Si_（1－x）Ge_x／Si定向耦合器的研制

在运用ＳｉＧｅ脊形波导单模条件和有效折射率法分析ＳｉＧｅ／Ｓｉ定向耦合器结构参数的基础上，采用分子束外延和各向异性腐蚀技术制备出Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ／Ｓｉ（ｘ＝０．０５）单模定向耦合器．在波长为１．３μｍ时，平均串音小于－１８．１ｄＢ，输出功率耦合效率达到９８．１％     

金属包覆平板波导模式特性的有限元法分析

采用有限元法（FEM）分析了具有复数折射率的金属包覆介质波导的模折射率与模场分布情况。计算了具有损耗层的6层介质平板波导模折射率，并与解析解比较，二者有较好的一致性；分析了金属包覆3层平板波导中TM模折射率与波导芯厚度的变化关系，计算了金属包覆5层平板波导中TM模折秧经与金属层厚度的变化关系，并结合对模场分布的分析对模式进行了定性判断，给出了其模式演变过程。     

液体浓度光波导测量方法研究

对测量液体浓度用的各种不同形状的大直径玻璃光波导进行了研究，理论计算了其测量灵敏度与弯曲半径的关系，并建立了近红外的测试系统，对各种弯曲的光波导进行了测量，得到与理论分析相近的结果。     

Thermal Characterization of 1.3 μm InAsP/InGaAsP Ridge Waveguide MQW Lasers Based on Spectroscopy Method

An experimental way to analyze the thermal characterization of semiconductor lasers based on spectroscopy method under pulse driving conditions has been developed. By using this way the thermal characteristics of strain compensated 1.3 μm InAsP/InGaAsP ridge waveguide MQW laser diodes have been investigated. Results show that by measuring and analyzing the lasing spectra under appropriate driving parameters and temperature ranges, the thermal resistance of the laser diodes could be deduced easily. A higher thermal resistance of 640 K/W has been measured on a narrow ridge laser chip without soldering. Other thermal and spectral properties of the lasers have also been measured and discussed.     

曲边介质波导的有限元分析

本文应用曲边有限元方法有效地计算了曲边质波导的色散特性，编制了相应的计算程序,应用本文方法计算得到的椭圆旬质波导和组合椭圆介质波导的主模和高次模的色散曲线与文献[2],[3]的结果相当吻合。     

Accurate and simple synthesis formulas for coplanar waveguides

Simple and accurate closed‐form formulas obtained by using a differential evolution algorithm are presented for the synthesis of coplanar waveguides (CPW). The results of the synthesis formulas proposed in this article are compared with those of the quasi‐static analysis, the synthesis formulas reported by the other researchers and also the experimental works available in the literature. The accuracy of the proposed synthesis formulas is found to be better than 0.75% for 9256 CPWs samples. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J RF and Microwave CAE, 2008.

超短脉冲光电导开关的全波分析

本文采用时域有限差分法直接求解包含传导电流的三维麦克斯韦方程组,对超短脉冲光电导开关进行全波分析,分析中考虑了静电场影响,采用了比较精确的光电导数学模型。本文还讨论了开关输出信号的模式组成和激光脉冲能量、脉宽对开关性能的影响,并给出了光电导开关响应在不同时刻的三维图形。     

Analysis of polarization plane rotation characteristic in 2D photonic crystal waveguide with chiral medium by condensed node spatial network

Using the photonic band gap in photonic crystals, the fundamental waveguide structures for the light wavelength range have been developed. Based on the fine structure of these many functional devices have been proposed by analytical or numerical simulation methods and the experiments of trial manufacture. In this paper, the treatment of chiral dielectric in the Condensed Node Spatial Network for the vector potential is explained, and we show the polarization plane rotation property in air‐hole and pillar type photonic crystal waveguide structures with the chiral medium substrate. Then, we show the fundamental advantage of the air‐hole type photonic crystal waveguide structure in application to a mode converter. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Efficient design of SIW filters with knowledge‐embedded space mapping technique

This article presents an optimization technique for the design of substrate‐integrated waveguide (SIW) filters using knowledge‐embedded space mapping. An effective coarse model is proposed to represent the SIW filter. The proposed coarse model can be analyzed in the available commercial software ADS. The embedded knowledge includes not only formulas but also extracted design curves, which help to build the mapping between the coarse and fine models. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through a design example of a six‐pole SIW filter. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J RF and Microwave CAE, 2012.
