for AR-fusion display. The facial surface of a patient is first reconstructed by stereo vision. Meanwhile, another facial surface is reconstructed from preoperative computed tomography (CT) images of the patient. A iterative closest point (ICP)-based algorithm is then used to register the two facial data sets, which transfers the anatomical information from the CT images to the physical space. Since the natural of stereo-vision reconstruction usually accompanies with noisy data, the conventional ICP also suffers from its inherent local-minimum problem. Therefore, we propose an improved ICP which embeds a weighting and perturbing strategy to increase robustness and the ability of noise resistance. As a result, with a seamless integration among the preoperative CT images, the patient, the stereo-vision cameras, and the movable camera, an immersive medical AR environment based on a markerless image-to-patient registration is thus accomplished.  相似文献

Detecting, locating, and tracking people in a dynamic environment is important in many applications, ranging from security and environmental surveillance to assistance to people in domestic environments, to the analysis of human activities. To this end, several methods for tracking people have been developed in the field of Computer Vision using different settings, such as monocular cameras, stereo sensors, multiple cameras. In this article we describe a method for People Localization and Tracking (PLT) based on a calibrated fixed stereo vision sensor, its implementation and experimental results. The system analyzes three components of the stereo data (the left intensity image, the disparity image, and the 3-D world locations of measured points) to dynamically update a model of the background; extract foreground objects, such as people and rearranged furniture; track their positions in the world. The system is mostly suitable for indoor medium size environments. It can reliably detect and track people moving in an medium size area (a room or a corridor) in front of the sensor with high reliability and good precision.  相似文献

The authors report on direct precision manufacturing (DPM) of three-dimensional parts using the stereo lithography technique. Organically modified ceramics (Ormocer) are photo polymerised in a layer based production fashion with a custom designed micro stereo lithography (MSL) apparatus. In order to achieve spatial process resolutions as high as 10 μm, both the Ormocer and apparatus are adapted in terms of high resolution manufacturing. Using micro computer tomography, form tolerances smaller than 50 μm are achieved. Through the highest degree of flexibility in three-dimensional manufacturing, new fields of applications in the MEMS sector are conceivable, as exemplary micro mechanical or micro fluidic systems.  相似文献

Guided image filtering (GIF) based cost aggregation or disparity refinement stereo matching algorithms are studied extensively owing to the edge-aware preserved smoothing property. However, GIF suffers from halo artifacts in sharp edges and shows high computational costs on high-resolution images. The performance of GIF in stereo matching would be limited by the above two defects. To solve these problems, a novel fast gradient domain guided image filtering (F-GDGIF) is proposed. To be specific, halo artifacts are effectively alleviated by incorporating an efficient multi-scale edge-aware weighting into GIF. With this multi-scale weighting, edges can be preserved much better. In addition, high computational costs are cut down by sub-sampling strategy, which decreases the computational complexity from O(N) to O(N/s2) (s: sub-sampling ratio) To verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, F-GDGIF is applied to cost aggregation and disparity refinement in stereo matching algorithms respectively. Experiments on the Middlebury evaluation benchmark demonstrate that F-GDGIF based stereo matching method can generate more accuracy disparity maps with low computational cost compared to other GIF based methods.  相似文献

In spite of the fact that convolutional neural network-based stereo matching models have shown good performance in both accuracy and robustness, the issue of image feature loss in regions of texture-less, complex scenes and occlusions remains. In this paper, we present a dense convolutional neural network-based stereo matching method with multiscale feature connection, named Dense-CNN. First, we construct a novel densely connected network with multiscale convolutional layers to extract rich image features, in which the merged multiscale features with context information are utilized to estimate the cost volume for stereo matching. Second, we plan a novel loss-function strategy to learn the network parameters more reasonably, which can develop the performance of the proposed Dense-CNN model on disparity computation. Finally, we run our Dense-CNN model on the Middlebury and KITTI databases to conduct a comprehensive comparison with several state-of-the-art approaches. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieved superior performance on computational accuracy and robustness of disparity estimation, especially achieving the significant benefit of feature preservation in ill-posed regions.  相似文献
