采用熔融-淬冷法制备了GeS2-Ga2S3-PbCl2系列样品玻璃,测试了样品从可见到中远红外的透过光谱和不同升温速率下的DTA曲线,用Kissinger法计算了析晶活化能E和晶体生长指数n.结果表明:该系列玻璃具有较宽光谱,引入PbCl2使玻璃的短波截止波长蓝移,长波截止基本不变.玻璃具有较好的热稳定性,以体积晶化一维生长方式.其中,90 (0.85GeS2-0.15Ga2S3) -10 PbCl2玻璃具有最大的析晶活化能E=134.44 kJ·mol-1,可作为研究硫系玻璃基质与微晶玻璃非线性效应的理想材料. 相似文献

A new design of a confined impinging jet microreactor has been applied for continuous‐flow syntheses of metal chalcogenide nanomaterials. The microjet reactor is an automated, flexible, scalable, and thus industrially viable technology allowing a strict control over process parameters for the design of materials with tunable properties. Due to the short mixing times in the µs to ms range, crystallite nucleation and crystal growth are well separated and enable concentration‐limited particle growth and thus nanoparticle synthesis. The first approaches on the microjet reactor setup presented here were focused on the synthesis of nanocrystalline Ta‐doped tin dioxides and cadmium sulfide nanoparticles. In this study, Cd1−xZnxSySe1−y (0 ≤ x = y ≤ 0.35) photoelectrodes are deposited via inexpensive facile chemical bath deposition. The effects of Zn and S doping on the compositional, microstructural, electrical, and optical properties of thin films were analysed. The electrochemical photovoltaic (EPV) cell of configuration Cd1−xZnxSySe1−y/0.25M sulfide/polysulfide/C was assembled to examine the different performance parameters in light and in dark conditions. An EPV cell fabricated with the Cd1−xZnxSySe1−y (0 ≤ x = y ≤ 0.075) photoelectrode exhibited a maximum photoconversion efficiency of 3.18%. This performance can be attributed primarily to the enhanced light-absorption ability of the material because of the enhanced rough microstructure and low recombination of photo-injected electrons with the electrolyte. We explore the third-order optical nonlinear properties of arsenic- and germanium-free chalcogenide glasses (ChGs) within a gallium-tin-selenium (Ga-Sn-Se, GSS) ternary system at wavelength of 1.064 μm in the picosecond region. A classical characterization showing the values of the absorption and the linear index will be given. Then, using D4σ-Z-scan technique, both nonlinear refractive index (n2) and nonlinear absorption coefficient (β) of the GSS ChGs will be measured. A comparison of the results is made with other families of chalcogenide glasses considering the figure of merit calculation. The first results show that GSS system would give better NL performance promising high potential for n2(β)-based photonic devices performed under clean production and green/sustainable chemistry. 相似文献

In this work, we present a multifunctional device based on a heterojunction active layer formed between the halide perovskite and chalcogenide quantum dots. The device is demonstrated with an integration of proof‐of‐concept functions, including a voltage controllable multicolor light‐emitting diode, an efficient energy harvesting device, and a photosensitive detector. 讨论了红外光纤传像束的学术意义和制备工艺,制备了一种硫系玻璃红外光纤传像束并进行了专门的性能测试。选用As40S58Se2、As40S60作为芯棒和皮管玻璃组分,采用管棒法拉制成纤,利用人机结合的排丝工艺制备出了单丝直径为50μm,纤芯直径为40μm,576元正方形排列的红外光纤传像束。搭建了相应的实验测试平台,对光纤束排列规则度、断丝率、光学效率及传像束引起系统调制传递函数(MTF)下降量等指标进行了测试。测试表明,传像束断丝率为2.7%,衰减损耗低于0.5dB/m,光学效率约为31%,在红外光纤传像系统中光纤传像束引起的MTF下降量小于10%。最后,利用研制的红外传像束完成了红外成像实验,结果表明,红外光纤传像束能够实现良好的红外成像。 相似文献
