Starting with Co‐salt‐loaded inverse micelles, which form if the diblock copolymer polystyrene‐block‐poly(2‐vinylpyridine) is dissolved in a selective solvent like toluene and CoCl2 is added to the solution, monomicellar arrays of such micelles exhibiting a significant hexagonal order can be prepared on top of various substrates with tailored intermicellar distances and structure heights. In order to remove the polymer matrix and to finally obtain arrays of pure Co nanoparticles, the micelles are first exposed to an oxygen plasma, followed by a treatment in a hydrogen plasma. Applying in‐situ X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, it is demonstrated that: 1) The oxygen plasma completely removes the polymer, though conserving the original order of the micellar array. Furthermore, the resulting nanoparticles are entirely oxidized with a chemical shift of the Co 2p3/2 line pointing to the formation of Co3O4. 2) By the subsequent hydrogen plasma treatment the nanoparticles are fully reduced to metallic Co. 3) By exposing the pure Co nanoparticles for 100 s to various oxygen partial pressures pequation/tex2gif-inf-5.gif, a stepwise oxidation is observed with a still metallic Co core surrounded by an oxide shell. The data allow the extraction of the thickness of the oxide shell as a function of the total exposure to oxygen (pequation/tex2gif-inf-7.gif × time), thus giving the opportunity to control the ferromagnetic–antiferromagnetic composition of an exchange‐biased magnetic system. 相似文献

This paper describes a method of analyzing the maximum buckling strength of hybrid-fiber multilayer-sandwich cylindrical shells under external lateral pressure with respect to fiber orientations and weighting factors. Formulae for optimizing these parameters are presented and conditions for the application of these formulae are discussed. Herein, we report an efficient process for preparing monodisperse Au@SiO2 nanoparticles using homogeneous shaking and without the use of surface‐coupling silane agents or large stabilizers. The resulting pure‐silica surface of the Au@SiO2 nanoparticles is very important for straightforward surface functionalization with different functional groups via well‐established silica surface chemistry. Subsequent covalent bioconjugation of the aldehyde‐functionalized Au@SiO2 nanoparticles with various biomolecules is successfully employed to make robust nanoprobes for fast, colorimetric DNA and protein detection based on the sequence‐specific hybridization properties of DNA and the specific binding affinity between proteins, respectively. 相似文献

Command interpreters under the UNIX operating system typically employ the syntax and semantics of imperative programming languages. Many of the advantages that functional programming languages hold over imperative languages can be incorporated in a functional command interpreter. Unfortunately, functional command interpreters to date have used the syntax of Backus's FP. The advantages of command expressiveness and composition have not been appreciated. A powerful functional command interpreter, fsh, that overcomes many of the deterrents of previous functional command interpreters is presented. Much of the unnecessary complexity of existing UNIX command interpreters is avoided by following the functional paradigm. fsh has been implemented under the UNIX 4.2BSD and System V operating systems. 相似文献
