新时期研究生挫折教育略论

加强对研究生的挫折教育,已成为新时期研究生教育的一项非常重要而迫切的任务。研究生挫折教育的途径主要有:培养研究生树立良好的挫折观;将远大志向与正确、切实的短期目标有机结合;研究生导师要将挫折教育作为自身工作的重要职责和内容;要创设挫折情境,加强实践体验;在研究生中积极开展抗挫互助活动;帮助研究生学会自我调适、自我超越、自我教育。     

主成分分析法在学生成绩分析中的应用

本文从大学四年成绩的真实数据入手,利用主成分分析法,建立了数学模型,然后给出各主成分的得分函数,并结合成绩进行分析,最后得出影响成绩的主要课程,并验证了学校实行的学分绩是合理的。该研究结果为今后的教学研究和管理提供了科学的依据。     

RefWorks Usage Patterns: Exploring the First Four Semesters of Use by Faculty,Graduate Students,and Undergraduates

This study explores citation management usage patterns of undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty. We analyze the temporal use of RefWorks with an eye toward informing reference services and instruction initiatives. The frequency and intensity of use allow us to glean an understanding of user groups on campus. While our findings for undergraduates and faculty conform to general assumptions, graduate students emerge as a group more similar to faculty than anticipated. Graduate students’ use of RefWorks is characterized by steady logins and large amounts of references; thus, suggesting that personalized instruction might benefit graduate students more than scheduled workshops.     

The Research Experience for Education Graduate Students: A Phenomenographic Study

This article presents the findings of an exploratory study of education graduate students’ information-seeking behavior and attitudes. Qualitative data included interviews with education students, focusing on their research habits, and analyzed from phenomenographic approach that focused on variations in individuals’ experiences. The quantitative analysis stemmed from participants’ responses to the survey of their information-seeking behavior. A comparison of interview participants and survey respondents’ search skills, research strategies, and attitudes toward previous library instruction illustrate the wide variation in students’ abilities and experiences between the groups. This suggests the need for further analysis of these students’ information seeking behaviors.     

Using Courseware Discussion Boards to Engage Graduate Students in Online Library Workshops

ABSTRACT

Librarians at Oregon State University (OSU) Libraries used the discussion board features of Blackboard courseware to create an interactive experience for graduate students at a distance who could not attend the on-campus “Literature Review Workshops.” These recently developed workshops have been extremely popular with graduate students across the disciplines and have generated a growing demand from distance education graduate students and faculty to offer similar information online. Reluctant to simply deliver content via an online tutorial, librarians sought to duplicate the workshop atmosphere by making the sessions available for a short time-period online, asking participants to respond to discussion questions at specific points in the workshop, and offering audio-mediated online demonstrations of tools and resources. Student feedback and follow-up requests for more workshops support the perception that this approach offered a rewarding learning experience that addressed their specific adult learning needs.     

基于.NET的研究生管理信息系统的设计与实现

随着我国的研究生教育规模不断扩大,迫切需要科学化、信息化的管理。针对研究生管理现状,建立一个适应研究生管理规律的基于Web的研究生管理信息系统,规范研究生教育教学过程,对提高研究生教育管理水平和工作效率有很好的促进作用,同时,也有利于提高研究生的教育教学质量。     

独立学院C语言等级考试教学探讨

C语言是独立学院理工科非计算机专业学生在获取学士学位证书时必须参加等级考试的二级考试语种之一,历年考试通过率反映出．C语言的学习有一定难度,二级考试通过率普遍不高。如何使C语言教学能够更有效地让学生掌握要点,提高编程能力,顺利通过等级考试,这是一个很值得深思的问题。从独立学院学生的学习特点、C语言学习中存在的困难、C语言教学方法思考几个方面．依次对独立学院C语言等级考试教学进行了探讨,期望不断寻求更好的教学方法。     

基于角色管理的研究生信息管理系统分析与建设

在分析现有的研究生信息管理系统基础上,提出了基于角色管理的研究生信息管理系统建设方案.基于不同角色、访问和管理系统,完成从学生报名-考试-录取-报到-培养计划-学籍-成绩-科研-学位-毕业-就业以及导师信息-导师管理-导师与学生查询等工作.由于采用角色管理,从而提高了工作效率和系统的安全性.     

大学生生活方式的服装品牌定位之研究

本文通过针对大学生这一消费群体的生活方式进行研究:族群定位、心理与诉求嗜好的生活观念、购物与理财的消费观念、媒体与偶像偏好的传媒观念,来构架不同消费者生活方式,借以细分出不同的消费群体,可以让企业在选择目标时。对他们的偏好有更深入的了解,并规划针对性特征进行产品定位,选择针对性的营销通路和媒体广告。这样才能抓住消费者的行为动态来掌握未来市场的走向,促进品牌长久发展。     

基于问题导向的在线教学研究

本文以“电力电子技术基础”的在线教学为例,开展以学生为中心的基于问题导向的教学方法优化实践。教学过程中,结合学校教师教学发展中心组织的EMI教师培训,对教学计划、教学重点进行了大力度的改进;同时,结合过程中与学生的交互、期末学生的反馈以及同行专家的建议,对本次的优化改进进行了教学分析、分析、反思和总结,以期不断提升本课程的教学质量,并为其它工科类课程的教学优化提供借鉴。
