基于GEM模型的离岸服务外包产业集群竞争力研究——以南京市为例

提升服务外包产业集群竞争力是推动服务贸易产业经济发展的关键。南京市离岸服务外包产业集群竞争力在中国处于领先地位,但在全球价值链体系中还处于低端状态,国际竞争力相对较弱。通过区域产业集群竞争力的评价模型(CEM),从基础、企业和市场3个"要素对"对南京离岸服务外包产业集群竞争力进行了全面系统的评价,在此基础上提出了优化产业环境、实施人才战略、完善公共服务平台、开拓国内外市场、突出产业集聚、创建品牌效应等快速提升南京离岸服务外包产业集群竞争力有效路径的建议。

GEM膜的化学刻蚀与性能测试

分析了化学蚀刻制作GEM膜过程中影响蚀刻质量的实验因素,并对相关的蚀刻条件进行了优化,制作出了8张灵敏面积为4×4cm2,孔径为85μm,孔间距为140μm的GEM膜并用其中的3张搭建了探测器.利用55Fe的X射线(5.9keV)测试探测器性能,结果显示,能量分辨率约为26%,有效增益可达105.
