This paper shows the wide application range (such as electrical self‐heating and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness) of composites consisting of conductive carbon black/aluminum flakes (CBA) filler and epoxy insulative matrix. The effect of CBA content on the network structure of epoxy matrix was investigated in detail. Static electrical conductivity increases linearly with the increase of filler concentration at the interface in epoxy composites. The large decrease of the conductivity as a function of the temperature is analyzed in terms of the negative temperature coefficient of conductivity (NTCC) effect. The influence of viscosity, surface energy and barrier highest energy on the NTCC behaviour in the composite is also considered. Based on these results, a new interpretation is proposed to explain the NTCC phenomena by computing the swelling force among conductive phases. The correlations of conductivity during the temperature cycling and activation energy were analyzed. The effects of dynamic ageing at various temperatures on the resistivity are reported. Current–voltage–temperature characteristics for epoxy with different contents of CBA were examined in detail. A model based on the law of energy conservation is proposed to calculate the specific heat and amount of heat dissipation. The static charge of the epoxy–CBA composites was estimated. The correlation between electromagnetic wave‐shielding effectiveness (EMS), conductivity and frequency of epoxy composites with different filler contents is also discussed. Furthermore, the effect of annealing on EMS of epoxy composites was examined. © 2002 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

The massvelocity profiles in 2,4dinitro2,4diazapentane samples of different densities were registered by a laser interferometer and the electromagnetic technique. The reaction time was shown to reach 300 nsec and weakly depend on density, while the pressure in the chemical spike can be twice as high as that at the Chapman–Jouguet point. No special features due to diamond formation were observed in the massvelocity profiles registered in the chemical reaction zone.  相似文献

本文以2013年全国大学生电子设计竞赛A题为依据,设计的单相AC-DC变换电路32位的STM32f103作为主控制器,主电路由220V市电经过自耦变压器,隔离变压器降至20-30V交流电,后接全桥整流电路,使电路稳定输出36V直流电,主电路通过硬件电流电压PI闭环控制,双环控制来调节输入的电流和输出电压,输入的交流电压和交流电流通过互感器采到单片机内,程序通过改变产生的正弦波的相位来改变功率因数,从而达到功率因数可调的目的,使设计的电路能包含题目中要求的所有部分,并通过优化而达到题目的要求,在主电路中加入继电器,控制继电器断开从而实现过流保护的功能。  相似文献

The shock adiabats of pressed carbamide samples with a density of 1.29 g/cm3 and carbamide samples with a bulk density of 0.78 g/cm3 were studied at pressures of 1–14 GPa using an electromagnetic method. In the coordinates D and U, the shock adiabat of pressed carbamide is linear and the shock adiabat of carbamide of bulk density at a pressure of 2.4 GPa is represented as two linear segments: D = 2U at 0.6 < U <1.3 km/sec and D = 0.6 + 1.55U at 1.3 <U < 2.8 km/sec. The possibility of a phase transition in carbamide under shock compression is discussed.  相似文献

For a certain type of transonic axial fan, the flow field of a fan rotor with splitter blade was computed by numerical simulation, and the shape of the rotor was modified. The effects of different circumferential distributions concerning the splitter cascades upon the aerodynamic performance were investigated. The studies show that the optimum splitter cascade is not very close to the suction side of main blade. The load between the main blade and the splitter blade can be soundly distributed in terms of the adjustment of circumferential position of the splitter blade. The best aerodynamic performance can be successfully obtained according to the optimum shape of the expanding fluid channel reasonably formed by the splitter blade and the main blade.  相似文献

探讨了超声波协同超微粉技术辅助酸法提取黑木耳果胶的工艺条件。分别考察了超声波辐射强度、液料比、温度、pH值及提取时间等因素对果胶得率的影响,并以此为基础用正交法优化提取黑木耳果胶的工艺参数。结果表明,采用此法从黑木耳中提取果胶的适宜工艺条件为超声波辐射强度70 W/kg、液料质量比40∶1、温度70℃、pH值3.0、提取时间60 mim。在此条件下,木耳果胶得率可达35.45%,与其他方法相比,果胶得率最高。  相似文献
